I am requesting a refund for Madden20 that I purchased on July 26th. EA has been having ongoing server issues since the release, which were supposed to be patched. Despite waiting for the patch release, the servers continue to have problems. About 50% of my online games get disconnected because of these server issues. Last week, they removed two modes, "solo battles" and "weekend league," in an attempt to solve the problems, but even that did not work. This situation has been very frustrating for me. If I had known earlier that the server problems were not going to be fixed, I would have requested a refund within the first week. EA assured customers that they would address and patch these issues, but they have not done so yet. It feels like EA has released a game that is incomplete or was rushed to meet the deadline. I am requesting a refund as a result.

After a power outage, my account disappeared. I am eager to have it restored. Despite providing my email, resetting the password, and receiving a verification code, I have not been successful in recovering my account. I am puzzled by this issue and seek assistance before taking further steps. The sudden loss of my profile during a game session after the power went out is unsettling. Xbox support has not been able to help me regain access to my account.

I want to report a concerning situation involving a stalker in my 11-year-old son's online gaming group. Recently, an unknown individual has intruded into their chats and is making threats towards my son, including revealing our home address. This person, who goes by the username "boink boink G O zLaxON NeAR," has a creepy vampire profile picture and has been unsettling the boys by interfering with their interactions, even using gift cards to manipulate them. The stalker has gone as far as threatening to disrupt my son's gameplay and has caused him to fear for his safety both online and in our physical surroundings. I have contacted the police and filed a report under number 19-[redacted]. The situation is alarming for us parents, and we are seeking assistance on how to address this issue promptly.

I purchased a $50 Xbox gift card from Walgreens earlier today. When I attempted to redeem it at home, I encountered an issue with one of the characters in the code. It appeared to be a mix of a lowercase "r" and an uppercase "Y." Despite trying various combinations with different letters and numbers from 1-0 and a-z, the code did not work. I carefully verified all the other characters I entered against the ones on the gift card, and they were accurate except for this specific character. I believe it may have been a misprinted character, as none of the substitutions I tried seemed to resolve the problem.

Hello Xbox, my name is Andrew C. I have been a loyal Xbox user for over 8 years. I am concerned about the presence of players who have modified their Xbox consoles to cheat in online games by using exploits, modded controllers, and Aimbot RGH. These individuals are ruining the gaming experience by using racial slurs and making the game unfair for others. I reported these incidents where I was repeatedly called offensive names, but my communication was ignored. It is important for Xbox to address these issues promptly to uphold the fairness and integrity of the gaming community. I urge Xbox to take action against hackers and cheaters to ensure a fun and safe environment for all players. I pay $60 annually to enjoy Xbox Live, not to deal with hackers and unfair gameplay. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I purchased a brand-new XBOX One X in August [redacted]. Since then, I've had to return it to the factory four times due to the same issue of the display going out. Each time it was repaired and sent back, only to have the problem reoccur after about a month of use. The process has been challenging as I live in the Bahamas, involving friends dropping it off at UPS and bringing it back for me. I am now out of warranty, but considering the limited playtime I've actually had due to the recurring issues, I believe Microsoft should replace my console with a new one. It has been frustrating to deal with these problems for most of the time I've owned it, and I don't think I should have to bear the cost of a new XBOX One X when this has been an ongoing issue from the start.

On August 21st, I reported a user who told me to commit suicide. Despite this, the user received only a communication ban and was still able to create new accounts and play online games. They evaded the communication ban by creating another account with an offensive username related to the original incident. I am concerned that this user is still able to play on Xbox and harass me without further consequences. I don't understand why the user wasn't promptly punished for their serious offense, especially since they continued to harass me after evading the initial ban.

I renewed my membership for one month on February 18, [redacted], before moving and requested it to be for just one month. However, it automatically renewed at $9.99/month since then. I have been unable to use it since the February purchase due to no internet access. I would appreciate a refund for the months from March 18th to July 18th. Kindly contact me at your earliest convenience to resolve this matter. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted], except for times without internet when I had to be "off." Xbox has been a great experience for me, and I would like to resolve this billing issue promptly.

I have been trying to play Rocket League, but I keep getting an error saying I am unable to sign in. It's not a network problem since I can voice chat with my friends on Xbox without any issues. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like quitting the app, restarting my Xbox, and even uninstalling and reinstalling Rocket League. However, now Xbox is prompting me to buy Rocket League again, even though I have already purchased it through your system.
To add to the frustration, I am also receiving an error message stating "unable to sign into my Xbox Live account" for Fortnite. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, as I have already invested in these games, the console, and a monthly subscription to Xbox Live. I hope to see a resolution soon as I expect a seamless gaming experience for the money I have spent. Thank you.

Last night everything was fine, but this morning I've had trouble broadcasting as the page just keeps loading and I can't search for anything. I'm frustrated because I purchased £80 worth of vbucks, but they haven't appeared even though the money was deducted from my account. When I try to access the item store on Xbox One Microsoft store, it doesn't work. My username is Hotdog61rcc, previously Illmarigold1626 on Mixer. Please respond promptly as my Xbox is also having issues with party invites. Thank you.

I have encountered disturbing incidents while playing Sea of Thieves involving inappropriate behavior from other players. Despite filing support tickets and reaching out to Rare, there has been no resolution or response. These incidents involve conversations of a sexual nature and threats of violence towards underage players, including my 13-year-old grandson and granddaughter. I believe there should be stronger parental controls and an opt-out option for these situations. I have taken steps to remove your games from my system, and I request to end my membership by the end of August. I also ask to be unenrolled from EA access and have all my credit card information removed. If necessary, I will consult with a legal professional regarding this matter. It is crucial for companies like Microsoft to address these issues promptly and protect young players from such harmful interactions.

My friend gave me a $25 Xbox gift card that I thought I had already redeemed. However, when I tried to use it, my card was charged for the full amount. I still have the gift card on my account. I attempted to purchase crown tokens, and again, my card was charged the full price instead of using the gift card value. When I tried to buy something under $25, the gift card seemed to disappear from my account, and my card was charged for the full amount again. I want to resolve this issue as I prefer to use the gift card credit instead of being charged. The gift card is gone from my account, unused, and I need assistance on how to rectify this situation.

I am writing to address a recent purchase on my account (Soniic NRG) for a digital copy of Day Z priced at AU$74.95.
I had no prior experience with the refund process and was unaware of the 14-day refund policy for digital games. The purchase was made on my Xbox account: [redacted]
I am disappointed that I missed the refund timeframe due to my lack of knowledge about the process. I am reaching out for assistance as it has only been 20 days, just 7 days over the refund period.
Day Z was a significant investment for me, and given the game's early development stage, the experience on the original Xbox One is plagued with lag and bugs. I am dissatisfied and hoping for support in refunding the digital game so I can consider purchasing a different game.
Thank you for considering my request.

I experienced an issue while trying to recover an Xbox account that stopped working after the last update. Since we couldn't retrieve the old password even though we had the gamertag, I ended up purchasing Xbox Live Gold with a subscription for $14.99, resulting in a new gamertag and email for the account. Unfortunately, none of the previous games or credits are available on the new account. I need to deactivate it as it is linked to my bank account. You can contact me via email at [redacted] Additionally, I have a new Xbox but cannot recall my password and the recovery code is being sent to an outdated phone number. My new phone number is [redacted].

I have purchased 4 controllers due to each of their malfunctions. My latest controller broke recently, prompting me to reach out for assistance. Three out of the four controllers experienced joystick failures after minor falls, while the fourth completely malfunctioned, leaving only a few buttons functional. The joysticks on two controllers cannot rotate correctly, and one has a stuck button. These malfunctions make gameplay difficult.

I noticed on your home screen the offer of "get 2 months for $2," however, there is no option for two months, only one month. I would appreciate having the second month added to my account at no extra cost. I find it frustrating to have to reach out only to discover that there are no customer service representatives available to speak with. Communicating through messages only prolongs the issue and adds to user frustration. This type of support feels impersonal and robotic. Given the value of Xbox stock, I would expect a more user-friendly and customer-centric solution for all customers.

I have a good Xbox Live subscription, but I am facing issues logging into Apex Legends due to a connection problem with Xbox Live. I am frustrated with the service announcements stating there is a connection issue. I would appreciate it if this problem could be resolved promptly. Instead of email correspondence, I prefer a phone call at [redacted]. I am tired of automated responses and would like to speak with a real person regarding this matter. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues connecting my Xbox to the router as it won't connect to Xbox Live. While testing the network, the message indicates that the network is good but signals Xbox service problems. Despite checking the Xbox status webpage that reports all is well, I have attempted troubleshooting steps like hard resetting the Xbox One and the router with no success. I am uncertain if the problem lies with Xbox servers despite the website's status feedback. I am open to any suggestions or insights you might provide on resolving this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing difficulties installing Far Cry 5 on my Xbox One without an internet connection. The game, although used, is in good condition and was purchased in a different country while I was visiting my grandfather. Interestingly, it installed on my grandfather's Xbox with internet, but stopped at 44.6%. Upon returning home to my country, the installation on my Xbox One halts at the same point with no progress despite attempts like clearing local storage and power cycling the console. I am unable to return the game to the store due to constraints, and I really want to play it. Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.

I would like to speak to someone over the phone instead of live chat. I have been very upset and tried reaching out on two different numbers, but couldn't get through. In May, without permission, you took money from my account even after I was assured of a refund, including the bank fee of $22. This issue originated when we bought a gift card for my grandson last December using our bank card, and now in August, money has been taken again even though he no longer has an Xbox. We only keep bill money in that account, and it's unfair for you to withdraw without permission. Unauthorized charges have caused us embarrassment as bills couldn't be paid. I believe this practice is deceptive and akin to fraud. I demand a resolution promptly and expect my refund, including bank fees. I have tried contacting 1-[redacted] and 1-[redacted] without success. Please assist. Thank you, Tammy Y.
