On June 27, [redacted], I noticed two unauthorized charges of $42.89 each on my bank statement, which were made on my bank card ending in [redacted] for Xbox purchases. I allowed my daughter to use the card back in May [redacted], but I didn't authorize these transactions in June. I have already canceled the card to prevent further charges. I would like a refund for the unauthorized charges. Please get in touch with me at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue. Thank you. - Ashley Toomey

I downloaded Metro Last Light digitally for my Xbox [redacted] and finished the game. I bought the season pass for extra content but can't access it in-game. I even purchased a physical copy of the game but still can't find where to play the DLC. The DLC shows up on my hard drive, but I can't access it. Have I wasted my money on the DLC? I also want to get DLC for Borderlands, but I'm hesitant if I can't access it.

I've had to contact your customer service multiple times to have my card removed from Xbox360. Despite informing you to stop charging my card, I continue to be billed $10 monthly. This marks the fourth attempt to remove my card from Xbox. I request a full refund for the last four months of unauthorized charges. Each time I call, I am assured that my billing will be canceled, yet the charges persist. The situation is frustrating, and I am exhausted from repeating the same process. I demand a refund promptly as this ongoing issue is unacceptable. Your level of customer service has been disappointing.

Xbox, why am I having trouble reaching you? Please improve your customer support system. I've been a loyal Xbox customer for over 12 years without many issues. However, after purchasing a new Xbox a week ago, I encountered the orange light power block issue. I had to buy a new power block for $50. Additionally, I recently bought Avengers: Endgame for $20, but there's an error preventing me from watching it due to system issues. Your notice mentioned problems with part of Xbox, but it's been 3 days already. I've spent over $[redacted] this week between the power block and movie purchase. I just want to enjoy my Xbox and watch the movie. Please resolve this, Microsoft.

I have an old Xbox Live account, and I recently got a new Xbox. Unfortunately, I can't recall my password, and attempts to reset it have been unsuccessful. The system is rejecting my attempts, claiming I haven't provided enough information. Can anyone send me a temporary password to my email, so I can reset it? Thank you.

I would like to bring attention to a product named G Fuel. They market their product through the XBOX platform to target children. My 11-year-old son ends up staying awake for at least 6 hours while on Xbox after consuming this product. Upon trying G Fuel myself, I experienced heightened blood pressure, shakes, and discovered that Gamm Labs, the company behind it, doesn't disclose the significant caffeine content. It's evident this product is not suitable, and I intend to discard it. I urge the local news to investigate this issue. Parents must be aware of the risks posed by such products; awareness is crucial before any tragic incidents occur. The company mentions consulting a doctor if you have medical conditions, a detail my child only mentioned once the product was delivered. He had saved up $60 from cutting grass to purchase it. I hope to shed light on this matter. Thank you, Roy.

I purchased a movie from your store, but I keep getting an error message that says I need a connection although I am definitely online. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as restarting my Xbox One, re-downloading the program, and even restoring the movies, but nothing seems to be working. I am reaching out for assistance as the automated system was unable to resolve my issue. This problem occurred after I watched one movie successfully and then purchased "A Quiet Place," which seems to have caused the error. I have over 60GB of free storage, so I don't believe that is the issue. Hoping to get this resolved with the help of a real person.

I am experiencing difficulties signing in to my Xbox One account. Despite receiving indications that my network connection is stable, I continue to face challenges reconnecting to my account at Home. The error code (0x87DD0017) is persistently appearing. While my internet connection seems functional and all services are accessible, my Nat type remains unavailable. I have conducted multiple Detailed Network Statistic scans with varying results. After removing my account, I attempted to re-add it by selecting "Add new" under sign-in, but each time I try, the process stalls and eventually cancels, leaving me unable to re-add my account.

I recently noticed that an unexpected charge was made from my account for an Xbox Live membership that I did not authorize. I am frustrated because I have repeatedly tried to contact your support team, but have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I have spent a significant amount of money on my Xbox already, and this additional charge was not something I budgeted for. I have removed my card details to prevent any future unauthorized charges. I request that the amount taken from my account be refunded promptly. I hope that your company can address this situation promptly and prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I recently purchased an Xbox One to enjoy playing Halo and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 with backward compatibility. However, I've encountered some confusion with my accounts. Initially, I created a new account but later remembered I had an old one.
In my attempt to recover the old account, I seem to have either created a new one mistakenly or accessed a previously unused account. Ultimately, I believe I managed to log into my original account from the past.
The issue I'm facing now is that my gamerscore shows as 0, even though I had made progress and unlocked achievements while playing games like Black Ops 2 and Call of Duty: Ghosts extensively.
I am unsure if the account I accessed was reset due to inactivity over the last 5 years, or if there is some other reason for the reset. I am keen on retrieving my old account with all the progress rather than starting anew.
My goal is to subscribe to Xbox Live but on my original account to pick up where I left off. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your attention, and I hope you have a great day ahead.

I decided to purchase the Xbox Game Pass for the $1 deal for the first month. However, upon subscribing, I was charged $14.99 three times instead. Additionally, my friend, who is another user on our Xbox, was charged $14.99 once, even though he didn't intend to make the purchase. This differs from the initial offer of $1 for the first month. I would like my friend's card to be refunded as he didn't authorize the transaction. As for the extra charges on my account, I only intended to pay the $1 for the first month, not a total of $45. I want the additional charges on my card to be refunded promptly.

I've been having issues with my Xbox every time I try to insert a game disc. Initially, I managed to fix it, but it only lasted a week before the problem reoccurred. Recently, I attempted to play Fortnite, but I encountered an error message 0x97e107ed, preventing me from playing. Additionally, when trying to play discs, I receive error code 0x82d40004. Despite reaching out for help through chat and phone support, the issue persists. I predominantly use PlayStation consoles but would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem. I hope to keep my Xbox running until the new [redacted] systems are released to avoid purchasing a new console now and then again next year. Thank you.

I have been unable to play Xbox online for a few months due to issues with players cheating and hacking. This has led to my account being unable to connect to Xbox Live. It is frustrating that hackers are allowed to continue playing while legitimate users like me suffer. I had around a month of Xbox Live time remaining, but it seems my account or Xbox may have been corrupted. Getting in touch with live support has been challenging, and I hope to get these issues resolved. It is unfair for non-hackers to be punished for the actions of others. I also find it frustrating that those who use vulgar language or confront hackers are the ones who end up banned. I would appreciate some form of compensation for the lost gameplay time. I have even tried creating a new gamertag and purchasing Xbox Live time, but I still cannot access online gameplay. I really hope these issues can be corrected.

I have a quick question. I have my Xbox account and have encountered an issue with a person I played with online. This individual turned unpleasant, bombarding me and my friends with messages I found uncomfortable. I have been responding that I'm busy, but now I wish to block them. Also, I am considering changing my gamer tag to prevent further contact. Specifically, I would like to know if blocking them will retain our old messages in their inbox, and if they will be able to see my new gamer tag. Essentially, after changing my gamer tag and blocking them, will they still have access to our previous conversations under my old tag or will it update to my new one?

My brother and I share this Xbox [redacted] console. He created an account a while ago but forgot the password. I assure you that this account belongs to us. I can provide evidence of purchasing Xbox Live, buying games, and using my mother's credit card on it. Please help me recover the account GMSK33M0. I am not aware of the email associated with it, but I just want to get back to playing "Tag Tournament 2."

I purchased a 3-month Xbox Live membership on August 6th, but the servers went down that night. Upon their return, I found out I needed Games Pass to play. I acquired Games Pass and was prompted to buy a 1-month membership since I didn't have Live. I have not received a refund for my 3-month membership. I canceled the 1-month membership hoping to get my 3 months back, yet it has not been reinstated.

Yesterday afternoon, the server went down, and it has not yet been fixed. This ongoing problem with Xbox Live is frustrating. Customers are starting to switch over to the PlayStation Network since they do not experience these issues. I believe it would be fair to receive a one-month credit considering the lack of service we are currently facing. As a loyal Xbox Live customer, it is disheartening to consistently encounter server problems despite paying for live services. It would be appreciated if some form of compensation or reward could be offered for the inconvenience caused by these recurring issues.

I have a question regarding my Xbox account interactions. I connected with a person online who initially seemed cool but later turned intrusive by asking personal questions and flooding my Xbox with unwanted messages. Despite my attempts to deter them by claiming busyness, their behavior persisted. Consequently, I wish to block them and modify my gamer tag to avoid further contact. Will blocking them retain our previous messages and reveal my new gamer tag if I choose to change it before blocking? I aim to prevent them from discovering my updated gamer tag after blocking.

I have paid twice to watch two separate series on Microsoft TV through Xbox. For the first show, the last episode didn't show up, and I had to pay for the separate episode, which is frustrating considering I pay $20 per season. Now, with the second show I purchased this week, the first episode is available, but the second one is missing even though it aired more than two nights ago. This is disappointing as episodes should be available to watch promptly after they air on regular television. It's frustrating to pay for a whole season and encounter these issues. I would appreciate a refund if this problem persists, but what I really want is for the episodes to be available on time and included in the season price.

I have an account on Xbox [redacted]. When I tried to recover it on Xbox One, it says it does not exist. I created the account, and I still see all my info on Xbox [redacted], but it did not transfer to Xbox One. I just want to use my old account on the Xbox One. I am sure I am using the same email as I did on Xbox [redacted] since I already double-checked. The email for the account is the same one I will use for the recovery email. Thank you for your time and attention.
