I tried out the Xbox iCloud service today to play Fortnite mobile on my iOS device. However, I soon realized that I had linked the wrong Epic Games account to my email, [redacted] Currently, I have two accounts under this email, one with the ID wedgedbike, which I changed to RGUK15. This has caused issues as my Fortnite console account also uses RGUK15 as the ID. To transfer my progress from the console to mobile, I need to link the correct Epic account, RGUK15. I have submitted a request to have the wrong account deleted and now, when I try to access Fortnite mobile, it shows the message: "UNABLE TO LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO XBOX LIVE. TRY AGAIN LATER." What steps should I take to link the correct account and delete the one with the ID wedgedbike?

I am a huge fan of Rock Star! I am 65 years young. After my children's father passed away in January, my kids gave me an Xbox One. I started playing GTA V with them because I was heartbroken over the loss of my husband. It kept me connected and helped me cope with his passing. I made new friends my age who play. My online session froze on 5/14/22. I tried to fix it on my own, only to make it worse. I called my son, and he said I should have called him before trying to fix anything. He suggested I explain what happened to my account. I would appreciate a call to help guide me in recovering my account. I am not savvy with New Age Electronic Systems. Please respond. I would really like to restore my Microsoft Account on Xbox Live for my GTA account that I accidentally deleted. My gamer name is "Hey maa #[redacted]." Thank you.

I made two transactions of $17.99 each on the same day and did not receive the products. I understand the no refund policy, but I am missing [redacted] apex tokens worth $35.98. Despite being told the issue was fixed, I still haven't received the in-game currency. I can provide proof of purchase with dates and times. I've been caught in a loop between EA and Xbox support for four days with no resolution or compensation for the inconvenience. I am frustrated with the back and forth communication and lack of progress in resolving the problem. It's frustrating to go through so much trouble without getting a response or a solution.

I recently purchased a digital game from the Xbox store, and unfortunately, it has been crashing, lagging, and running very slowly in all modes. While I understand that games may have bugs, it's unacceptable for me to be denied a refund by Microsoft so quickly. I have tried reinstalling the game twice, but it still doesn't work. I have attempted to request a callback, but the system seems to be experiencing issues, preventing me from speaking to an agent. I am considering buying the CD version in the future if this is how customers are treated. I was hoping to get a refund so I could purchase something else from the Xbox store that functions properly. I renewed my Xbox Live account on April 1, [redacted], for the year. I decided to try the Game Pass for one dollar for the month and ended up letting it run but did not renew it after the month ended. Unfortunately, this cancellation affected my Gold subscription, which I had just renewed in April for the whole year. I would like to request for my Gold subscription to be reactivated for the remaining ten months that I still have left from the $59 I paid on April 1, [redacted], for a full year's subscription. I have been a loyal Xbox Live subscriber since the beginning, maintaining my account without delays for the past 19 years. Given my long-standing history with Xbox, I believe reactivating my Gold Subscription would be a fair resolution to continue enjoying Xbox Live games.

On June 18, [redacted], I bought a 1 month Ultimate Membership Game Pass at GameStop. When I received the code and entered it on live.xbox.com, the confirmation screen indicated that I successfully redeemed the code for the 1 month Ultimate Membership. However, when I checked on my Xbox console, it still displayed that my previous Game Pass Ultimate subscription expired on June 9, [redacted]. Today, I tried canceling my old Game Pass Ultimate to check if the new Membership would show up, but now both the console and website are showing that I don't have a Game Pass Ultimate Membership. With a longstanding account of 6 years, retaining access is crucial, yet the inability to initiate a call from the help page due to login restrictions adds to the frustration. The situation appears to have reached an impasse, leaving valuable account access uncertain.

I am trying to transfer ownership of some digital games from my son's account to mine on our home XBOX console. Over the years, I bought numerous games for my son under his account for him to play at different locations. Yesterday, my account was hacked, and the hacker changed my password and phone number. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account, I have been unsuccessful. I still have the authenticator app on my phone, which may be helpful. However, now it seems like my Microsoft account doesn't exist. The email linked to my Microsoft account was [redacted] Through the authenticator app, I can see the hacker's email is [redacted] I have made purchases and played on my Xbox [redacted] under the ID ptuxino, enjoying games like Minecraft and Call of Duty. I've been trying to get in touch with Microsoft for the past couple of days. Whenever I reach the virtual assistant to provide the additional information requested, an error comes up stating a problem on Xbox/Microsoft's end, preventing me from receiving a callback from Xbox support. My inquiry to Xbox support is to check if they still have spare parts for an Xbox Series 1 elite controller (Model [redacted]), as I recently received one from my neighbor who got it from her father. I also want to inquire about an official replacement battery cover. My Xbox Live account was recently permanently banned due to an issue that I do not recall or something I did not do. I kindly request that the ban be reduced to a 1-2 month suspension as I am unsure if I may have unintentionally violated the terms of service. I recently moved and when trying to set up my Xbox, I couldn't remember my password for my original account where all my games are stored. I'm experiencing a serious issue with a person who owns a Microsoft account with the gamertag ZAOEHN. They continue to send harassing messages, using profanity and making threats. Despite reporting these messages, it seems no action has been taken against them. I feel concerned about their potential to access my IP address and their behavior online.
