Today, I received a suspension notification for my account, which I believe is unjust. The reason cited was hateful conduct due to a tweet with the phrase "die mad 💋" directed at a homophobe. However, I assert that this does not breach the hateful conduct policy. The guidelines clearly forbid promoting violence or harassment based on various attributes, none of which were violated in my tweet. Upon reviewing the context, it's evident that there was no incitement to violence. Additionally, I am facing issues verifying my email to access my account. Despite receiving the verification email, attempts to validate my email address lead to the same page prompting the email verification process repeatedly. I am seeking clarity on these matters to regain access to my account.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding a previous case (Case# [redacted]7) that I reported a couple of years ago, which remains unresolved. A few years back, my Hotmail account was hacked, leading to the creation of a Twitter account (username: iranimailo4) using my email address ([redacted]) without my authorization. Despite my efforts to contact support, the account has not been closed. I am unable to access it as it has been suspended, likely due to inappropriate content posted in Arabic, which I did not do.
I kindly request confirmation that the Twitter account associated with my email address has been permanently deleted to comply with GDPR regulations. I worry about the potential negative impact on my reputation if this unauthorized account is not removed from your systems promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Michael Ben Gallagher

I recently contacted Twitter support regarding a copyright issue. I have realized that some of my posts contained copyrighted material, and I apologize for not understanding DMCA policies earlier. I am committed to removing the copyrighted content and refraining from reposting it. I request assistance in resolving this matter, as my account is currently suspended, and I am unable to delete the old video that remains. I am unsure how to reach the reporter or address the situation effectively. Additionally, I have witnessed instances where users denied posting copyrighted content and still had their accounts reinstated. In my case, I acknowledge my error and will rectify it promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I go by the handle @OneFatCatsMom on Twitter and reside in Idaho. It's common for hunters here to wear hunter orange, but I've never seen anyone sporting the pricey orange Stetson-style cowboy hats and other hunter orange attire like the photo of Donald Trump Jr. that caught my eye.
In response, I jokingly mentioned he would not fit in well in Idaho (true!) and humorously added “pansy-ass.” I never intended for this to be considered "hate speech," but that was the complaint made against me. I filed an appeal back in late May, yet I remain in "twitmo."
I want to clarify that I am a strong supporter of the LGBTW community, and my comment was not directed towards them in any way.
I tried reaching out to the Get Human Customer Service number, but unfortunately, Twitter does not offer phone support.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in helping me appeal to Twitter to lift my "twitmo" status. Please let me out of "twitmo," Twitter.
Sincerely,
@OneFatCatsMom

There is an individual who seems to have a personal vendetta against me and keeps reporting my Twitter account, resulting in its suspension. I find it unjust that I have lost access to my account and all the hard work I put into building my following. Unfortunately, I am unable to remember my password as I created this account back in [redacted]. Additionally, I cannot reset my password as my phone number has changed since then, and the email linked to the account is an old Yahoo address that I no longer have access to. I would greatly appreciate assistance in recovering my account, resetting my password, and updating my email address. It is frustrating to be told that I cannot use my email because it is already in use - of course, it's for my backup account! Please help me resolve this issue and restore my Twitter account. It has become an essential source of entertainment for me, and I miss using it dearly.

Hello,
I'm Vincent Benetreau, managing Digital Marketing at PartRunner, a Boston-based startup.
I am unable to access the account "[redacted]" due to the two-factor authentication being linked to a number previously used by an intern who set up the account. Since we are unable to contact the intern, we have lost access to the account. Although I have the login and password, I need to update the number for two-factor verification or disable it to update it to the correct number myself.
This issue is urgent, and we are seeking a solution promptly.
For direct contact, you can reach me at +1[redacted], or via my personal email at [redacted], or my company email at [redacted]
Thank you,
Vincent Benetreau

I recently submitted an appeal regarding my locked account but received the wrong response. While I understand the 12-hour waiting period, I'm encountering issues post verification. Although I verified my number, the system is now asking for email verification. Unfortunately, clicking the "send email" button does not result in receiving the email, even after selecting "I didn't receive the link." I am currently abroad visiting family and had to use a friend's number for verification since I never linked my own. I managed to verify my number through a friend, but now I require the email verification link to proceed. It appears the automated email is not sending, so I may need a manual intervention to receive the link and regain access to my account.

Hello, I am currently assisting my sister in setting up her Twitter account, but we are encountering an error message. The message states that her account has been locked due to what Twitter deems as unusual behavior violating their rules. The steps to unlock the account include passing a Google reCAPTCHA challenge and verifying a phone number. However, since we both use iPads and do not have phone numbers, this presents a challenge. My sister has faced the same issue previously during her account setup, and we are puzzled as to why this keeps happening as we have not engaged in any unusual behavior. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I have provided my email for further communication regarding this issue. Thank you for your help.

My account @DelenaREchevarr was unexpectedly hacked. When I tried to access Twitter, I received a notification asking me to verify my identity. Upon attempting to do so, I discovered that both my password and email had been changed, locking me out of my account. Despite multiple attempts using the "forgot my password" option and my phone number for verification, I was unsuccessful. Although I received emails to reset my password, I was unable to complete the process and it feels like I'm going in circles. The only progress I made was reconnecting my email to the account. I am seeking a simpler solution to change my password without so much back and forth, possibly a temporary password to regain access and update it. My primary goal is to regain control of my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I retweeted something and later realized I misunderstood the context. After clarifying with others, I admitted my mistake, apologized, and explained the error. Despite my efforts, some individuals continued to criticize me without acknowledging my explanations. The original retweeter claimed to be open to discussions but never engaged in a fair conversation. False statements attributed to me were circulating, prompting me to refute each one individually. Unfortunately, I was blocked before capturing the evidence. I seek assistance in retrieving the original tweet to demonstrate that I did not make the alleged comments. The situation escalated unnecessarily due to misinterpretations and lack of acknowledgment. Your help would be greatly appreciated in resolving this issue.

I'm new to Twitter and recently had a misunderstanding with another user. I was engaging in conversations in the comments section without realizing that all notifications were going back to this individual. They misinterpreted my comments as harassment and proceeded to block me, causing others to join in and say mean things without understanding the situation. I feel frustrated and don't know how to address this since I can't take a picture of the original conversation due to being blocked. This is not the first time this user has twisted things out of context. If needed, I can provide screenshots of the hurtful comments. It's a difficult situation, and I'm unsure of the best course of action moving forward.

My Twitter account, @sandeepmahule, has been suspended without any explanation. I have reached out to Twitter for clarification, but I have not received a valid reason for this suspension. As a senior citizen, I heavily rely on Twitter to keep in touch with my family members living abroad. Connecting with them through this platform is essential for me, as I cannot afford to call them in Canada every day. My account has always adhered to Twitter's guidelines, and I have never engaged in abusive behavior. I kindly request a review of my account and tweets, which have consistently shown respect and kindness to fellow users. It would mean a great deal to me if my account could be reinstated, as it is my only means of connecting with my loved ones. Additionally, I believe my account was targeted by members of an extremist group spreading propaganda against Indians. They have unfairly reported my account, resulting in its suspension. I urge the platform to investigate this matter and restore my account so I can continue communicating with my family. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Sincerely,
Sandeep Mahule

Hello! I recently had my Twitter account restricted after expressing my opinion on a disturbing tweet involving a young girl and a Muslim individual. I might have been too harsh in my response, but it's frustrating that Twitter penalized me for speaking out against such inappropriate content. I understand having to delete my post, but being restricted seems unfair, especially when the original tweet was allowed on the platform. I'm upset by how I was treated and I respectfully ask for a review of the situation. I apologize for my words, but the tweet truly was shocking and offensive. I believe Twitter should either permit users to share their outrage or prevent such content from being shared altogether, especially given the sensitive issues surrounding this topic. My strong reaction stems from a personal experience involving my daughter, who was a victim of a heinous crime. I hope Twitter can address this issue and consider the impact of allowing such harmful content to circulate. Thank you for your attention. - Mark W.

I am the owner of Honest Appliance Service & Repair LLC in Buckeye, Arizona. Five years ago, our first employee created the Twitter account @honestAppl, which I never had access to. Last year, a new employee tried to solve the issue by creating a new Twitter @HonestLlc, but we lost access again when she left. Despite trying to recover the accounts, we are now locked out, possibly due to former employee Kayleigh. I am considering using the original Twitter account even though we would need to update all our links. We are eager to start gaining followers but need to regain access and set up the accounts correctly first. Any help would be greatly appreciated. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Our website is www.honestappl.com. Thank you.

The other night, I experienced hours of harassment from a Twitter user (@cumminginkatie). Despite my requests for him to stop, the situation escalated. He even mobilized his friends to join in the harassment, and it eventually turned into death threats. I reported them to Twitter, and my followers did too out of concern for my safety. However, the next morning, I found my account (@brookelynnhaven) suspended, while his account remained active with all the offensive tweets still visible. To make matters worse, he falsely accused me of inappropriate behavior and targeting minors, which is completely untrue. This is a case of targeted harassment, character defamation, and violence directed at me. It's disheartening that Twitter took no action. Upon reviewing this person's profile, it's clear that this behavior is not new. I plan to file a police report, report him to ICE, explore options to hold Twitter accountable, and involve the media. While I desire my account to be reinstated, my priority is now the safety of others and ensuring this user is stopped. I kindly ask for assistance in addressing this matter promptly.

I have been experiencing issues deactivating my Twitter account, @DavidDm65. I previously reached out to Twitter Support with Case No: [redacted] and [redacted]. Despite my efforts, I am unable to deactivate the account using the passport ID provided in those cases. The system keeps directing me to my other account, @DavidMatterson, which I intend to keep. Twitter Support has been unable to assist me in fixing this problem. I am willing to resend my ID evidence if needed. Thank you for your help with this matter.

My account has been suspended, and I received a generic message stating it's a permanent suspension without explanation. I'm unsure why this happened and I really want my account reinstated. I've had it since [redacted], adhere to all the guidelines, and my content revolves around kpop and gaming which is clean and within the rules. My account is @littleladychi, and I'm deeply saddened by this. There has been a trend of Loona fans falsely reporting non-Loona kpop fans, and I suspect this might be why I was suspended without cause. I always conduct myself respectfully on Twitter, and I'm currently in the hospital sick and upset that my main source of kpop updates has been unjustly taken away.

My account has been suspended, and the response I received stated that it is permanent without any further explanation. I am unsure why this action was taken, and I am eager to have my account reinstated. I have been a user since ****, and I consistently abide by all guidelines, ensuring that my posts are not offensive or abusive. My account handles kpop and gaming content, and it is *@littleladychi. I am very distressed by this situation. I suspect that some loona fans may be falsely reporting other kpop enthusiasts who do not support loona, which could explain this issue. It appears to be a case of an unsubstantiated report. I always conduct myself appropriately on Twitter, and this suspension has left me without access to my primary source of kpop updates during a challenging time as I am currently unwell and in the hospital.

I have a complaint to report regarding Twitter. I have noticed that while Twitter effectively takes action against accounts that violate their rules, such as those inciting violence or posting pornographic advertisements, there is also a concerning trend. Some users are exploiting Twitter's reporting system to harm others out of personal vendettas.
For instance, in countries like Turkey, there are political groups that coordinate mass reporting of accounts that express dissenting views. By mass reporting these accounts simultaneously, they manipulate Twitter's algorithms into suspending them under the guise of being "highly dangerous." This misuse of the platform needs to be addressed by Twitter to prevent innocent accounts from being unfairly suspended.
It is important for Twitter to ensure that their reporting system is not manipulated for personal agendas, and that actions taken against accounts are based on genuine violations of the platform's policies.

My Twitter account, plscesun, got suspended for a "violation of the Twitter rules." However, the Twitter rules clearly state that what I did was allowed, and the account shouldn't have been taken away. When my friend tweeted about not liking maraschino cherries, I jokingly responded, "I'll kill you for this." Twitter rules allow hyperbolic statements like this as jokes. I never meant any actual violence towards my friend. It was just a harmless joke he would confirm. I appealed the suspension, but there has been no response from Twitter for almost two weeks now. I am upset because Twitter is crucial for expressing myself, and I had many loyal followers. Not having access to my account is impacting my mental health, and I fear not getting it back. I really need help with this issue.
