I have been receiving multiple harassing calls daily from scammers claiming they can help me with student loan debt and IRS payments, despite never borrowing money for school or owing anything to the IRS. Each day, I receive at least five calls from different numbers, making it impossible to block them effectively. I recently got a new phone and number to escape the harassment, but now I am unable to access my Yahoo email account, [redacted], which I have used since [redacted]. I have tried various methods to regain access to my email, but have been unsuccessful. Any assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, W. W.

I suspect there is suspicious activity in my email account: [redacted] Despite changing my password and using alternate access methods, something still does not seem right. My information should be private, accessed only by me. The only contact number linked should be [redacted]. If [redacted] has accessed my account at all, I request immediate action to shut it down, remove, and ban it, particularly if it has been done stealthily. I have tried to check devices on my own but continuously find emails deleted and in the trash that I did not remove. This is concerning for me as I communicate with my attorney regarding my divorce through this email service. Your assistance in protecting my privacy is greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased 2 portable AC units through an ad on Yahoo's homepage. However, upon receiving the items, they were not as described. When contacting customer support for a refund, they requested my private information and bank account details. When I declined and asked for alternative options, they abruptly ended the call, making me realize it was a scam. This experience was frustrating, especially considering Yahoo's support of such deceptive ads. When reaching out to local customer support, I was met with indifference and advised to contact the police, as Yahoo disclaimed responsibility for the ads. This response was shocking and disappointing. I am left wondering if this is Yahoo's new standard of operation.

I am experiencing difficulty signing into my Yahoo account as the fail-safe contact numbers I previously used are no longer valid. The phone with the app and the registered mobile numbers have been stolen, hindering my ability to access my account. I kindly request to switch the current account key verification to a password for easier access, considering the importance of the linked apps and critical notifications associated with my account. I appreciate your assistance as I navigate this situation. Thank you. Email: [redacted] The outdated contact numbers are [redacted]9, [redacted]3, and [redacted]6, which were also on the stolen phone. This information serves as verification of my ownership of the account. Your support is greatly valued as I am currently facing difficulties.

I am unable to access my Yahoo account despite knowing my password. Unfortunately, the two-factor authentication feature is enabled with the old phone number [redacted], which I no longer use. My email address is [redacted] and my password is Iloveme2016. The old phone number associated with the account is [redacted]. I have tried multiple times to regain access to my account, which I have had for many years. I had to create a new email address, [redacted], so I would appreciate it if you could contact me through this new email address for assistance.

I have encountered an issue with my Yahoo account. When attempting to reset my password, an incorrect phone number appears instead of my actual one. This suggests that my data might be going to the wrong person. The correct phone number associated with my account is ([redacted]) 3** - _ _ 68, which has been consistent for a while. This problem has happened twice in the last month or so. I urgently need to access my main account, [redacted], which has important emails. If necessary, you can reach me at ([redacted]) 3** - **36. I have managed to log into another account, [redacted], but it is not my primary one. I am concerned my account might be compromised. Can you provide the toll-free number for Yahoo's Customer Service Department? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I attempted to sell a smartwatch on Facebook to a buyer who claimed to have sent payment via PayPal. After numerous failed attempts to locate the missing funds, I contacted PayPal and confirmed that I was indeed being scammed. The buyer then requested my email and password to verify the transaction, which I naively provided. Unfortunately, this allowed them to access my account, change my password, and lock me out. I am now unable to access my account. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Daniel.

I am able to access my email account, but all emails to and from the account are currently blocked. Luckily, all emails dating back to [redacted] are safely stored in their respective folders within the account. I attempted to create a new email address to forward the emails for preservation, but it indicated that there is already an account with the same ID. However, when trying to log in using the same ID, the email helper does not recognize the account. I am eager to keep this account active. I received an email from Yahoo regarding age restrictions for account holders under 25, which confused me as the minimum age to hold an account in the UK is 13. I forwarded the email to [redacted] for clarification but have not received a response. Despite reaching out to the CEO of the current company, OATH, I have yet to hear back. I am unable to access the account as it requires an account key that I do not have. The sign-in helper is not assisting me in accessing the account.

When I was younger, I used the email address [redacted] as my main email. Unfortunately, I can no longer access it because I forgot the password, and I don't remember the recovery email or phone number associated with it. I created a new email address when I changed my name after my mom and stepdad separated, and since then, I haven't accessed my old email for years. I believe I can prove ownership with personal records and my identification from when I used my previous name. I hope to regain access to this account.

I'm currently in a hospital bed, trying to play my Steam games, but I can't access my account as I no longer have access to my old Yahoo email. Recovering my account is difficult, and I'm frustrated with the lack of customer service support from the new company managing Yahoo. It's causing me to lose over $1,[redacted] worth of items on my Steam account. The customer service provided is inadequate as there seems to be no way to speak to a person for assistance in recovering my account.

Why does Internet Explorer keep changing my homepage to Yahoo search? I am frustrated as I prefer Google as my homepage. Finding customer support has been challenging due to the difficulty in locating it online after signing in. This experience has been infuriating, and I may reconsider using Yahoo's search service in the future. I strongly recommend utilizing Google instead.

I'm unable to access my email account as it's showing as not recognized, despite being certain of the correct login details. When attempting to send an email to the account, I received a notification stating that the account is disabled or no longer in service. I last accessed this account around 6 weeks ago, simultaneously with another account that is functioning normally. I've tried utilizing the sign-in helper tool without success. It's distressing because upon examining emails from my main account to the disabled one, it shows I've sent approximately [redacted] emails since [redacted]. These emails form a diary for my young daughters, containing photos, simple notes, and details about the pictures and our activities. The potential loss of this content is devastating to me as it holds irreplaceable sentimental value. I'm seeking assistance in recovering access to this account.

I received an email from Yahoo about a request to close my account, which I did not make. Upon trying to change my password, I lost access to my account. Yahoo prompted me for a verification code sent via text, which I did not receive. Now it wants to send the code to an email linked to a phone I no longer have. This email is crucial for me, and I'm locked out of it both on my computer and phone. I need my account back urgently.

Hello, my name is Salvatrice Hutton, and I have been a Yahoo customer for nearly 15 years. My email, [redacted], was created back in 2[redacted], and at that time, I linked it to the recovery email [redacted] Unfortunately, my aunt Margaret Edouard, who was the primary on the AOL account, is currently unreachable. This has created a problem for me because I am unable to access my email to update my recovery information. I am urgently trying to get in touch with my father, who sent me emails two years ago to [redacted] Additionally, I have a Facebook account linked to this email address. I am willing to provide pictures and any necessary information to verify that I am the rightful owner of salvation42nite. I am kindly asking for assistance with this matter.

When I was 13, I used the email [redacted], which is linked to my PS3 account. I haven't used it in over 4 years but now need it as my PS4 is being repaired. I remember my password but can't verify it with a phone number since I didn't have one at the time. I believe my [redacted] account was linked to it. I'm now 21 and really want to regain access to my old Yahoo account.

I am experiencing difficulty removing one of the two verified recovery emails from my Yahoo account. When I try to delete it by pressing the garbage can icon, I receive an error message stating, "Uh oh, looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." This issue has persisted for over a month despite numerous attempts to remove it. I have successfully added and removed other recovery emails to test if the problem persists, but it is isolated to this particular email address, which belongs to me. The email address I am trying to remove is a Gmail account, and I suspect it has been compromised, so I no longer wish to keep it as a recovery option. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and help.

I have been attempting to access my account for an extended period, but I keep encountering a message about unusual activity. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone numbers associated with the account, although I do remember all the login details perfectly. I created this account many years ago and have spent countless hours trying to find a solution to this issue, but to no avail. The email linked to the account is [redacted], and I am willing to provide the password for verification purposes. Regrettably, my access is limited to verifying the phone number only. If possible, I kindly request assistance in recovering my Steam account, as I am facing a similar issue there and am unable to access my games due to the email verification requirement. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I created an account with you around 7 years ago using the email [redacted] However, I am unable to recall my password now, and I no longer have access to my recovery phone or its number. I was hoping to verify my identity by answering security questions or providing any previous passwords I may have used. This email is crucial as it is connected to my primary Facebook account and the only one I use. Furthermore, I have winnings to claim online that require access to this email. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly, as it has been ongoing for 7 months. The phone number associated with the account is outdated, which complicates matters. For verification, I can send a message from my Facebook account, which is linked to this email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Subject: Issue Accessing My Yahoo Email Account Hello, My email address, [redacted], appears to be blocked. I have been unable to access it for a while now, and I urgently need to regain access as it is my oldest email account with important contacts, emails, and history. Despite attempting online help and account recovery, the secondary email linked to it (a hotmail account) no longer exists. I am willing to provide any necessary verification, including details of emails within the account. While the account has been hacked a few times before, I was able to recover it on those occasions. I am also providing my cell phone number for authentication purposes if needed. I have had success using Get Human for contacting challenging companies like Mediacom, and I hope for a similar positive outcome in resolving my Yahoo Email issue. Thank you, and I anticipate your prompt response. Sincerely, Will

My email inbox is acting up and causing me frustration. Despite showing that I have [redacted] emails, I can only see a few recent ones and it won't let me scroll back further. This issue has caused me to miss important appointments, affecting not just me but others as well. When I try to delete unwanted emails, the list jumps around making it difficult to manage. I feel like the system is not working for me, and I am considering switching to a more modern service as I've heard that it is more user-friendly. I am not sure why I am being offered to receive emails when I can barely access the ones in my inbox.
