I'm having trouble accessing my account due to an issue with the account key. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number or recovery email linked to the account. Even though I remember the password, I'm unable to use it. I find it odd that the security questions are not being prompted to help me regain access. The phone number associated with the account is outdated since my phone broke beyond repair. This has left me unable to access both my Yahoo and Gmail accounts, as the recovery email for each is linked to the other account. I'm seeking assistance in using the password instead of the account key to log in. I greatly appreciate any help provided.

I am having difficulty accessing my email account [redacted] I have forgotten my password and lost access to my phone number linked to the account, making it impossible to recover the password. The situation is complicated by the Chinese firewall, leading me to reset my password frequently and creating a confusion of passwords over the 20 years I've had the account. I urgently need help recovering access as I know the contacts and emails inside. While I may remember the backup email's password, I encounter an issue that requires a verification through a third email. I am willing to prove my ownership of the account.

Hello, I have an email address on Yahoo as [redacted], which I created while in Botswana in the early 2000s. I have been using this email since then. After moving to Canada in [redacted], I signed up for other email accounts, occasionally checking my Yahoo account. Suddenly, I am unable to access my Yahoo mail using my password "gunwarxxx," which I never changed. I suspect it has been hacked. When I reached out to Yahoo's online help center, I was prompted to get an activity code at [redacted], which may have been set as an alternate email at some point. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to Hotmail and struggle to sign in, with the page redirecting to Outlook. I have essential emails in my Yahoo account that I need access to. I am attempting to access my email account that I have not used in some time. I am encountering an issue with my Yahoo account ([redacted]). Although I am using the correct email and password, I am receiving a notification about unusual account activity, despite not accessing this account in approximately 8 years. Strangely, after entering the correct credentials, it directs me to sign in to a different Yahoo account for verification, but when attempting to do so, I am informed that the account is invalid and does not exist. I urgently need assistance as I am attempting to retrieve my college application essays. It is frustrating that there is no Yahoo contact number for these types of situations. I need help removing the account key requirement on my Yahoo Mail. I am unable to access my account via [redacted] as I uninstalled the app on my Freedom Pop LG2 phone ([redacted]) due to cancelling their service. Now, setting up Yahoo Mail on my new Samsung J3 phone through Metro PCS ([redacted]) requires an account key code. Even after reinstalling the app on the old phone, it also asks for the code. I have noticed unauthorized faxes being sent from my MyFax account connected to my Yahoo email. Even after changing my password, the problem persists, and I suspect Yahoo’s involvement. If this is the case, I kindly request that it ceases immediately. Additionally, despite my password change, spam emails continue to be sent from my account to contacts. I urge you to halt this activity promptly. I prefer not to switch email providers, as I have used this address for a while. Please provide a valid explanation for these occurrences despite my efforts to secure my account.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my account under the email address [redacted]. After inputting my password, it prompts me to verify my email, which I am unable to do as I cannot access the email for verification. During the recovery process, my only listed option is the email I am unable to access. Although I set up security questions and answers when creating my [redacted] email, I was not given the opportunity to provide these answers during the recovery process. Whenever I visit Yahoo Answers, the page loads correctly, but I'm unable to access the 'Ask,' menu or settings icons. This issue has persisted for the past 10-20 days, and despite my attempts to fix it, including contacting my ISP, I have had no luck. I use an Android Version 7 cellphone for all my online activities. Everything else on my phone works fine except for Yahoo Answers, which is frustrating. I can view questions posted by others, but I can't interact with them by pressing buttons like 'show more,' 'Comment,' or 'Answer this Question.' I haven't checked the responses to my questions yet, and this problem is preventing me from doing so. Please assist me in resolving this issue without requiring me to change phones or delete any of my Yahoo activity. When I visit Yahoo Answers, the page loads correctly. However, when I try to access the 'Ask' feature or the menu and settings icons, nothing happens. This has been occurring for approximately 10 to 20 days now, and despite my attempts to resolve it on my own, I have reached a point of frustration. I cannot pinpoint when this issue started as it has been ongoing for a while. I have contacted my ISP multiple times regarding this, but with no success. I solely use my cellphone, which runs on Android version 7, for all my online activities. Every other function on my phone works fine except for accessing Yahoo Answers, which is causing me great distress. I am unable to view responses to my posted questions, which is one of the main reasons I am trying to access my account. Please, I desperately seek assistance without having to change phones or lose any of my Yahoo Answers history. Your help would be greatly appreciated, and I am hopeful that your expertise and kindness can resolve this frustrating situation.

Dear Technical Support, I recently noticed that my Yahoo email page was "updated" without my consent. As someone with vision problems, it's essential for me to have the ability to enlarge the print to avoid straining my eyes. The new layout has large blocks of color and ads that make it challenging to navigate, and I can only see a limited number of emails at a time. The current format is causing discomfort and hindering my work efficiency. I am requesting to revert to the Classic Yahoo Email as it suits my needs better. I have been using Yahoo for almost a decade, and all my business is linked to this account. While I prefer the Yahoo format over Gmail, I may have to consider switching if this issue persists. I'm having trouble accessing my account ([redacted]) as most of the information is outdated. I am disappointed with Yahoo for not providing a phone number for assistance. Their online account recovery process has not been helpful, simply stating, "Unable to recover your account online." I need to regain access to my old Amazon account linked to this email, which also has outdated details. It is crucial for me to access this email to keep my Kindle books worth hundreds of dollars. I recently received a message from someone claiming to be Mr. Andre Richter. He mentioned wanting to fulfill his last wish by donating money to charities, orphanages, and homeless babies. It seemed suspicious, especially since I don't know anyone by that name. The email requested personal information, including my full name, address, phone number, occupation, and birthdate. The sender also mentioned sending an authorization letter for a fund deposit. It just didn't sit right with me, so I wanted to warn others about potential scams like this. Be cautious about sharing personal details online, especially in unsolicited emails like this one.

I am having difficulty with the new email format that I was automatically switched to. As someone who is visually impaired, I find it hard to see the boxes to delete messages and the print for sent messages, drafts, etc. because it is very light. I have contrast issues and require bold black print against a white background for better visibility. I attempted to revert to the Classic Yahoo Mail format through the Settings, but after clicking on "Switch back to classic mail," my message did not submit. I strongly believe that users should have the freedom to choose the format that suits them best. Therefore, I kindly request to have my Yahoo Mail Account switched back to the classic format. I prefer the Classic Yahoo Mail as it allows me to navigate and use my account more effectively than the new format. Please make the switch, and I will be a devoted user of Yahoo forever! Thank you.

I am encountering issues accessing my email account after switching to a new phone number. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the verification code as it is being sent to my old phone number, which is no longer in use. I thought I had an alternative email linked to my account but apparently not. Despite entering my correct password, it is not allowing me to login. This is concerning as I have important school and work-related emails in that account. I tried to provide answers to security questions but there seems to be no option to do so. The email advises switching to a new version within 48 hours to avoid disconnection. It states not to reply and to seek help by logging into the website. The email also includes a Customer Service Email ID and copyright information. It notes confidentiality and warns against sharing the message if not the intended recipient. For the upcoming Court hearing, it is customary to review the solicitor's file who drafted the Will to verify the deceased's instructions.
