In the past, my account was hacked, and despite providing ample information and even identifying the hacker, Xbox support has continually failed to assist me in recovering it. I have diligently followed up, but the promised resolution has not been delivered. My attempts to reach out via calls have resulted in being hung up on. I possess concrete evidence of the hack through emails showing unauthorized purchases with timestamps, previous gamertag, email addresses, and account creation details. Despite my efforts, Xbox remains unhelpful in resolving this issue.

Why do players on PC have access to features that are unavailable on the Xbox One console? I believe it's unfair to limit gamers based on their platform choice. Cross-play should be universal, allowing all players to unite regardless of the device they use. In games like GTA, it would be fantastic if we could interact more realistically, entering buildings and conducting trades. The game's realism could be enhanced by introducing job opportunities, generating in-game income, and implementing a functional jail system. A more immersive and inclusive GTA experience, where players can engage in a broader range of activities, would be greatly anticipated.

I purchased Battlefield [redacted] on release, and unfortunately, I have encountered issues preventing me from playing the game. Despite reinstalling it, I continue to face connectivity problems, as the player count is so low that I am unable to join lobbies successfully. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to connect, I have concluded that the current state of the game makes it unplayable for me. I have attempted to play at various times throughout the day without success. I have noticed numerous charges on my credit card statement from Xbox One, even though I do not have an Xbox One account. I have already replaced my credit card twice, but the charges keep appearing. My son, who is the only one who might use Xbox, was not even home at the time these charges were made. I am frustrated by the situation and would like a refund. I have been trying to contact Xbox support for a month and a half but have not been successful in reaching a human being. I am not familiar with Xbox and do not even know how to operate the remote. My bank's suggestion to order another card is not helpful. As a loyal customer with four children who all have Xbox consoles, this situation is very inconvenient for me as someone who is not tech-savvy.

I've been having trouble with a punch card on Microsoft Rewards. I started a punch card for Elden Ring and when I tried to purchase the game, it showed up as Not Currently Available. I clicked Choose Edition and attempted to buy the base edition, but it also showed as Not Currently Available. Only the Deluxe Edition was an option, so I bought it to earn the [redacted] points. However, the punch card hasn't registered my purchase. I believe it's unfair that I may miss out on those points because the base edition was not available. I would like to understand why the base edition was not accessible and why my purchase of the Deluxe Edition didn't count towards the punch card. Whether base or Deluxe, the game is in my purchase history, and it should be recognized.

I requested a refund for Elden Ring, which was approved. However, only a small portion was refunded to my Microsoft account balance. I used a prepaid Visa card for most of the purchase and the remaining amount from my account balance. It seems the amount used from my account was fully refunded, but the portion from the prepaid Visa card wasn't refunded to my account or the card. I would like the refund from the prepaid Visa card to be added to my account balance or even have the game restored. I'm uncertain if either solution is viable at this stage.

I suspect someone took my Xbox from my house as it was unplugged and placed on my bed with the cords when I returned from work. My house was in disarray with lights on, doors open, and signs of unauthorized access. Upon reconnecting my Xbox, it required a wireless network setup, showing a network name "Moninunu" I did not recognize. The unauthorized person used this network to make a purchase on etsy.com using my payment details. I have reported this to Etsy and my bank. Can I further investigate the origin of this network and identify the culprit?

I have never owned an Xbox in my life; I only play PlayStation. No offense, but it's what I grew up on, and the only original console that's still around. For many years now, I have been charged $10.95 every month whenever there is money in my account. It seems to be for some Xbox Live service. I would like this to stop being deducted from my account. It's frustrating to be charged for a console I don't and have never owned. I have been charged over $[redacted], perhaps even more, and the amount keeps increasing. I've just realized it's Xbox responsible for this. I want a refund for all the charges and to be removed from Xbox Live to prevent this from happening again. My bank cannot assist me, and I've been with the same bank longer than you've been withdrawing from my account, so I don't want to switch. Please reimburse me for every penny taken from me over the past 2-3 years. If not, I will consider legal action through my brother, a corporate lawyer who is a Marine.

Hello, my son, who is autistic, has been using Xbox One and unintentionally accumulated charges totaling £[redacted] in February and March. I subscribed to Game Pass for PC to enjoy games and chat with my brother who lives in another state. Unfortunately, the Xbox Game Bar isn't functioning properly, so I can't use voice chat or recording features. Every time I try to install the Xbox Game Bar, it reaches [redacted]% completion and then shows me error code 0x80073D05, saying "something happened on our end." I've tried various solutions such as resetting the Microsoft Store and deleting the affected profile name in command prompt with no success. I purchased Xbox Gold and wanted to play a game, but it didn't work. When I clicked on it, it prompted me to renew GOLD, which I did. I even restarted my PC, but it still didn't work. I then thought the game might be exclusive to Game Pass. Upon checking the free Xbox LIVE/GOLD games, I realized they could only be downloaded on Xbox, not PC. I tried to buy DLC on NBA2K22 for $19.99. During finalization, it showed the transaction as canceled. I retried, but it was canceled again. Checking my bank account, I saw both charges, yet I didn't receive the DLC in-game. I would prefer just one purchase. It would be best to get a refund for the second attempt and receive the content paid for with the first transaction.

I have paid to change my daughter's gamertag, but I am struggling to complete the transaction. Now, I have been informed that her account has been locked from making purchases, even though the $20 is in her Microsoft account. All I want to do is change the gamertag. The escalations team emailed me explaining that purchases have been disabled due to suspicious activity, and they are unable to restore purchasing ability to the account. The purchase has already been processed, with $20 from my PayPal account transferred to her Microsoft account. I just want to use it to change her gamertag and make future purchases. Dealing with this issue has been really frustrating, as I have spent four days working on it, wasting hours of my time.
