Dear Twitter,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with reporting users who engage in hateful or abusive behavior on your platform. It seems that the current reporting system is not as effective as it should be.
There are three users, @thewindinheaven, @BL[redacted]2, and @Hazemash, who have been using Twitter to post others' pictures without permission and promoting violence within the Chinese community in the US and worldwide using hateful language.
Two of the users have been attacking others with extremely hateful language in Chinese and then deleting their posts to avoid detection. This renders the report function ineffective in addressing their behavior.
As a major company, Twitter should uphold freedom of speech while also ensuring that users follow the company's guidelines. I urge you to consider fully suspending the mentioned accounts to maintain a clean environment on Twitter and allow others to enjoy the platform without fear of harassment.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention.

I am seeking assistance with my situation involving an accusation of abusive behavior. I have submitted two appeals without receiving any response yet. The comment I made was a general statement, which included a photo of liberals. There was no abusive behavior in my post. It seems like the person reviewing my appeal on Twitter may be biased towards the left. I am considering reaching out to @Jack about this issue. The wait time for my appeal to be resolved has been almost 24 hours since it started at 7:30 last night. Thank you, @R2017Girl.

My Twitter account, @CheyenneGaillac, was locked on March 1st because I created it when I was twelve. Despite informing Twitter that I am now an adult and confirming my age at account creation, they promised to unlock my account but have not done so. I submitted a report a month ago, yet my account remains locked. I am eager to regain access and am unable to submit another report. I kindly request Twitter to honor their commitment and unlock my account as promised.

On March 1, [redacted], my Twitter account, @CheyenneGaillac, was locked because Twitter thought I was under 13. I promptly explained that I created the account at 12, unaware I needed to be 13. Twitter acknowledged this, promising to unlock my account since I am now of age to use Twitter. It's been almost a month (a month as of April 1st) and my account remains locked. I am unable to access it despite proving I'm not underage. I would appreciate having my account reinstated as soon as possible.

Hello there,
I am reaching out regarding the suspension of my Twitter account @flickernialls due to alleged impersonation. I strongly believe this is a misunderstanding. Despite my profile featuring Niall Horan’s photo as my icon, my account’s display name, Gemma, and birthdate clearly identify it as a fan account. I have ensured my identity is transparent by sharing selfies and personal details such as my location in Finland. I now understand the necessity to explicitly state that it is a fan account as per the policy. I am willing to make the required changes promptly. Given the opportunity, I can demonstrate my compliance with the terms and conditions and rectify any confusion. I kindly request assistance in reinstating my account. I am aware that adjustments were allowed for other fan accounts post-suspension, and I am eager to align my profile accordingly. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Hello, my business, Studio Go Go, is about to launch, but unfortunately, the Twitter handle @studiogogo is inactive, and attempts to contact the owner have been unsuccessful. I settled for @studiogogoltd, but this is causing confusion. Can you assist in reclaiming @studiogogo for me? Thank you, Brendan.

Dear Twitter,
I would like to bring to your attention the issue regarding the reporting functionality on your platform. It appears that the process to report users tweeting hateful and abusive content or engaging in harassment is not functioning effectively.
Specifically, users @thewindinheaven, @BL[redacted]2, and @Hazemash have been misusing Twitter by posting unauthorized pictures of individuals and using hateful language in Chinese to incite violence within the Chinese community in the United States and worldwide. Additionally, the second and third users have been attacking others with extremely offensive Chinese language posts, subsequently deleting them to evade detection by the reporting system.
As a prominent internet company, Twitter should uphold the principles of free speech while ensuring that users adhere to the platform’s guidelines. I urge you to consider suspending the mentioned accounts to maintain a cleaner Twitter environment and allow others to engage with the platform without fear of harassment.
Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I need help with a Twitter account issue. The account in question is @bnew2u. It is falsely accusing two of my mutuals of bullying and harassment, which is not true. The user is promoting a hashtag #bankiansxstripes, tagging influencers, and making negative comments about them. This behavior is affecting fandom communities such as Kian and Jc, and Sam and Colby. We aim for a safe and enjoyable environment within our mutuals, and this account's actions are making it difficult. I am requesting for the account @bnew2u to be removed as it has been deleted once and recreated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently encountered a significant issue with my account. I attempted to adjust the date of birth associated with my account, @rosescoloredboy. However, this action led to me being locked out of my account after selecting the option for the 'wrong date of birth', assuming it pertained to the previous year of birth on my account that I then sought to correct. Subsequently, I was prompted to provide a photo of my ID, which understandably did not match. In hindsight, I recognize I should have pursued an alternative course of action, leading to my current distress. The account holds a multitude of cherished memories and connections that I am unwilling to forfeit. Having maintained the account for several years, it bears immense sentimental value to me. I can verify my age as born in [redacted], presently 20 years old, with identification images to corroborate this, ensuring my eligibility to use the app. Although my activity on the account was sporadic initially, it has become a significant part of my routine in recent years. I am earnestly pleading for assistance in recovering access to my account by providing any necessary details for verification purposes. I am willing to exhaust all avenues to regain access to my account.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to a forgotten password. The email associated with my account needs to be corrected to [redacted] instead of [redacted] As a result, my attempts to reset my password have been fruitless as the incorrect email does not exist. I tried reaching out to the email owner, but my message bounced back. Additionally, my phone number has changed since the account was created.
I am currently in South Korea and have recently moved, making it crucial for me to regain access to contacts only available through this account. Without access, I am feeling extremely isolated, especially since I cannot utilize social media at this time. I have submitted multiple requests in the past month but have not received any assistance. I am desperate for a solution to this matter and would appreciate any available support or a contact phone number. Thank you for your help during this challenging time.

About 9 months ago in June [redacted], I changed my birth year on my Twitter profile as previously I could only put the dates. I successfully added the birth year, but then my account got locked, claiming I created the account before I was 13 years old. I am currently 20 years old and started using Twitter after I met the age requirement. I contacted their support for help in recovering my account, and they informed me it would take longer than expected. When I followed up for updates, they said they don't monitor emails to that support address. I am feeling lost and confused. My Twitter account is important to me, and I don't want to create a new one. What should be my next step?

I have been attempting to reach out to Twitter Support for over a month now to address the suspension of my account. Despite having very limited activity on my account over the past few years, with only about six tweets in total, I have not received any response to the five appeals I have submitted. To try and resolve the issue, I created a new account to send a direct message to @TwitterSupport since I couldn't do so from my suspended account. Unfortunately, this new account was also promptly suspended after my message. This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially because I rely on my social media accounts for business purposes.

Twitter's mission is to enable everyone to freely share ideas and opinions. Free expression is a basic human right, and Twitter aims to represent diverse perspectives. However, I feel that my perspective has been denied as my tweets were blocked. I believe I have the right to confront any accuser per the law, and I suspect Twitter is my only accuser. My tweets posed questions but contained no threats, suggesting Congresswomen should denounce specific passages in the Koran. I provided these passages, yet I am now blocked. I wish to know who complained – an individual or a Twitter employee. If it was an individual, I seek their identity; if from an employee, I find it unethical. Twitter's action violates my constitutional rights by not allowing me to confront my accuser. Regards, Randy Raven (@RavenRaneBand), copying Congressman Mark Meadows. Thank you.

In early January, a notification on Twitter prompted me to add my birthday to my account. Once added, my account was locked as it was created before I turned 13. I only wanted to secure the desired account name, not use it prior to reaching 13. I submitted a help ticket, and Twitter should have sent a reactivation email. Unfortunately, during that period, my work email (used on the account) was transitioning to a new system, causing it to be offline for a few days. It is likely that the reactivation email was sent during that downtime, resulting in my not receiving it. Now at 16, I kindly request assistance in unlocking my account.

My birth year was mistakenly changed to [redacted], causing me to be locked out of my account for not meeting the age requirement. Despite providing my driver's license, which confirms that I was born in [redacted] and am 23 years old, I urgently need access to my account restored. Twitter is vital for both personal interaction and my career, so losing this account would have a significant impact and be difficult to recover from.

Hi, I'm Nathanael Biggs, and I'm having trouble accessing my Twitter account natester626, linked to my email [redacted] I've used this account for over 8 years, but it got locked because I mistakenly entered the wrong birth year, [redacted] instead of [redacted]. This action resulted in the account being locked due to the age discrepancy from when I created it, suggesting I was underage. I find this confusing as I recall only joining Twitter in [redacted], not when I was 10 or 11 as indicated. I've been waiting for over 3 days for Twitter to unlock my account, which I rely on for work and communication. I understand age restrictions, but given that I'm now almost 20, I believe this situation could be handled more efficiently. I hope to regain access to my account promptly as I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and support from Twitter in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I recently reactivated my dormant Twitter account on my phone only to discover that it has been suspended. Now, I've created a new account but need to deactivate the old one as my email is still linked to it. Unfortunately, I'm unable to do this on my phone and need a verification code that's sent to the phone number associated with the old account to do it on a computer. However, I'm currently residing in a different country and the phone number is not in use. I'm hoping to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.
