I need a Yahoo recovery code to reset my password by receiving a phone call on my home telephone number as I don't currently have a cell phone. I am trying to secure an email with a password to activate the cell phone I purchased. After speaking with a Yahoo representative, I learned I may have hackers in my area. I need help as I have a new cell phone but can't activate it because my passwords aren't working. My Verizon.net email through Yahoo disappeared, and I could previously receive a call at my home landline for a temporary password. Now, I can't access that email or my Gmail account. I need assistance with recovering my Yahoo email account.

I opened my Yahoo account, [redacted], around 15 years ago to play Runescape. Over time, it became my primary email for many accounts. However, I set up random security questions when I was younger and cannot recall the answers. The old phone number associated with the account is no longer in use. Accessing this email is crucial to unlock my Runescape accounts tied to it. I also own the emails [redacted] and [redacted] with the password jerry-roberts. I am willing to provide a photo ID if necessary.

Hello, I am experiencing issues receiving hourly reports from my parental control program. Yahoo is blocking the emails sent from HT Parental Controls ([redacted]) to my [redacted] account. These emails are not even showing up in the spam folder. I used to receive these reports regularly, but the last one I got was on 11/22/[redacted] at 1:25PM. I have already contacted HT Parental Controls, and they have confirmed that the reports are being sent but seem to be blocked by Yahoo. I would appreciate it if Yahoo could stop blocking these emails and ensure they come through as before. Looking forward to a prompt email from you once the issue is resolved. Thank you. Best, M. Melanie

Hello, I am reaching out concerning my email account, [redacted] Unfortunately, someone has gained unauthorized access to my account and I am currently locked out. I have attempted to recover it, but the secondary email linked to it, [redacted], was deleted due to inactivity, and my phone number has changed since the account setup. This email was utilized for sensitive matters like banking. I am worried that the individual who accessed it may have deleted the account entirely. When I attempt to log in, the site does not recognize the account name, rather than just indicating an incorrect password. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my ownership of the account. Can you assist me in regaining access to it? Thank you for your help, Zoltan Stieber

Dear Sirs, I recently discovered that my emails were being intercepted by an ex-partner who has been stalking me. Despite a harassment conviction from [redacted], this individual has been consistently showing up at the same places as me. Suspecting email access, I found my account linked to an iPad owned by my ex-partner dating back to [redacted]. Acting swiftly, I removed the device from my account. Regrettably, this means I lack evidence to present to the police. Is there a way to track the devices accessing my emails for location verification? I need to prove the iPad's link to my account and its location being in St Helen’s in Merseyside, England. Desperate to stop the stalking, I seek help in establishing the connection between my email and the iPad. If unable to assist, could you direct me to where I may obtain this crucial information promptly? Time is of the essence in resolving this distressing situation.

I am facing a dilemma regarding my old email account, [redacted], which was created when I was young, leading me to forget the security question answers. I did not link this email to an AT&T account, so I lack associated account numbers or phone numbers. This email holds sentimental value as it was my first address permitted by my parents around '08-'09. I urgently need to regain access, which I successfully did late last year or earlier this year. I vaguely remember updating the password about a year ago. I am willing to provide any information required, including email contacts, to recover this account. Unexpectedly encountering this issue has left me unsure about the necessary steps to take.

I paid my bill in May and discovered that when Yahoo changed its name to Abbacco, my webpage was down for 2-5 months. I raised the issue, stating that if the page was down, so was the Duda Mobile service. After some back and forth, Duda got the site back up, but Yahoo did not address my concerns. Despite this, I paid the bill promptly to keep my webpage active. However, soon after, my Duda Mobile service stopped working. After contacting customer support, they promised me a credit for the inconvenience of the prolonged downtime and even mentioned lowering the prices. Initially, they kept their word, but after a few months, I received a new bill. When I pointed out that I had already paid, it led to confusion as they couldn't explain why the credit I was promised was not applied. This whole situation has led me to discontinue my business with Yahoo, leaving me without a webpage. I am now looking to file a complaint with both Yahoo Web page and Duda Mobile to address the financial losses and inconvenience this has caused. Thank you.

I have been using the email [redacted] for many years. Today, when I tried to access my Yahoo mail app, I was informed that my session had expired. This is a new issue for me, and when I attempted to log in, I encountered a problem with my password, which I have not updated since I set up the account. As this email is crucial for receiving important information such as bills, I am eager to regain access to it. Despite contacting customer service, I was unable to resolve the matter. The recovery email no longer works, and my phone number is [redacted]. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Y.R.

I have been using my AT&T email (Yahoo) for around 16 years without any issues. However, recently I have been unable to log in or receive any emails. My last email was on 11-26-18. I have attempted to reset my password since I can't recall the answers to all my security questions set up many years ago. The obstacle now is that the temporary password will be sent to my Michigan address and then forwarded to my Florida address, causing further delays. I am unsure why I am experiencing this problem suddenly. How did I unknowingly create this issue? The dilemma now is, how is Yahoo expected to email me if I cannot receive any emails? My AT&T phone number is 1 [redacted].

I am unable to access my email due to the two-step verification process. My phone number, which was linked for verification, is now deactivated, making it impossible for me to receive the code. Even after entering my username and password, the system prompts to send the verification code to my old phone number. I do not receive any further instructions, thus preventing me from accessing my email. I can confirm my identity with the correct password, but I am stuck in this verification loop. How can I regain access to my email without my old phone number linked for verification?

Some time back, Yahoo had a breach where user accounts, such as mine (lauriefleming), were compromised. Unfortunately, my contact details were changed, so now I can't access my account. I've been trying to reach out to @yahoocares to resolve this issue as politely as I can, but they refuse to accept responsibility for the breach or offer alternative contact methods. As an internet media company, Yahoo should have better customer support. I need to adjust my Yahoo Groups settings as I'm still receiving emails to my non-Yahoo address. Due to this, I consider these emails as spam, breaching New Zealand’s Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act. If I don't receive a solution, I'll have to report this to the Department of Internal Affairs. I'm serious! Let's avoid unnecessary steps. Just provide me with a one-time password so I can reset my settings. Regards, Laurie Fleming

After recently resetting my passwords for Yahoo Mail and Gmail, my phone is now constantly prompting me to enter credentials for [redacted] every 20 minutes. Despite accepting the prompts, I encounter a Google error [redacted] message stating the requested URL/?code=6sugnm3 was not found. My emails are functioning properly, so I don't need to re-enter credentials. However, this recurring message is draining my battery and the beeping is quite bothersome, particularly at night. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue on my Samsung S5. Thank you for your help. Regards, Anthony

I have been attempting to recover my old email. When trying to sign in, it requested a verification code to be sent to my Google email. However, I have been waiting for the code to no avail. Despite clicking resend multiple times, the code has not been received. I cannot use my old phone number for verification as it is no longer in use. I am concerned about not being able to regain access to my old email. The email in question is [redacted] I have made numerous attempts to receive the verification code on my Google email, but have not received anything.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my Yahoo email address, [redacted], through which I have subscribed to "Travel Daily" for several years. Recently, I have stopped receiving the publication, and upon contacting the distributor, I was informed that my emails are bouncing back. I have not made any changes to my email account in over five years, so I am unsure why this issue has arisen. Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you, Linda Heiler

I have another phone that I play Pokémon Go on. Last night, I stopped at McD's to use the restroom and accidentally left my phone there. I realized this 30 minutes later but couldn't retrieve it because I don't remember the password. I also don't have the phone number associated with the account for recovery. The email address linked to my account should have my name, Jonathon Mollett, in it. I have two other email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] I would really appreciate help in recovering my account to continue playing my game without having to start over. Thank you.

Since December 3, [redacted], I have been experiencing issues with the Yahoo search engine on my email screen. The search options "Search the Web" and "Search Email" are no longer available. When I try to search using Yahoo.com, I am redirected to an error page stating "Security Connection Failed." Subsequently, I receive a "Problem loading page" message. Previously, this message would appear after a few seconds of attempting to connect, but now it shows up immediately, indicating no attempt to access the search has been made. To summarize, after entering a search term, instead of reaching the search response page, I am directed to the error page before any website results can be accessed.

Hello, I have multiple emails - tatepatrick16, mmcghee91, starks.tony29 - saved on auto-login on my Android device with my cell number as a backup. I recently had my phone serviced after backing it up to Google and Samsung, then factory resetting it. My name is Marcus McGhee, and I am having trouble logging into my mmcghee91 email as the backup phone number did not update to my new one. The tatepatrick16 email has my new number, but for some reason, mmcghee91 did not update. It does not prompt me to enter the backup email, which should be tatepatrick16. It only allows me to input missing numbers from my old cell number, which is [redacted]. I remember my previous login passwords but am struggling with the most recent one. I ordered a new Xfinity cell phone last night and need to check the tracking information, so I would appreciate it if someone could help me access my email for verification purposes. Thank you.
