After having my Xbox One repaired due to a breakdown over Christmas, I recently received it back with a new hard drive and HDMI ports. Unfortunately, all my previous data, games, and settings are gone, and the Ultimate Game Pass I pre-purchased from Amazon before the breakdown isn't accessible. I redeemed the code before the issue occurred. I did receive a confirmation email from Microsoft regarding my subscription on 1/2/22 at [redacted] The code for my 3-month Game Pass Ultimate is TM3M7-CRT2X-MKMRY-62CMC-23H67, but I can't see it activated on my Xbox. I'm unsure how to recover my lost data. I've been attempting to contact support via phone without success. I paid £32.99 for the pass and have missed over a month already due to the console malfunction. My pass is valid until May 2, [redacted], and I hope the issue can be resolved before then. I recently refunded the Dying Light Platinum Edition, as I wasn't satisfied with it. The refund request was accepted, but it's now showing as pending in my account. I removed the credit card I used for the purchase after the refund. Do I need to add the card back or just wait for the refund to process? I expected the refund to go into my Xbox account like a gift card rather than back to the credit card. Can you clarify the process for me?

My hard drive experienced data corruption, resulting in the deletion of all accounts. Consequently, I lost access to my account as I can't recall the email and password. My username is FloralColt33228, and I have approximately [redacted] friends. Regrettably, I do not have the email and password, as it was set up by my brother without saving the details. Kindly, I request Xbox to send the email and password associated with my account to [redacted], as I am eager to rejoin my friends for gaming.

I purchased a 3-month Game Pass Ultimate subscription for Xbox in November. A few days after Christmas, which was two months ago, I entered another 3-month subscription, but now my Xbox is asking me to renew despite the first subscription ending two days ago. I believe I should still have 3 months, and I'm frustrated that I can't access the games that require Xbox Live or Game Pass. I recently bought Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition for Xbox One. My GPU subscription gave me a discount, so I decided to give it a try since Dying Light 2 Stay Human was coming out. However, I later found out that the Platinum Edition went on sale the day after for just $3 more, including all DLC, weapons, skins bundles, Hellraid, and more. Feeling disappointed, especially during the holiday season, I considered requesting a refund to get all the extras included in the Platinum Edition for a better value. Although I have come to terms with it, I am hesitant to spend an additional $40 for the missed content, especially when I could buy the Enhanced Edition for $14.99. I'm considering purchasing the Platinum Edition but wonder if owning two copies of the same game will cause any issues.

Around 6-8 months ago, someone tried to access my account while I was in the hospital, starting a chain of events that led to my ongoing illness and inability to work. As a result, my phone and internet were frequently disconnected, causing me to lose both phone numbers. I am now struggling to access my Xbox account because I no longer have access to the phone numbers linked to it. Despite resetting my password, I am unable to prove my identity without these numbers. I have had my hotmail account for over 20 years and can provide details like the postcode where it was created, but I am unable to provide my account number and sort code. I have also had to replace my debit cards due to wear and tear. I have bought and sold multiple Xbox consoles in the past, and I currently have the Xbox Series X, but I miss being able to fully enjoy my gaming experience with my previous gamerscore of over 102k. I have a linked email address for emergencies like this, but I need assistance from a person to regain access to my account, which also holds sentimental value to me. I previously paid £40 to unlock my account, but I have been informed that this option is no longer available. Please help me find a resolution to this issue.

About six years ago, I purchased an Xbox Live account for my son, which he used for one year. He has since been paying for Xbox Live using the email [redacted] on his own account. Unbeknownst to me, the original subscription has been renewing from my UK bank account, which I rarely use. I am concerned about the legality of this situation. I was unaware of the automatic deductions from my account over the past five years and did not receive any notification emails regarding this matter.

Hello, while playing Rust, my friends and I have encountered individuals on the server who are sharing our personal information and discussing us. They seem to have obtained our details without our consent, possibly through IP tracking. One player in the game has overheard them talking about us. This situation has left us feeling unsafe, especially as females with another female and her younger brother. The individuals involved, such as vloopys and his group members xsharkagainx, zombiesavage yt, Iambob#[redacted], RoboSul04, SnagSZN#[redacted], Seabuiscuit, and Majesticseacow1, have even resorted to ddos attacks against one of my teammates. Despite reporting this to a representative earlier via email, I have not received a response. I now have screenshots of them incriminating RoboSul04 and a video of Iambob#[redacted] making threats regarding our gaming experience.

I understand that I am outside the 30-day refund window, but I am experiencing severe issues with Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War. Here is a list of the problems I am facing: 1. FPS drops from 60 to 30 2. In-game communication issues make everyone sound robotic 3. Screen tearing persists despite checking settings in-game and on my TV 4. Frequent freezing requires restarting my Xbox 5. Reinstalling the game multiple times has not solved the issues 6. Textures do not load properly 7. Invisible weapons and reticles 8. White and black screen effects 9. Zombies maps freezing my console 10. Outbreak mode issues with texture and audio quality. I have cleaned my Xbox Series S, and it works well with other games. I am requesting a full refund of $60 to be removed from my account to resolve this matter. If a full refund is not possible, $30 to $40 would be acceptable. Thank you for your assistance.

My son has been using my Xbox to make in-game purchases on Fortnite, despite having set up parental controls and passwords. Yesterday alone, over £[redacted] was spent, leaving me with only £20 to feed my 3 children for the rest of the month. He's already received three refunds this year, but the fact that he can still make these purchases is concerning. I'm currently locked out of my Xbox account and Outlook email because I'm unable to access the authenticator app. I've attempted various solutions, but I'm stuck in a loop where it requests authorization from the app that I don't have. Even when I try to download the app, I face the same security prompt. Additionally, the linked phone number is outdated, making it impossible to receive verification codes. I've made several account recovery attempts without success. I've cherished this account for years and personalized it with changing display names. The email associated with my Microsoft account is [redacted] I use the alias Zuukal 'sot' for Sea of Thieves on this specific account. Unfortunately, my Microsoft Xbox Account for the PC version of Sea of Thieves was suspended for "suspicious activity" as a result of multiple failed login attempts. Microsoft prompted me to verify my identity by sending a code to my outdated security phone number, which I no longer have access to. Since I am locked out of my account, I am unable to update my current phone number. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have not been successful in resolving this issue. I am seeking to connect with a Microsoft agent who can address my concerns and help me regain access to my Sea of Thieves account. I purchased the game for 40 euros and gifted a copy to my wife so we could play together amidst the challenges of the ongoing pandemic.

I had an unpleasant experience with a player named Severzz02 while playing GTA V. He targeted me repeatedly after killing other players, sending harassing messages the rest of the night. Eventually, I was banned from communications, which I feel unjust as I didn't provoke or harass him. This behavior was more hostile than usual encounters with griefers, and I suspect he got me banned out of spite. I've been playing for years and always try to help others in the game, so I'm seeking clarification on the ban and hoping it can be lifted.

Hello Xbox support team, I recently encountered an issue while playing with my girlfriend and her toxic friend. Despite giving him numerous chances to improve, he remained toxic. After a confrontation today where I expressed my thoughts, I may have used inappropriate language. The friend provoked me with hurtful comments, leading to me getting banned. I tried to advise him against toxicity and encourage setting life goals, but he responded childishly. I hope you can help me lift the communication ban as this is the second time I got banned while defending someone. I encountered an issue with my Xbox profile. When attempting to log in, I was informed that my long-time password was incorrect. I tried restarting the console, to no avail. When I attempted to reset the password, it indicated that I didn't have an account. Consequently, I deleted my profile from the Xbox. When I tried to re-add the profile, I accidentally created a new one using the same email, [redacted] This new account, Crimixson9888, does not contain my original account data, including Gold and Game Pass subscriptions. My preferred profile is Crimixson - the one I use for gaming, movie watching, and YouTube.

Hello, I've been experiencing the same issue with my Xbox One headset for about a year now. Every time I join an Xbox One party, my microphone doesn't seem to function, and other players can't hear me. While the microphone works on other devices without any problems, it fails to work on Xbox. I've tried using different controllers and headsets, but the issue persists. I've ruled out the headset and concluded that the problem lies with the Xbox itself. This issue extends beyond just Xbox parties; even on apps like Twitch, my microphone isn't detectable. I believe my account was hacked. I received an email about suspicious activity, and it's now locked. When I tried to verify my identity, it didn't work. I would like to talk to a person instead of an automated system. I no longer have the Xbox I used to create the account, but I can answer any questions to prove it's mine. I am disappointed with the refusal to issue a refund for a game I requested, as a loyal customer for over a decade who has never made such a request before. Consequently, I have decided to cancel all of my active Xbox subscriptions and switch to PlayStation. It's disheartening to witness the lack of sensitivity and assistance from a large and successful company like yours, revealing a disheartening disregard for your customers. Despite having spent thousands on your products in the past and likely more in the future, this experience has led me to cease my support. My long-standing Xbox account, with a history of hundreds of digital purchases, is evident from my email. I had planned to make another purchase this Friday, but I will now be directing all such acquisitions towards Steam and Sony. Your customer service lacks basic human decency. Farewell.

My ex-girlfriend has been manipulating my Microsoft/Xbox account, causing me to get suspended unfairly. Yesterday, when attempting to log into my Microsoft account, I encountered an issue with my password.
