Hi there, I would like to request the removal of the following email addresses ([redacted], [redacted]) from my account. My Yahoo email account was recently hacked from a location in South Carolina, although my main location is in Southern California. I have enabled the account key feature on my Yahoo account, but the hacker seems to have knowledge of my information and continues to misuse it by requesting password resets to be sent to the fake emails ([redacted], [redacted]). I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter to prevent the need for me to constantly monitor my Yahoo account for suspicious activity and to log out the unauthorized access from South Carolina. For any further verification or inquiries, please contact me directly through my Yahoo email. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my Yahoo email accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] I am having numerous mail domain errors and am unable to reply to emails from [redacted], [redacted], or any staff with Rojas family law.com. Whenever I reply to all, the email is saved as a draft, causing delays in receiving emails from Rojas Family Law or sending emails successfully. I am currently trying to recover access to [redacted] using the account recovery key sent to my cell phone, but I have not been receiving the text with the key despite multiple attempts.

I am struggling to regain access to my Yahoo account after changing my phone number. Despite knowing my email and password, I am having trouble with the two-factor security and recovery email address. I have completed the account recovery questions with a lot of information but it has not been enough. This account is crucial as it is linked to all my other accounts, including banking and credit services. I urgently need access to this email as important matters like child support are managed through it. It's frustrating not being able to log in when I have the correct credentials.

My father lacks computer skills. I am assisting him in updating the security phone number on his account. His outdated phone cannot receive texts for verification. Despite answering the security question about meeting my mother in Plymouth correctly, it is not accepted. He cannot recall his favorite childhood food, failing the second security question. Consequently, we are unable to update the phone number to my mother's phone which receives texts. His email is [redacted], and his current phone number is [redacted]. We request the new phone number [redacted] to be used. Additionally, he wishes to revert to logging in using his username and password as before (Duke3562). Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Renee

I have been unable to access my Yahoo account due to password issues. Despite using various passwords, the system prompts me to reset my password since it recognizes my current one as outdated. Unfortunately, I no longer have the phone number associated with the account for verification. It is urgent that I regain access. I can recall the first password generated by Yahoo when I created the account 15 years ago, "cards2429." My email address is [redacted] The old phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. Any assistance on resetting the password and updating my phone number would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my email account. The system does not recognize my password. My email address is [redacted] This issue has occurred before despite me keeping track of my password. I attempted to submit a ticket, but the system only recognizes my outdated email address, to which I no longer have access. Unfortunately, there is no provided phone number for support. When trying to create a new account, the process requires a cell phone number, which I do not possess as I use a regular phone. I have since created a Gmail account that understands this limitation. I urgently need assistance in resetting my password to regain access to my email.

I lost access to my Yahoo Mail in [redacted] when I was in Malaysia and after going through a difficult time in Indonesia, I arrived in Australia on a sinking boat. I forgot my password and am unable to access my account. I would be grateful for any assistance in recovering my account. I had a YouTube channel with various videos, including one recorded in [redacted] named "Happiness & Sadness" and other videos of me singing with a guitar, all in the wrong category. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my recovery email, which belonged to my ex-girlfriend, and I have lost contact with her since I am now in Australia. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Around a year back, I tried to close my Yahoo! account ([redacted]) due to receiving spam messages. Strangely, a third-party seems to have intercepted the deletion process. A friend recently got a new spam text from that Yahoo! account. I've attempted the Yahoo! recovery process, but the recovery phone number has been changed by the intercepting party. The "Help" process leads me to only articles without any contact option for support. I wish to either regain access to the Yahoo! account for enhanced security or get confirmation of its deletion. I'd greatly appreciate Yahoo! contacting me regarding this issue.

I have a Yahoo email address and password which I verified I could access from my work computer. I used the Yahoo account/password to set up my new HP laptop (my personal computer), which was accepted during setup. When I tried to access the same email account on Yahoo.com, it said the password was invalid. I created a new password, but when I tried to access the email account again with the new password, it still said it was invalid. I really need to be able to get into my email. How do I resolve this issue?

Hello, I need assistance in recovering my account [redacted] The account was created about 4 years ago, but I haven't used it much as I switched to Gmail. However, I now realize I should have access to it. It was linked to my Facebook but I changed the email associated with Facebook. I believe I can answer security questions to regain access. I was 13 when I created the account, so my phone number and the Gmail linked to it have changed or been forgotten. The account ID is my first and last name, so there are various ways to confirm my identity. Thank you.

I created an email account for my son to store pictures and videos for him to enjoy in the future. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password to access his email. I have also changed my phone number and no longer have access to the old one linked to the account for verification. It's important for me to regain access to change the password so my son can view the content I have sent him. I am the sole sender to this email address. Your assistance in changing the password would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Yahoo Mail for many years. My primary account is guinnesslass1759@yahoo, which I have had for a long time, and I also have a newer account, lindalaprise@yahoo. Recently, I got a new phone, but the Yahoo Mail app wasn't working correctly. After several failed attempts to fix it, I deleted the app. Now, I'm unable to access my email because of the account key feature. I have important emails, particularly correspondence with my late father who passed away from a heart attack. Unfortunately, I didn't update my phone number in the account or set up security questions to help with password recovery. I'm hoping to find a way to recover my accounts. Can anyone offer assistance, or are my accounts lost forever?

I haven't used my Yahoo email in a while, only created it for Flickr. Recently, I tried to log in but couldn't access my account due to a password issue. After receiving a verification code via text, I tried to change the password but kept getting error messages. The system prompts me to change the password but shows an error without explanation whenever I try. This situation is preventing me from logging in to my account. I am using the Brave browser.

Hello, my name is Sandra McClendon. My Yahoo email is [redacted] I recently attempted to install the Yahoo app on my husband's cell phone number [redacted] without success. I then tried on my cell phone number [redacted] yesterday but couldn't complete the final steps due to the continuous request for an account key code. I prefer using a password instead of the key code. Despite receiving several key codes for my husband's cell number, none worked. I couldn't find a way to cancel the key codes. I have no issues accessing my Yahoo email on my iPad, but I faced problems with the key codes on my cell phone at the library. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I, Sylvincoet, am experiencing issues with Yahoo sending me repeated messages threatening to deactivate my email account. Despite my replies stating that I did not request this, I continue to receive these messages. The emails are ending up in my spam folder. I want to clarify that I do not wish to deactivate my email account. This situation has become a form of harassment for me. Please refrain from sending any more messages regarding deactivation to my email address, [redacted] Thank you.

Yahoo Mail support has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I've been trying to recover my account using their provided links, but I keep getting stuck in loops on both desktop and mobile. It's disheartening that they rely on their community page for assistance instead of having proper support channels. The contact us page only leads me back to the same loop. I've decided to switch to Gmail for all my accounts like Facebook and PSN due to this ordeal. While Yahoo Mail functions well, the lack of accessible support is a major drawback. I hope they address these issues promptly to avoid fading into obscurity like Skype. It's essential for them to fix basic problems such as a functional contact us link to retain users.
