Ten years ago, at 11 years old, I created a Twitter account that I never used. Falsely claiming my age back then, which I don't recall, has now caused my account to be suspended when I tried to update my birthday. Twitter means a lot to me, and I cherish the opportunity to continue using it. I confirm that I am now 21 years old. Kindly consider restoring my account.

I recently discovered that my Gmail account, [redacted], was suspended by Twitter for violating their rules, even though I never posted anything or used the account. I tried to create a new account and link it to the same email, but it said the email was already in use. I attempted to delete the old suspended account, but was unsuccessful. This situation is frustrating as I do not want to create a new email just for Twitter, especially when my Instagram and Facebook accounts are linked to the same email. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot access my account and no SMS code was sent despite repeated attempts. Twitter support has been unhelpful and my appeal email was ignored, causing worry about not regaining account access. After getting a new phone and trying to log in, I couldn't remember my password. When trying to reset it, I encountered issues. Using my phone number, it linked to an old unwanted account, but using my username or email, it directed me to the correct account. However, after receiving the password reset email and clicking the link provided, it only said the password had already been reset without allowing me to change it. I am unable to access my account and have not received help from Twitter support despite multiple emails and discovering the contact number is not valid. Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

On October 6, [redacted], at 2:44 PM, my account was unexpectedly locked due to my age. Despite being 13 years old, born on September 15, [redacted], and newly turning 13, entering my real birth date resulted in the message "We’re sorry your account has been locked because of your age." It seems outrageous that I can't be 13 to use Twitter. Hopefully, Twitter can rectify this age restriction issue promptly. My account handle is @S4lty_Cake. I recently got locked out of my Twitter account because I didn't read the rules properly. I recently bought a business website in Australia along with all associated intellectual property from a company that ceased operations in the country. The website came with a linked Twitter account which I am unable to access post-purchase. Unfortunately, the recovery email is no longer valid and the recovery phone number is not associated with any former employees. Twitter requests an email from the domain owner, but since the company is no longer functioning in Australia, I am unable to comply. I can provide substantial evidence of my ownership of the website but am unsure how to communicate this to Twitter for assistance.

Account Disabled. I have proven that I am not a bot, but you keep sending the unlock code to a non-existent phone. I have addressed this issue before, but you have not allowed me to update the phone number, even though I have a valid email address. Please send the unlock code to my email address. It is the only option available. Last time, it took over two weeks to resolve. This time, I expect it to be done within two days. We have dealt with this problem previously, so please do not cause unnecessary delays again. Thank you.

A Twitter algorithm locked me out randomly, and after proving I'm not a bot, the unlock code was sent to an inactive phone. Getting my account manually unlocked last time took sixteen days, and they still haven't updated my new phone number, 07[redacted]28, which I emailed them. It's frustrating that they seem stuck in a never-ending processing loop. Many users must face this issue after changing their phone numbers. Why not just admit the mistake and unlock my account without the code? It's bewildering why they won't accept my new number.

I believe a human intervention is necessary to unlock my account at your end and then update my phone number. I have encountered this issue before, and it took sixteen days to resolve. My Twitter account is currently locked, and I have been notified that it may be deleted due to being created when I was under the age of 13. Even though I understand the importance of age restrictions to protect children, I am now 20 years old and believe I should be allowed to continue using the platform. I have been an active user for over 8 years and have cherished the memories I've shared on the app. It would be unfair to lose access to my account now that I am well above the age requirement.

I am stuck in a cycle where I repeatedly prove I am #notabot to @Twitter, and they admit this but send the unlock code to a phone that doesn't work. To resolve this, @Twitter needs to manually unlock my account as they have done before. Sometimes this process takes a long time and requires multiple reminders. Opening and closing cases without fixing the issue doesn't help. The only solution is for @Twitter to unblock my account directly, with or without a code, because I am unable to receive it. @twitter's 'getahuman' keeps stating I haven’t clarified how Twitter can help resolve my issue. Despite my multiple attempts, the unlock code keeps going to an old phone. I've sent numerous emails to update my phone number. If manual unlock is needed due to my poor typing, please guide me on how to update it to the correct number. Bots usually don't make as many typos as I do, showing I'm not automated. I've been polite in my interactions and will persist until this is resolved. Twitter removed my account without explanation. Although I've created a new one with a considerable following, the platform doesn't reflect all my followers in the count or notifications. The original account had [redacted] followers that seem to be lost. The new account doesn't show all followers in the notifications. I can't send or receive tweets on the old account, receiving notifications and messages without the ability to engage. It's puzzling why my followers aren't all being transferred to the new account.

Repeated attempts to resolve this issue have been unsuccessful. This occurred last month in the first week, leading to a 16-day delay for @TwitterSupport and 'getahuman' to unlock my account. I received an email apologizing for the algorithm error but not addressing the prolonged delay. Being stuck in a loop without communication access is frustrating. Having supported an artist and promoted my work on Twitter since [redacted] through my account @LILROMANXD, I recently faced a suspension due to DMCA issues.
