I recently purchased the Xbox One S with the Minecraft bundle. The package included Minecraft Windows 10 edition and Xbox One edition with the builders pack. I've entered all the codes provided on the cards and successfully installed the game. However, when I tried to play, it prompted me to sign in with the account that bought the game, despite inputting the codes on my account. I can see the purchase listed in my logs, but it seems I still need to "buy it to play it" for $20, even though the cards indicated Full Game at the bottom. It appears new codes for the Windows 10 edition might be necessary to resolve this issue. Thank you, Colton C.

For the past four times I've switched on my Xbox One, I encountered a troubleshoot screen with options to continue, reset, or turn off the console. Clicking on continue only resulted in a black screen, while opting to turn it off led to the same troubleshoot screen reappearing after restart. Each time, I had to reset the Xbox to get it working again. Subsequently, I had to reinstall my games, which is time-consuming, especially for larger games. This situation is preventing me from playing games effectively. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I noticed a charge of $26.36 on my account, which used to be linked to my brother's Xbox account. My brother has not made any recent purchases on Xbox Live, so I am unsure why I am being charged. I have since updated my card details, so I should not have been charged in the first place. I am seeking assistance in contacting someone who can help me receive a refund for this erroneous charge. Thank you.

I purchased EA Access to try out Madden 20 for free. I also have another account on my Xbox that already had EA Access, but we are not game sharing. I am game sharing with someone else, and the game is prompting the profile that purchased it to be logged in. However, I bought it on my account that is not game sharing with the account that already had EA Access. Even though I bought it with my own money on my own account, the game is still not recognizing that I own it. What should I do in this situation?

Yesterday, I bought a $15 gift card from Dollar General. When my son attempted to redeem it, an error message popped up saying "code not found." I attempted to enter the code myself and received the same message. This morning, I visited Dollar General, but they said they couldn't help and advised me to contact Xbox for assistance.

I tried to purchase some V-Bucks, but the game froze and displayed an error. I restarted the game assuming it was a minor issue. However, after the restart, my V-Bucks were missing. I made the purchase again, and this time it went through. Yet, upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same amount, but only received the V-Bucks once.

Hello, I hosted a birthday celebration for my son last Sunday. During the party, he received 2 Xbox gift cards—one valued at $15 and the other at $25. Unfortunately, upon trying to redeem them today, we discovered that the codes were not on the cards as expected but were instead on the receipts. After contacting the gift-givers, one had discarded the receipt, and the other’s code was partially obscured by a grease spot. I can provide a photo of the affected card. Is it possible to replace or retrieve the codes under these circumstances? We were unaware of this new procedure and appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was ridiculed by TrBobburn in the Rocket League chat for being homosexual, which eventually continued in the Xbox chat. I confronted him for his disrespectful behavior but ended up getting reported and banned. It was disheartening to experience such discrimination and mistreatment. I was deeply upset by the whole ordeal and couldn't believe the lack of support from the Xbox community. I am disappointed by how some individuals can be so hurtful, especially to young players who might face similar situations. This incident has caused me a great deal of emotional distress, and I feel compelled to share my story to raise awareness about such behavior within the Xbox community.

I have an issue with my Xbox consoles. I sold my Xbox [redacted] without logging out of my account, and when I got an Xbox One S, 8 games didn't download, costing $81.81. Additionally, I own the same games on both consoles and don't want to buy them again for the same price. I just want to access my games without repurchasing. I have the game titles and order numbers. Another problem is that my Xbox One S gold membership signs me out when I try to play Call of Duty Black Ops bought for the Xbox [redacted], and I can't play online. I need help with this situation.

It’s frustrating not being able to connect with a live representative for assistance. I attempted multiple times to reach someone via the provided phone numbers only to be directed online. Why provide the number in the first place if it’s not helpful? If my issue persists, I will escalate it to the Better Business Bureau. I am struggling to remove the 'Digital Wallet' from my son's Xbox account. After he misused my credit card, I got a new one, but the charges keep going through because of the Digital Wallet setup. Urgently need to speak with a representative to remove the Digital Wallet and update the card. My son, who is special needs, doesn’t grasp what he’s been doing. If I can't resolve this soon, I will involve the BBB to address the situation promptly.

While visiting Walmart on Dysart Road in Avondale, Arizona, we intended to surprise our son with the new Madden 20 game. However, upon opening the shrink-wrapped package secured with Xbox tape, we discovered a CD-R52x 700MB/80mm Galaxy brand disc with the signature "Bev Tatn" but no game inside. It is shocking and disappointing that someone had tampered with the game, as evidenced by the reused Xbox sticker to reseal the package. We plan to return to the store, where there is a police department, to report the incident and potentially have the CD fingerprinted to identify the perpetrator. We have taken photos for documentation purposes, which we can provide if needed.

Today, I took my brother to Family Dollar to purchase an Xbox Live Gold card for $24.99. Unfortunately, when he tried to redeem the code from the receipt, none of them worked as there was no scratch area on the card. Upon returning to the store, the staff mentioned a separate receipt but were unable to assist further. My brother, who has a slight learning disability, recalled seeing the code print out after his main receipt but was not aware of its significance at the time. Although it may be considered his mistake, it would be disappointing if he lost $25 due to a mishap at the store. I am not well-versed in gaming matters, and I didn't notice the additional printout as he checked out after my mom. I realize this is a tricky situation, but I would appreciate any assistance you could offer to resolve this issue.

I am currently unable to log into my Xbox Live account. I was signed out last night and when I tried to sign back in, it prompted me for a security code. Unfortunately, the phone numbers associated with receiving the security code are no longer in service, and email verification was not an option. I attempted to update the phone number through the app but was not aware of the 30-day waiting period. Customer support only directs me to request a call back online, which I can't do without logging in. As a long-time Xbox gamer, this access issue is frustrating, especially considering the financial investment I've made in games over the years. I am reaching out for assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you. - Jared C. (Gamertag: JChronic)

I bought an Xbox Live card at Family Dollar in Silver Springs, NV. The cashier gave me two receipts but didn't mention I needed the second one. When I returned, the store staff were unhelpful and rude, offering no solutions. Now I have a $15 receipt but can't use the card. Usually, the cards have scratch-off numbers, so this was unexpected and frustrating. When I sought assistance, they advised me to try Dollar General nearby. I'm a regular buyer of these cards for my family. Could I please have an access code if I show you a picture of my receipt? We've been loyal Xbox users with various consoles. Thank you, Marion W.

I need help recovering my Xbox Live account as I recently filled out a form for it. It's been around 3 years since I last used it, although I believe it was active for longer. The email associated with the account was closed by AOL due to inactivity. When completing the form, I was asked for details like my mom's old credit card number which I don't have, or mine, or even the specific card used on the account. The account name is MikeNINgoBills, and the old email was [redacted], which is no longer accessible. I'm eager to regain access to my old gamertag to access the content I purchased.

I recently purchased a 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscription from Best Buy. Unfortunately, when attempting to remove the code protector, the first four digits of the code got damaged, making it impossible for me to redeem the subscription. I went ahead and submitted a service request online to get a replacement code. I provided my receipt and a picture of the back of the card. The situation became confusing when I received an email asking for more information, including an unobstructed view of my receipt with the service request number visible, a picture of the front and back of the card (with the service request number on the back). I uploaded the additional photos as requested, however, I then received a second email at 8:34 pm stating that my case was closed, which left me puzzled as I hadn't received my replacement code yet. My service request number is [redacted], and I would appreciate any assistance to ensure my subscription starts promptly.

Hi Microsoft support team, I encountered an issue while using my Xbox One. When I quit a game of Overwatch competitive, and switched to watching Netflix, the video speed increased, similar to fast forward. This also occurred on YouTube and Crunchyroll. I have tried unplugging and restarting my Xbox, ensuring all connections are secure, and checking internet and settings, but to no avail. Additionally, when I navigate the Xbox menu during gameplay, a strange stutter noise occurs. Overall, this experience has been frustrating.

There is a user named Sheetduck4 who has been harassing me for 3 years. Although I did mention something about his deceased nan in the past, I have since promised not to bring it up again. Recently, he has been targeting my dad and brother, leading me to stand up for myself. As a result, I have been suspended. Despite reporting these incidents to Xbox multiple times, no action has been taken. If this continues, I am considering switching to a different console after 8 years of playing on Xbox. I believe my account (II pud evo II) should be unsuspended and that Sheetduck4 should face consequences for his behavior. I have faced depression and distress from these ongoing issues and hope for a resolution.

I recently encountered an unexpected issue when browsing products on your website. Upon clicking to read about them, I was wrongly charged for two packages I did not intend to purchase. Following this, I contacted a representative who provided steps to obtain an expedited refund. However, it has been 3.5 days and I have been unable to submit my request or speak to anyone to resolve this matter. My bank requires contacting the merchant first, which I have attempted to do without success. I hope for assistance in resolving this swiftly to uphold the integrity of your site and products. As a 48-year-old female dealing with health issues related to Agent Orange exposure, I rely on products for pain relief and relaxation. I appreciate your attention to this matter and anticipate a prompt resolution.

I recently attempted to cancel the recurring billing for the Pluto Rehab account linked to my Xbox. Unfortunately, I was only able to switch the payment to another card to prevent further charges. Since I sold my Xbox, I need to cancel the subscription online, but I can't access the account on my laptop because I no longer have the associated email. However, the charges are still coming out of my checking card. I'd like a refund for the recent charge and to cancel the subscription since I haven't been using the account. I know that typically there is a one-time refund policy for Xbox Live issues, and I'd like to resolve this matter before involving my bank.
