I purchased Madden 20 from the Microsoft Store on my Xbox One. Unfortunately, every time I attempt to play any game mode, the loading screen freezes and I am redirected back to the Xbox dashboard. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, as well as power cycling my console, the issue persists. Other games run smoothly on my Xbox except for Madden 20. I believe I have tried all troubleshooting steps, and am now seeking a refund to purchase a different game.

I have an extensive video collection on my Xbox [redacted] that I have accumulated over the past 10 years. I understand the concept of licensing, but I have recently experienced the removal of my entire library, including valuable movies and TV series. Some episodes are no longer available for redownload, such as missing episodes from the first season of "Wild Thornberrys." This includes purchased content from multiple seasons like "Spongebob." Despite trying to seek assistance, the support provided by AI bots through text has been unhelpful in resolving this issue. I intended to use my Xbox [redacted] offline for media purposes and upgrade to an Xbox One, but this situation has prevented me from doing so. I feel violated by this experience, akin to a break-in at my home. My gamer tag is ibilln.

I am experiencing difficulty downloading and signing in to my Microsoft account. I am certain of my email and password as I have never requested a change. The account was created by my late grandmother when I was 15, and unfortunately, I am unsure of the birth year provided. The phone number associated with the account is no longer in use ([redacted]), but I can provide proof of the previous number. The gamer profile linked to the account is SniperGod444, and I have invested a lot of time and money into it. I am eager to regain access to my purchased content and would appreciate any efforts to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my Xbox One Scorpio edition where the hard drive was failing. I replaced it with a solid-state drive and needed assistance installing the software. After calling customer service and being directed to the Microsoft store for help, I scheduled an appointment for 8 p.m. Upon arrival, the technician was unprofessional and rude. His condescending attitude and lack of respect were unacceptable. Despite my husband's background in IT, the technician treated us as if we were incompetent. I had the original hard drive with me, and all that was needed was a simple software download. The entire experience at the Bridgewater, NJ store was disappointing, especially considering our loyalty to Xbox products for many years. If this is the standard of customer service and technical support, I may consider switching to a different gaming system. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and am deeply dissatisfied with the treatment received.

I am writing to address an issue with my son's Xbox One account. In the past, both my husband and I had to remove our Visa debit card from his account due to unauthorized purchases. Recently, I purchased a gift card for him at my local Tesco on August 27th using my Visa debit card. However, I discovered several online purchases made to Microsoft on my banking statement, which were charged to the same card without my authorization. Despite never allowing my son to register my card details on his account, these purchases were made. I am deeply concerned and frustrated by this breach of trust and kindly request a prompt resolution and a refund for the total amount of £46. I have already removed my card from his Microsoft account but was unsuccessful in requesting a refund. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you, Mrs. R Hall.

I recently spent over three weeks completing Just Cause 4 [redacted]% for the achievements, only to realize that I was signed out during my last gaming session, resulting in me missing at least eight achievements. I have attempted to restart the game, but I am unable to obtain the achievements without starting from the beginning, which is frustrating after all the effort I put in. The missed achievements are as follows:
Here To Stay (50 G)
Stunt Driver (15 G)
Been around the World (50 G)
Fully Stocked (50 G)
All the Right Moves (20 G)
Weapon Stash (25 G)
I Feel the Need... (15 G)
Show Me The Way (25 G)
What if I... Dive Down? (40 G)
A Scorpion's Tale (50 G)
Correcting this issue and awarding me the updated Gamerscore (+[redacted] G) along with these achievements would be greatly appreciated. I am in Australia, so I apologize for any time zone differences. I am willing to provide screenshots as proof if needed.

My son is unable to sign in to his Xbox One console. After multiple restarts, he re-added his account but got an error message stating he couldn't access his games since he's not the account owner. He has both downloaded and disc-based games that are currently inaccessible. The console ID is [redacted] (it could have B's instead of sixes and vice versa), and the Xbox Live device ID is FD00F3045DA2F93 (O's might be zeroes).

Hello, I've been experiencing a lot of connection issues with online matches recently. I purchased an Ethernet cable and managed to open my NAT type, which improved my gaming experience for all my games except for Rainbow Six Siege. Everything seems fine, except for the specific issue of loading into matches. While other players are ready within 20-30 seconds, mine takes 3-5 minutes. I've researched and tried various solutions but haven't found a fix. If there's anything you can do to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I had purchased a one-year Xbox Live Gold membership around Christmas [redacted]. Recently, I decided to try out the Xbox Game Pass for one month at the discounted price of £2. After subscribing, I realized the full price was £10 per month and promptly cancelled it to avoid future charges. Regrettably, this action unexpectedly cancelled my remaining [redacted] days of Xbox Live Gold membership without warning. The cancellation process only refunded me the £2 I initially paid for the Game Pass. As a 15-year-old, £40 is a significant amount for me, and I would like either my Xbox Live Gold membership reinstated or a refund for the remaining value. I hope for a resolution to this issue promptly.

I have previously ordered multiple Xbox games without issues. However, my card recently was declined after Microsoft continuously charged me for games. After reviewing my purchases, I noticed that the super deluxe Borderlands 3 game was charged to my account but now I am unable to play it. Despite installing and updating the game, it keeps showing an error message. This issue is frustrating given our financial concerns and the fact that we preordered the game. Additionally, NBA 2K20 seems to have some issues this year. I am contemplating switching to PlayStation due to these ongoing problems.

I bought Gears of War 4 on 9/14/19, and my online banking statement shows a repeated charge of $23.99. I am concerned that this might be a monthly deduction, which was not my intent. If you processed Order [redacted] ($23.99) as a recurring payment, please be advised that I do not authorize future charges to my credit card for this order.
Sincerely, Dan S.

My son had trouble accessing his account. I provided him with a code sent to my email, which initially granted him access. However, he later had issues again even with the code I sent. In an attempt to fix it, I closed and reopened the account, but when it reopened, the game tag "Phanviper" was replaced with "Tingedbore7," as the primary email was no longer linked. The original email linked to "Phanviper" is [redacted], which I still have access to. My son's game tag is "Phanviper," and we hope to recover it as we have invested a significant amount in games over the years. I acknowledge it was my mistake to close the account hoping to resolve the issue by reopening it. The new tag "Tingedbore7" given upon reopening can be deleted. We are willing to provide proof of purchased games and credit card details if needed.

I had $20 in my account to buy a 3-month XBL Gold subscription. The console Store had a 60% off promotion for a $10 3-month sub. Upon trying to use my existing funds, I was prompted to add a backup card. Inadvertently, it billed a card I added as backup and charged it $25. I seek a full refund to the card and want to utilize my existing funds. I am frustrated that my refund request on the console was denied. I hope for assistance in resolving this promptly. Thank you.

I would like to report an issue with me receiving a code of conduct violation once again for no apparent reason. Just like last time, I posted on a game about the number of hypocrites, and then I received a response from someone essentially bullying me and telling me to leave. I replied to him, questioning why he did the same thing he accused me of. I believe I did nothing wrong, just pointed out his hypocrisy. The worst thing I said was "HYPOCRITE." This time, the message I received was deleted, unlike the previous one. When I tried to find information about the code of conduct, the page was blank. I feel frustrated that my posts, including ones reporting pedophiles, are ignored, yet I am reported and punished for nothing. I am disappointed to be associated with a company that seems indifferent and is supposedly restricting freedom of speech.

I am experiencing unauthorized charges on my bank account from Microsoft due to my Xbox account being linked to my son's. Despite numerous conversations and unsuccessful attempts to have my information removed, I continue to be charged without authorization. I do not own a computer and do not use Xbox services. Over the past two years, I have not received proper reimbursement for hundreds of dollars in charges. Despite being given a year's subscription code, I am still being charged monthly. Games were purchased and billed to me instead of being shared. Recently, I received additional unauthorized charges. I request a refund for all unauthorized charges and urge for better verification methods for purchases.

I have been a loyal Xbox customer for a decade now. At times, I find the quality of the hardware materials used in the system to be lacking. I consistently face issues with the controllers, necessitating frequent replacements. Despite my significant investment in Microsoft, Xbox, and their games, the recurring need to purchase controllers is frustrating. Unlike PlayStation users, I often encounter problems with joystick triggers and buttons. Recently, I bought a new Xbox controller, as usual. However, after just nine days, it is already malfunctioning. The issue seems to be with the controller hardware itself. This recurring problem is making me contemplate switching to Sony.

Today, while coming back from school, I received messages on Xbox from unknown people. Initially, I assumed it was my friends who sometimes use my account. However, when I tried to log in to the Xbox app, it asked for the password for an email address, [redacted], which is not mine. My actual email for the account is [redacted] Confused, I asked my friends if they were using my account, but they denied it. The username on the account should be vl lllllll vl. I suspect my account has been hacked or scammed, and I urgently need assistance to regain access.

I recently purchased a Microsoft Xbox One wireless controller in Grey from your store about 3 weeks to a month ago. I've been a loyal Xbox customer since I was 8, and I'm now 19. However, I encountered an issue with the controller yesterday, September 18th. When I tried to use my headset with the controller today, September 19th at 2:00 pm, no sound came through. I tested the headset on a different controller and it worked fine, leading me to believe the audio jack on the new controller is faulty. I even shook the controller but didn't hear anything loose. I wanted to reach out to you to see how we can resolve this issue as I've always been satisfied with Xbox products until now.

My 11-year-old autistic son used a unique password method involving directional controls due to his intellectual challenges. However, the system no longer supports this method, and we are locked out of the email linked to the account. All his games are on this account, causing great distress to him. The email associated with the account is [redacted], set up by his sister who no longer has access. We are struggling to help him understand this situation and have faced multiple meltdowns. We lack expertise in gaming systems and seek a solution to recover his game data. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated. Please reach out if there is a way to resolve this issue.

My Xbox had trouble connecting to the internet due to a wireless hardware issue. After resetting the hardware and reconnecting, my account was removed, and I lost access to my Xbox Live subscription. I had previously purchased Xbox Live, and now I have a new username with no record of my subscription. How can I retrieve my old username and access my previous Xbox Live account?
