Recently, I've been facing issues with my Xbox Live connection. I'm unable to access games and movies I've purchased due to this. Every time I check my network connection, the problem seems to be with the Xbox Live core services. Many of my friends have experienced the same problems and although they get it fixed temporarily, it keeps recurring. I have encountered this issue twice already, but usually, it resolves itself after I restart my Xbox. However, I am frustrated as I want to enjoy my purchased games and movies without interruption. If this continues, I might consider canceling my Xbox Live subscription. I can't even use applications like YouTube or browse the web on my Xbox. This issue is growing, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I recently returned to Xbox and noticed a suspicious email linked to my account. Despite attempting to change it, I couldn't access my account and had to reset the password, leading to a 30-day wait. The situation is frustrating as I change the password only to have it reverted by an unknown person. My gamertag is dra9on master 1, and the fake email is [redacted], whereas it should be my dad's email, [redacted] Reclaiming my account with the correct email is vital for me to continue using it after 5 years. It seems the fake email is used to access my account. I kindly request assistance to update the email to the correct one, allowing me to change the password securely.

Dear Support Team, Earlier, I called but was disconnected. I am a loyal customer reaching out for help. My son inadvertently purchased the Blair Witch digital copy for xbox one at $29.99. Subsequently, we realized that the same game is available through our subscribed Gamepass. As longtime customers, we would not knowingly make this purchase. I kindly request a refund for this accidental purchase. We usually have no issues with your service and subscriptions. I seldom encounter issues like this, but $30 is a significant amount for me, especially for an unnecessary purchase. I appreciate your attention and assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for understanding and assisting us. Sincerely, V.

I recently got banned from Overwatch due to a reported offensive gamertag. I've used this gamertag since around 2[redacted] during my time playing Black Ops 2, and it's never been an issue before. The ban seems unjust, as it was likely a result of someone being upset about losing. While I don't mind changing my gamertag, the ban is my main concern. I've already had to change my gamertag due to enforcement action by Xbox. My priority is to have the ban lifted, as the gamertag can be easily replaced.

I recently discovered that my account has been tampered with without my consent. My name was changed to something inappropriate, and a passcode was added to my account which I am unaware of. The email notification I received did not provide any details on the changes made. I urgently request the name of the staff member responsible and a prompt call from a manager to address this issue. I strongly believe this was unauthorized and demand proper rectification. I am requesting a refund of $10 due to the name alteration. If I do not receive this refund within seven business days along with contact from a support team manager, I will take further action. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Best, J.A.E. Hastings

There are instances when my Xbox One disconnects from the Wi-Fi and struggles to reconnect for days. This issue seems to occur solely when I am signed in to my Xbox Live account, as the Wi-Fi functions flawlessly when I am not signed in. It is evident that the problem lies with Xbox Live and not my internet connection, as there are no violations on my end. A specific incident transpired when my friend and I got disconnected from Xbox Live simultaneously while playing an online game, causing disruptions to both our Wi-Fi connections in our respective homes, despite living miles apart. This issue appears to be rooted in Xbox Live and requires attention and resolution.

I authorized my son, Thomas G., to use my credit card for his Xbox Gold/Live membership around [redacted]/[redacted]. Unfortunately, he passed away in December [redacted], leading to him no longer requiring the membership. I tried to cancel the subscription a year later, explaining the situation, but it seems Microsoft/Xbox only waived the fees once, instead of halting all future charges as requested. I recently noticed recurring charges of $26.64 on the 2nd and 26th of every 3 months starting from when Thomas set up the account. This oversight persisted until my other son, Erik G., revealed his similar PS4 membership charges, helping me connect the dots. I've struggled to contact a live representative as the automated system directs me to manage the account online, a feat I can't accomplish without Thomas' login details. Despite winning a dispute for one charge, multiple $26.64 charges still occur, with the most recent transactions being on 8/2/[redacted] and 8/26/[redacted]. I urgently request Xbox to cease all recurring charges and memberships associated with my bank account from September 1, [redacted] onwards. Your guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with an accidental purchase I made in Warframe. In my enthusiasm to buy something, I accidentally acquired the Prestige Collection II bundle. I have not used any of the premium currency or weapons that came with it, only tried the skins briefly. I have spent a significant amount on Warframe and Xbox games before, and I am willing to continue supporting them. Despite contacting Warframe support, they advised me to reach out to Xbox support. The purchase was made yesterday around noon, and since then, I have only completed three missions and then logged off. I hope for understanding and a resolution to this issue. Thank you for looking into this. My Xbox gamertag is Viermeng, and the purchase is connected to [redacted]

I made a purchase on the UFC app for a live fight, but it was not successful. Microsoft processed the payment on behalf of the app, charging my credit card twice for one unsuccessful transaction. I have been double charged by Microsoft for a product I did not receive. The two transactions of $60.45 each are pending, and I request that they be cancelled promptly.
I am concerned about this issue eroding my trust in Microsoft. If the charges are not rectified, I will refrain from purchasing Xbox products in the future. I would like to know how Microsoft plans to address and resolve this issue to regain my confidence in their services.
Please advise on the necessary steps to cancel these duplicate transactions. Thank you for your assistance, and I hope you have a pleasant weekend.

Yesterday, on September 5, [redacted], I updated my Xbox [redacted] console and unfortunately, all the content saved on my Memory Unit Storage, such as avatar items, apps like YouTube and Netflix, game/app updates, and my main profile got erased. Strangely, despite this, there is only 2 MB of free space. Now, whenever I attempt to update an app that originally resided on the memory unit, like the YouTube app, it fails due to the required media update being saved there. I am at a loss to understand what went wrong and seek assistance to resolve this issue and recover my files. I can be contacted at [redacted] or [redacted] Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I canceled my direct debit a few years ago as I no longer use my Xbox. Unfortunately, I can't recall my login details. I recently noticed that you have reactivated my direct debit without my authorization, and you have been deducting £6.99 per month for at least two years after I initially canceled. On top of that, on August 27th, you charged me an additional £49.99 along with the monthly fee. I urgently request that these payments cease immediately. I would also appreciate a refund or compensation for the inconvenience this has caused. I had believed the payments were permanently halted, and the continuous deductions have led to a significant loss for me, despite the £6.99 monthly amount seeming small.

I've been playing Xbox daily, and I've encountered a new issue. I'm unable to connect to Xbox Live; each time I try, it prompts me to connect to the internet, even though my network connection status claims I'm connected. Additionally, when I attempt to go offline or disconnect from wireless, nothing happens. The wireless network I used previously is no longer in the list, and when I manually input the SSID, I receive a message about changing the security protocol. I just want to resolve this connectivity problem to get back on Xbox Live.

Hello! I've had smooth connectivity between my router and Xbox for months, but today, upon turning on my Xbox, I encountered an error message requesting additional authentication or a MAC address. After inputting the MAC address into the Xbox, it instructed me to restart the router for 30 seconds before retrying. Despite trying this three times, this solution hasn't been effective. The next step was to ensure my Xbox isn't filtering the MAC address, but the webpage wasn't loading properly. I'm facing difficulties resolving this matter independently, especially due to ongoing issues with the online support pages. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a live representative to promptly address and resolve this situation.

I placed an order for 75,[redacted] VC on NBA 2K20 on September 6th with order # [redacted]. After clicking to confirm the purchase, I received an error message stating, "We’re sorry we cannot complete your transaction at this time." Despite being charged on my bank statement and Xbox account, I did not receive the VC. Although there were some bugs on the release day, they seem to be fixed now. I am seeking either a refund of $21.19 or the delivery of the 75,[redacted] VC I purchased but did not receive.

Recently, I've encountered a troubling situation with my Xbox account. Someone has been hacking into it, using offensive language, deleting my game accounts and friends, and even reporting me for things I didn't do. I've captured screenshots of the incidents and tried to reset my password, but it seems the hacker still has access. I typically use Xbox for relaxation and fun, so this intrusion is highly disruptive. I'm seeking guidance on resolving this issue promptly.

Hi there,
I've been experiencing an issue with my Xbox for the past three days. It keeps switching from my game to YouTube or Netflix randomly. Whenever I try to close the new application and go back to my online game (Smite), the game won't let me back in, it crashes, and then my Xbox shuts off. This is a significant problem, and I would appreciate it being resolved promptly. I'm unsure if it's a faulty console or software issue on your end, but I know that Smite doesn't just close on its own like this. Thank you.

I am experiencing a technical issue in Battlefield 4 on the BF4L GODS PLAYGROUND server during team deathmatch. My character is unable to move, fire, or throw grenades. I have reached out to the owner, Rush2IT, about this problem. Additionally, I have noticed a lack of heat seeker locks for the helicopters on various servers like Gaza and the south servers. This negatively impacts the fairness of gameplay for all participants. Please investigate these concerns to ensure a better gaming experience for everyone.

My son accidentally deleted his Xbox One account, and despite following online instructions, I still can't recover it. It seems like his account got replaced by a different one assigned to the same email address but without his purchased games, movies, or Fortnite items. I've invested a lot of money into that account. I need assistance in retrieving his deleted account. I would appreciate speaking with a live person to guide me through this process.

I bought an Xbox Live card thinking it was a gift card at Barnes and Noble on August 30th. When I tried to add it to my account, it didn't work. I accidentally charged an extra $29 on my husband's credit card. We can't return the card since it's scratched off. Is there a way to get a refund or use the money for Vbucks or SIMS? I'd appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you. - Sara

I am changing my Xbox subscription to the Game Pass from my Microsoft Account. The previous billing information is not displaying, although I see the $60 payment on my bank statement for a year subscription. I am trying to switch my payment to the Xbox Game Pass for PC and prevent the automatic renewal each year. The charge goes to my debit card. I am puzzled why it does not appear in my subscriptions on my Microsoft account.
I recently had to create a new Microsoft account using a different email since I no longer remember the old account's password or email after not using it for several years. To resolve this, I want to discontinue the charges for the old account, which was under the name Sonicchubs42, and use my new account, Sonicxchubs.
