I am having trouble accessing my old iPhone 6 due to an activation lock issue and a disabled Apple ID for security reasons. After being directed to appleid.apple.com, the instructions were sent to my Yahoo account, but I am unable to retrieve them as I need an account key. Unfortunately, I cannot access this key as the phone linked to my Yahoo account is the one I am trying to unlock. I attempted to use the text or email sign-in option, but the provided numbers are for old phones that I no longer have access to. One of the numbers provided, ending in [redacted], is the phone I am trying to unlock, making it impossible to receive the account key. I am seeking assistance in accessing my account and receiving instructions on how to unlock my iPhone 6. Thank you.

I noticed that when I sent an email with the same subject line as one I used a few days ago, Yahoo grouped it with the previous emails under the same subject. I am concerned that the recipient of the latest email may have also received the content of the previous four emails due to them sharing the same subject line. Can you clarify if the recipient saw all the emails with the same subject line or were they just grouped together for viewing? Thank you for your assistance.

I am still experiencing the same issue with my Yahoo account. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have not received any helpful support from Yahoo or Get Human. It seems that Yahoo's customer service is lacking, especially as many other customers are facing similar problems. I have a unique government account tied to my name, making it easily verifiable. Recently, an AT&T line glitch caused a disruption in my internet service and password retrieval. While Gmail and Hotmail resolved the issue swiftly, Yahoo has been challenging to restore. This has left me unable to access my emails. Over the years, I have maintained three separate Yahoo accounts, and the recent policy changes have made it difficult for me to regain access. Could I request a reset code to be sent to my work email instead?

My account was locked due to multiple password attempts. After logging in, the font appeared distorted, similar to the format of this paragraph. While selecting the account, there was an issue with the email address [redacted] not being highlighted. I clicked on "not you" assuming it was a glitch, but my number was changed from -[redacted] to [redacted]. As this old number is associated with my account, I am unable to reset the password. I previously spoke with a representative to update my mobile number, and now I must wait an additional 12 to 24 hours. Despite my frustrations with YAHOO, which was my first email account primarily for spam and bills, I rely on it for communication with acquaintances while reserving other accounts for family and friends.

Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you about an issue with my Yahoo email account, [redacted] I have been unable to access my account for approximately four years due to personal reasons. This morning, when I attempted to log in, I was prompted to provide information to Yahoo. Upon doing so, I received the following verification message: "Name: Number: +[redacted][redacted] Content: [redacted] is Your Yahoo Account Key Time: [redacted]-06-28 08:47:15." After entering the verification code, I was able to access my email ID only to discover that all my previous emails and stored files were missing. This has left me quite distressed and confused. I am seeking your assistance to resolve this temporary issue. I kindly request your prompt and dedicated support in addressing this matter. Best regards, B.M.SYEED IQBAL

Dear Yahoo support team, My name is Jose, and I have been a long-time user of your service. Recently, I forgot my password after changing it, and I have been unable to regain access. Despite trying to remember it, I have not been successful. The security questions are also a challenge as they were set up by my father when I was only seven years old. Given the importance of this account, which contains my Facebook, email, and other crucial information, I kindly request your assistance in recovering access. I am willing to provide any necessary verification to prove ownership. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your help.

My email address, [redacted], has been in use for many years, even since my childhood. I used it for various websites and gaming forums like MySpace, Facebook, Xbox (Meyko), AqWorlds, Dragonfable, and AdventureQuest. However, for the past two years, I have been unable to access it. The last password I remember using is "Ilovemaria," but it has since been changed, possibly to options like "Forgotten1," "Forgotten12," "Remember1," or "Remember12." Unfortunately, the account was linked to my old phone number, [redacted], which is no longer active. My new number is [redacted]. I have recovery emails, including one belonging to my brother, with a similar format like sagen813@gmail or @yahoo.com, which he no longer uses. Additionally, I may have set my age as 89 when I was younger, but the birthdate should be around Feb 28th. I recall setting up [redacted] as a recovery email, but there might have been a system error as Chrome has a saved incorrect password for Yahoo. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering access to this email, as it contains valuable information. Thank you.

When needing to access my email, I enter my email username then click "continue." Yahoo sends a notification to my new cell phone for an account key. Unfortunately, my new phone doesn't receive Yahoo notifications, and I am now locked out of my email without an account key. The phone support couldn't assist me. Yahoo mentioned it could send access details to my backup AOL account, but it's been years since I used it, and I don't remember the password. I require access to my email urgently. I prefer to switch to a password entry system rather than using my cell phone for verification. Email: [redacted] Contact me at [redacted] with any solutions. Thank you.

My smartphone was stolen in Lima, Peru on June 7, [redacted]. Since then, I have been unable to access my [redacted] account from any computer, whether in the Lima hotel or now back home in Nevada on my own PC or laptop. Since I cannot receive or send any codes from the stolen phone to authorize access on other devices, I am given the option of accessing a hotmail account that I also cannot access. The next option is to answer two questions. While I know the answer to the first question "where my husband and I first met," the second question "who is your favorite author" cannot be answered as I never selected it since I don't have a favorite author. I am at a loss as no other alternatives are provided for account recovery. This situation is hindering my work as I can't access important business information stored in that account, affecting my daily tasks and access to other accounts like my gmail. I am currently using my alternate yahoo account [redacted] I am seeking assistance as a service offered to restore access for $[redacted] was not viable for me. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Laura M.

I am having trouble signing into my Yahoo account on my new phone because I can't receive the account key verification code on the old number listed on my account. The recovery email I have, like [redacted], is not working, and I don't have access to it. I contacted what I thought was Yahoo customer service, but it turned out to be a scam asking me to buy Google Play cards. Could you please send the account key to my new phone number, [redacted], instead of the old number, [redacted], which I no longer have access to? Thank you.

I require assistance accessing my Yahoo account, [redacted] I am unable to log in because the verification code is being sent to an old phone number, [redacted], which I no longer use. The recovery email linked to the account, [redacted], is also inaccessible. I need the verification code sent to my current phone number, [redacted]. I have been using Yahoo for many years, visiting the site around 5 times a day to read the news. I appreciate the frequent story updates but recently, these intrusive Pop-Up Video ads have started appearing while I'm trying to read. They hinder my reading experience and seem to drain my phone's battery. I will give it a week or so, checking back occasionally. If these videos persist, I will have to stop using Yahoo altogether. It's a shame how big companies like yours may not value individual feedback, but I wanted to share my experience. Have a good day, even though you may lose a supporter soon.

I recently received an email about Yahoo Messenger being deleted, followed by another email about deactivating my mail account unless I send them my password. I'm confused whether this is a scam or if Yahoo truly requests passwords for verification. I didn't initiate the deactivation and want to keep my account secure, as no unauthorized access has been detected.
