I sought assistance from an online computer repair company to fix my Yahoo account, but now I can't access it after they worked on it. The theme of my account with a pier in it was changed, and I prefer it the way it was. It seems my account details such as password and recognition that I have an account were compromised. I'm concerned if my account has been hacked. I have had the Yahoo account for a long time. Could you restore the display with the pier in blue extending into the bay as it used to be? I cherished that theme. My old phone number was ***-***-****, and my new number is ***-***-****. Your guidance on resolving this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

I recently regained access to my Yahoo mail account after a period of inactivity only to find that all my emails and folders have disappeared, leaving only my contacts. I was unaware that Yahoo would delete my messages. I urgently need to retrieve correspondence dating back 15 years, including important emails from school, work reports, personal writings like poetry, and blog posts. These emails are extremely valuable to me, and I am seeking assistance in recovering them. Any help in restoring these lost emails would be greatly appreciated.

I've been unable to access my Yahoo mail account for some time and was surprised to find all my emails and folders deleted upon logging in today. I wasn't aware that Yahoo might delete messages. I urgently need to retrieve correspondence dating back 15 years saved in this account, including important school records, work reports, personal writing like poetry and blog posts. Any help in recovering these emails would be greatly appreciated. I'm uncertain if it's possible to recover the lost data, particularly my personal emails. I hope someone can provide assistance as these emails hold immense value to me. I apologize for not being more proactive in checking my email notifications.

I'm unsure what happened to my emails. When I logged into my account today, I found that my inbox had been reset. Although I've used this email for 15 years, everything except my contacts and avatar is missing - inbox, outbox, sent, and spam folders have disappeared. Even the emails I had saved in folders are gone. According to a notification, because I haven't accessed the account in a year, the inbox was reset. I hope Yahoo can understand my situation and help recover my lost emails. I believe you have them archived and can restore them for me. I urgently need those emails, which include important school, personal, and work-related information. I'm eager for assistance from someone who can help me resolve this issue. Your cooperation and support would mean a lot to me.

I've been struggling to regain access to my long-lost email account for years now. Roughly 7 years ago, it suddenly stopped working, and despite numerous attempts, I've been unable to reset the password. Although I have a recovery email linked to the account, I encounter a roadblock when trying to use it for password recovery. Yahoo sends a code email that I never receive - it's not in my spam folder or any other folder, simply nowhere to be found. It's frustrating that I can't even receive emails from the same platform I'm using. When I navigate to Yahoo's help center, I get stuck at the second step of the recovery process without any support options available beyond returning to articles. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to contact Yahoo directly for assistance, leaving me feeling frustrated by their lack of customer care.

I utilize two systems on my work laptop. On my regular Windows 10 system, accessed via Google Chrome to reach Yahoo, I can login, manage emails, access PDF attachments, and view, print, or save them. Additionally, I use Right Networks to access QuickBooks for accounting tasks. However, within Right Networks when trying to access Yahoo using Google Chrome, I encounter an issue. While I can login and exchange emails, I am unable to view attachments, leading to an error message stating "data1001 is blocked... ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ADMINISTRATOR." I am puzzled as this problem arose suddenly today, despite having the computer for six months. I seek guidance on resolving this so I can view, print, and save PDF attachments as before.

I recently got a new phone and a new number. I installed the Yahoo app, but when I tried to log in, it prompted me to enter a one-time code sent to my old email or phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to those accounts as they were set up a while back. I remember my password, but the app doesn't provide an option to enter it and keeps asking for the recovery information. I've provided all the necessary details, but still can't access my account on the app. Following the instructions on the help site didn't work either, as there was no menu symbol to click on. I've been using this email for years and it contains important messages that I need urgently. It's frustrating that I can't find a way to resolve this issue and speak to someone for assistance.

I was alerted by Fraud Scout monitoring about my Yahoo email being hacked. The recent login activity has been from various countries like Brazil and South Africa. I discovered a filter manipulation used in a Craigslist scam, which I removed, but now I can't change my password. When trying to reset it, I'm redirected to an old ATT.net account page, connected to a merged email address I no longer use. The merged address is [redacted] Despite contacting ATT tech support and Yahoo, I've been unable to resolve the issue. I'm looking to either change my Yahoo password or delete the account, but I'm encountering difficulties with both actions.

Dear Concerned Party,
I am writing to report an issue logging into my Facebook account. I received a notification on my iPhone's Facebook app stating that my session had expired. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to access my account as the system keeps rejecting my password. Unfortunately, the email linked to my account, [redacted], is outdated and inaccessible. Additionally, the phone number associated with my account is also no longer in use. I am aware that a verification code can be sent to that number, but I am unable to retrieve it. I would appreciate any assistance in gaining access to my old Yahoo email account to reset my Facebook password. I want to assure you of my identity and intent, as I am not attempting any fraudulent activities. Your prompt response via email with possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

I use Yahoo for email on my computer via a web browser and on my iPad using Yahoo Mail. I can log in to my Yahoo email account through a browser on my HTC 10, but encounter an error message when trying to log in via the Yahoo Mail app on the HTC 10. The error message reads “Something went wrong, please try again later.”
Interestingly, I am able to access my Yahoo email through the Gmail app on my HTC 10. Although I can log in through the “Trouble signing in” option on the HTC 10, using my password and email address directly does not work. There is no indication that my password or username is incorrect.
I attempted to troubleshoot this issue by deleting the app entirely, powering off my phone, restarting it, and then reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.
The Yahoo Mail app version on my HTC 10 is 5.40.2. I would appreciate any suggestions or advice to resolve this issue as I prefer using the Yahoo app for email access over Gmail.

I used to have a Yahoo account that was linked to all my gaming accounts, PayPal, eBay, and various aspects of my life. It held sentimental value as I was the original user with that name on PlayStation. Unfortunately, I lost access to it when I forgot the password, which was saved on my PlayStation, and my ex-partner took control of it. I changed my phone number, complicating the recovery process. Realizing I set up two-step verification with the old number, I'm now unable to access my email and update my PS4.

Hello, I have a concern regarding an old Yahoo account I created during middle school. This was used to download games and store data for my iPod Touch/iPad. Eventually, I switched over to Gmail. Currently, I can't recall any details such as my password, phone number, recovery email, or the answers to the security questions linked to the Yahoo account. I would appreciate any assistance in retrieving my files and pictures from that account. Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I've been trying to access my Yahoo account for a while now without success. The account username is [redacted] I created it when I was younger and can't recall the answers to the security questions, which are Dinamo and Rapid. I never added a recovery email or phone number to the account. I haven't used this email in almost two years but have been attempting to recover it since then. If there is any way to assist with this issue, please reach out to me. Thank you.

I forgot my password after quickly resetting it due to security concerns. I hadn't logged in for a few days after logging out from a computer shop where someone tried to access my account. Unfortunately, I don't have access to an Android phone or any other device to stabilize my account. I hope you can assist me in recovering my account, as I really want to regain access to it. This account holds many childhood memories and pictures that I value. Thank you for your help in advance.

I am having trouble receiving certain emails, specifically those from my son's baseball coach. I received a forwarded email from another parent, but I did not get the original message directly from the coach. I have checked my spam folder, blocked list, and filters, and everything seems to be in order. I even tried accessing my email from a desktop without success.

I have been experiencing issues with accessing my email recently. My email service is linked to my ATT u-verse plan, with Yahoo as the login platform. Lately, my browser keeps redirecting me to ATT when I try to log in, causing login failures. This problem persists on my Android device but not on my desktop PC.
After contacting ATT, they mentioned temporary technical difficulties and assured me it would be resolved soon. I followed their advice to clear my cache/cookies on Chrome and tried using Firefox, but still couldn't access my email on my Android device. I have also contacted ATT u-verse for further assistance.
I am hopeful that someone can help me resolve this issue promptly.
Best,
Jane K.
