I have been an active user on Twitter for several years with over [redacted] followers. Recently, a new account with a profile picture resembling a round ball appeared using my name. Whenever I try to follow my followers, it redirects me to this unwanted account with around a hundred followers. I want to keep my original account with my picture and resume my usual activities by removing the round ball account permanently. Can you assist with this for a fee of $9? Thank you.

We are in need of acquiring the username @babydoctor, which is currently suspended or inactive. Currently, we have @babydoctorinc but have been informed by Twitter that we need to purchase ads to get @babydoctor. We are willing to buy ads but are unable to contact Twitter directly by phone to understand the process and the required ad spending to obtain @babydoctor. Can you please contact Twitter on our behalf to inquire about the steps to acquire @babydoctor? Thank you in advance.

Hello,
I am Coach Sean Clark from Kennedy High School in La Palma, California. I wanted to create a Twitter account for our football team with the handle "KHSFootball." Unfortunately, this username is already taken by an inactive account for the last six years. Could Twitter please release the name "KHSFootball" for our team's use? Thank you.

Hello, I'm a representative from Baby Doctor, Inc. We have established a business account and have a pending marketing campaign under the handle @BabyDoctorApp. However, we are eager to secure the @BabyDoctor handle, crucial for our marketing strategy and brand identity. We are currently in the process of trademarking BabyDoctor with the USPTO, and our website is babydoctor.com. We require confirmation from Twitter that we can acquire the @BabyDoctor handle along with our ad purchase before launching our campaign. We are prepared with a credit card, have drafted our first marketing campaign, and consider this handle essential for our branding efforts. The currently suspended "babydoctor" account, which we seek to obtain, is inactive. We respectfully ask for your assistance in confirming our acquisition of the @BabyDoctor handle from Twitter. Thank you.

@ L. Martin, I haven't followed anyone for a year, yet I keep gaining about 30 followers monthly. They automatically add them to my "Following" count before I can follow back, making it inflate by roughly [redacted]. Recently, they stopped adding more followers due to some ratio rules. I monitored from 3/11 to 4/5, received 30 uninitiated followers, followed them back, which resulted in the addition of 18 to my "Following" and a deduction of 6 followers. This inconsistency has caused me to lose [redacted]-[redacted] followers. Despite sending four letters, I haven't received any response. Their logic eludes me, and their lack of communication is frustrating.

Hello, I represent Miami Made, an organization supported by grants to boost the Miami startup community. We originally formed as a collective of prominent startup founders in Miami and are committed to fostering growth in the local ecosystem. While establishing our online presence, we attempted to secure the handle @miamimade on Twitter, but found it inactive for 6 years with only 13 followers and no following. It appears unused, and we believe it could be instrumental for our community initiatives. We kindly request Twitter's assistance in deactivating the inactive account so that we may claim it promptly and utilize it for our cause. Thank you.

Dear Twitter support,
I'm encountering an issue with setting up my account using my US carrier, Airvoice Wireless. Despite your claim that all US SMS carriers are supported, I am unable to receive a verification code. Twitter notifies me that my number is unsupported when I attempt to verify my account. I'd appreciate clarity on why this is occurring and any assistance you could provide. My number is [redacted].
Thank you,
Olivia H.

I need to verify my phone number to unlock my Twitter account. They are supposed to send a verification code to that number, but it's very old and out of service. I changed my phone number several times after that, but I didn't update it on my Twitter account. Now, I can't unlock it without verifying the phone number, and I can't change or update my phone number without logging in. However, I can't log in because my Twitter account is locked.

I've been struggling to access my account for several hours. Recently, I had to replace my phone, my primary device for social media use. As I usually stay logged in, I anticipated needing to update my account. However, when attempting to change my password, it seems the action didn't save. Despite reaching out to Twitter multiple times, the responses have been repetitive. Regrettably, my original email linked to the account has been hacked, rendering me unable to receive password recovery emails. I find myself in a frustrating situation. How can I regain access to my Twitter account?

I need assistance changing the email associated with my locked account. The password reset emails show only the first 2 letters of 2 email addresses, one of which I decoded but the other remains unknown. I cannot access these emails for verification and contacting Twitter support via email has not been fruitful as I do not have access to the listed email. I am willing to pay $[redacted] once this issue is resolved. Reach out to me at [redacted] Thank you.

I need immediate removal of my old Vine account. The account contains cringey videos that were made as a joke for my personal amusement. It has become public since the Vine shutdown and archive. My full name is visible, and I strongly desire to keep this content private. The Vine archive is inactive, and I cannot reset the password or delete the account. Communication with Twitter support has been unsuccessful and stressful.

I am experiencing an issue with my account where my tweets are not showing in search results when using the from:[username] search filter. Although my account appears normal to me, others are not receiving notifications for my tweets and are unable to see my replies unless they go directly to my profile. Even then, my replies are sometimes displaying as “Tweet unavailable” to others. Direct messages are functioning normally and notifications are being received for replies sent via DM. I have not been able to find a resolution to this problem. Can anyone advise on what steps I should take next?

Hello Twitter,
I am reaching out today regarding the permanent suspension of my account, Gagamonster013. I have exhausted all efforts to communicate with you through the 'Appeal An Account' ticketing system, which has proven unhelpful due to its automated responses. I am struggling to make contact and seek assistance from a real advisor as I am blocked from reaching out to @TwitterSupport, which I find unjust.
I believe my account deserves a second chance. Over the years, I have invested significant time into building my account, and it holds great sentimental value for me. Despite multiple appeal cases, I have not received the necessary help. Twitter has been an integral part of my life, and I sincerely regret any past actions and can assure they will not be repeated.
The incident that led to my suspension occurred in response to cyberbullying, where derogatory terms were used against me. I feel unfairly penalized as the other party has not faced similar consequences. I would like the opportunity to discuss reactivating my account with a representative, as I deeply miss using Twitter and am currently unable to create a new account due to the restrictions imposed.
The allegation that my account incites violence or hatred is unfounded, as I maintain positive relationships on Twitter and was standing up against the behavior for which I was penalized. I urge a review of this decision.

I attempted to purchase a shirt through a Twitter link, but encountered issues with a slow computer and accidentally promoting a tweet. Despite entering my credit card details for the shirt purchase, it seemed to have saved as a promoted tweet on my Twitter account instead. I am now being charged for this promotion and have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact support. I am unfamiliar with promoted tweets and their purpose, and am concerned about possible recurring charges. I am seeking assistance in resolving this situation as I intended to make a regular tweet, not promote one.

As a dedicated Twitter user and political activist, I recently created the @ALIDemocrats account for our [redacted] election activities. After spending over a day building it, I took a break to attend a local rally. Upon trying to post rally photos, I discovered the account had been suspended. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue as I require a verified account. I have been whitelisted previously and hope to have a dialogue to rectify this situation. Thank you for your support. - Edwin R. [redacted] Email: [redacted]

This is the third time I am trying to get some help. In the past, my account has been suspended for up to 6 hours. I have learned my lesson. However, on April 23rd, I was on Twitter and I did nothing wrong. I was not fighting or using any offensive language. My account was locked permanently. I do not believe I deserved this. The issue I have is with Twitter not suspending elite accounts like those of women from reality shows like Lisa Rinna and Brandi Glanville. Their behavior on Twitter can be inappropriate and I have been permanently removed. I am requesting to have my account reinstated.

I am currently locked out of my account due to alleged automated tweets, although I have not used any automation tools. The platform is asking to verify my phone number by sending an SMS code to my landline, which I cannot receive. I am unable to change my phone number as I need to be logged in to do so. I did not set up login verification and my account has not been compromised. I simply want to receive the verification code and regain access to my account. I have attempted to use their online forms, but only received a standard email instructing me to enter the code from the SMS. Replies to this email are not monitored. Setting up a new request has been ignored since I already have one open. I also reached out to @TwitterSupport via DM, but it seems to be automated. It would be helpful if they could call me to verify my identity using the provided phone number.
