I received an email that appears to be phishing, and I'm uncertain. It's from an address at Synechron, and claims to be from AT&T Yahoo. It states that the mailbox's Classic version will be upgraded to a new version in June [redacted], urging me to upgrade to avoid losing email access. The email includes a link labeled "Log-in Restore" and emphasizes the importance of safeguarding information against threats targeting their Financial Institution. The email concludes with a disclaimer cautioning that the information is confidential and privileged, urging non-intended recipients to notify the sender and delete the email immediately. Internet communication security is highlighted, with a disclaimer absolving Synechron and its affiliates from liability for email viruses, errors, or omissions arising from the transmission.

I'm experiencing issues with my Yahoo portfolio page. When I click on my name, the stocks appear in a messy order and the page appears "greyed out" with no live updates. I am unable to make any changes like reordering stocks or adding/deleting them. Additionally, the news articles under "news for you" are not what I usually expect. My Yahoo page suddenly changed one day, and I am unable to revert it. I am considering switching to a different homepage and would appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter.

I requested the deletion of an account, which I expected to be completed. Despite not being able to access the account, emails are still being forwarded from it. I need the entire account to be deleted. It seems that Yahoo is retaining people's information even after account deletion, which is not acceptable. They should comply with the law by deleting the data upon request. Dealing with Yahoo to resolve this matter has proven to be extremely challenging. Their customer service is lacking, making it difficult to get assistance.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Account Recovery Information Hello, I would like to bring to your attention that my wife's account ([redacted]) was compromised, leading to some changes to my account ([redacted]) linked to it. Recently, I discovered I could not access my webmail due to alterations made without my knowledge. The security questions associated with the account seem to be hers, and the recovery phone number has been mistakenly replaced with hers ([redacted] instead of [redacted]). Despite changing the password with her assistance, I am unable to access the account security settings beyond this point. I tried following the instructions on your website regarding editing recovery information, but it seems limited to password changes only, not the recovery methods. Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed in correcting this issue? Thank you for your prompt assistance. Regards, Mathias Lichtenheld

I created a YouTube account five years ago and unfortunately, there are embarrassing videos of myself on it that I am being bullied for. I desperately want to log in and delete them. However, I can't remember the password, even though I know the associated email. I requested a password reset from YouTube, but when I tried to access my account through Yahoo, it indicated unusual activity and now requires my phone number and alternate email, which I no longer have access to due to a new phone and forgotten email. I have searched for solutions online, but haven't found a way to regain access to delete the videos. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My girlfriend's Yahoo emails were hacked, and the hacker is blackmailing us. I have already changed the password, recovery number, and email. However, when trying to recover the account, a suspicious recovery email, proxymail34, appeared, which is not mine. I suspect this is the hacker trying to regain access. Attempts to delete the account are being thwarted, potentially by the hacker. Urgently, I need one of the compromised emails, [redacted], to be removed. The hacker is threatening to share private photos with contacts. Please assist.

I have an old Yahoo email account that I haven't used since high school, [redacted], which I used to create a Photobucket account. Recently, I remembered my password and tried to log in to access my old photos. However, Photobucket sent a link to my old email, [redacted], for verification. I can't remember the password and the phone number associated with that account. I would like to update the phone number and email to access my photos. I am not too concerned about staying logged in; I just want to view my old pictures of family and friends.

My girlfriend's Yahoo emails have been hacked, putting us in a difficult situation as the hacker is now blackmailing us. Even after changing the password, recovery number, and email associated with the account, we faced unexpected hurdles when trying to recover the account. The suggested recovery email was unfamiliar and not linked to her personal recovery addresses, leading us to suspect the hacker's interference. Attempts to delete the account were unsuccessful, possibly due to the hacker's interference. The situation is urgent as the hacker is threatening to share private photos with her contacts, causing my girlfriend severe distress. The affected emails are [email protected] and [email protected] We urgently seek assistance to resolve this issue promptly and protect our privacy.

My girlfriend's emails on Yahoo have been hacked yet again, and we're facing blackmail and harassment from the hacker. I have already changed the password, recovery details, and email associated with the account. However, upon trying to recover the account, a suspicious email "[redacted]" is suggested, which is not related to our recovery information. I suspect this is how the hacker is gaining access. Previous attempts to delete the account have been unsuccessful, possibly due to the hacker interfering. I urgently need these accounts "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" to be deleted to prevent any further threats of sharing private photos. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently experiencing issues accessing three different Yahoo emails due to security settings requiring a verification code sent to my cell phone even after entering the correct password. When attempting to use the alternative email verification option, I realize that it is one of the three emails I am unable to access. This has caused me significant frustration and negative impact. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
