Hello, I am a automotive design student from Slovakia currently studying in Coventry. I have created a clay model measuring approximately 47x21x10 centimeters. I am looking for a way to transport it back to Slovakia. Unfortunately, my checked-in baggage is full, and I am concerned about the model breaking during transfer. My idea is to build a wooden box with dimensions of 50x25x15 centimeters and utilize Wizz Priority, which permits an additional bag with measurements of up to 55x40x23 centimeters to bring it on board. I booked a round trip for my uncle and aunt on Wizz Air, but my uncle needs to reschedule his one-way ticket for Christmas. They are supposed to fly together for Christmas and return together afterward. Therefore, I need to change only my uncle's one-way flight. Can this be done?

Dear Sir or Madam, I am reaching out to seek assistance in resolving an issue with a reservation made for my 16-year-old son, Rosca Dinu Cristian, for a flight to London. We booked the flight under reservation number INRO19/11/14/[redacted] (order number YH18GN) and paid with a bank card intending for our son to travel unaccompanied based on information found on the Wizz Air website for "adults 14 to 16 years" being able to fly without a guardian. However, we later discovered additional rules for Romanian and Ukrainian minors, which were not clearly stated on the site. After a discussion with eSky, a refund was agreed upon for the misleading information provided by Wizz Air. Despite being willing to pay a cancellation fee, the charges imposed by Wizz Air seem excessive given the circumstances of the situation. Dear Wizz Air Customer Service, I am writing to seek your assistance with a significant issue I have encountered. On November 23rd, I attempted to make a booking for a flight from Vienna to Tirana for two people. The confirmation number for this booking was J7DRGY under the name Ermida Sokoli. The total fare amount was [redacted],96€. Although I am familiar with the booking rules of Wizz Air, my bank transfer was delayed until November 25th, which led to the booking not being confirmed on time. I believe this delay occurred because the transfer was made on a Saturday when my bank was closed, processing the transaction the following Monday. The IBAN and SWIFT code provided were accurate, and the transfer of over [redacted].96€ was successfully completed to your bank account. Despite this, I did not receive a booking confirmation for the flight scheduled on December 31st, and the funds have been deducted from my account. The booking was intended for my friend and her partner (Ermida Sokoli and Risken Mustafa). I would greatly appreciate your assistance in either refunding the amount or confirming the booking. While I acknowledge the delay, as this was not my personal booking, I did not check it promptly. A couple of months ago, I accidentally transferred £[redacted] to my Wizz Air account. After numerous discussions with my bank, I now understand how this mistake occurred. I am requesting a full refund instead of pursuing legal action. I have attached the letter I received from the bank, which includes the transaction reference. Transaction Reference Number: FPS405042. I attempted online check-in for my flight on December 17th. While inputting my information, I encountered an issue with the website on step 4. I am using my national ID for travel, and when I tried to enter the expiry date, I found that I could only select December. My ID actually expires in July [redacted], but the system is not allowing me to choose July. I also experienced the same problem when trying to use the Wizz Air app on my phone.

Dear Members, I have a flight scheduled for December 22nd with Wizzair from Vienna to Thessaloniki, flight W6 [redacted]. However, I have encountered a problem. Last week, I discovered that I lost my ID card and have since reported it to the police. They provided me with a temporary document confirming the loss until I receive a new one. The issue is that I reside in Munich, Germany, but I am originally from Greece, which may delay receiving the new ID. I plan to visit the Greek consulate tomorrow to obtain additional official documentation. I do not possess a passport as I have been traveling within the EU only. I recently received an invoice for 15 EUR for a flight ticket that I had already paid 69.99 EUR for. The payment was made using my debit card for a flight from Eindhoven to Belgrade, with my friend as the passenger. Surprisingly, I received this additional charge a week after the flight, labeled as "other fees" on the flight details when checked online. Hello, I have a question regarding my recent flight bookings and would appreciate your help. I have two flights booked, one from Milan to Budapest and the other from Budapest to Dubai. I booked them separately on the Wizz website. I am curious whether my baggage will be transferred directly to Dubai or if I need to claim it at the Budapest airport. I traveled alone to Budapest due to my sister Teresa Gillett's mobility issues. I need a 'no show' document for my return flight on WizzAir, as requested by my travel insurance. EasyJet provided their document already. Also, I couldn't check in online and had to pay an extra €60 at the airport, despite arriving within the check-in time. Could you please provide the required 'no show' document for WizzAir Flight No: W62221? Seat 37A was empty as my sister didn't travel. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I purchased a flight ticket on December 2nd from TLV to Debrecen with the confirmation code L8Q29F. I received approval and a payment confirmation via email. However, it has been over 10 days since the order and I have not seen any debit on my credit card for the ticket. I contacted the credit card company, and they confirmed there was approval for the payment from their end, but the charge was not processed by you. Hello, I am traveling to Saint Petersburg from London Luton airport and I need to do the check-in, but it says check-in is not available online. Do I need to do it at the airport, and is it going to be free of charge? Also, when I fill out the e-visa, do I need to write my full name in Latin letters as it is in my passport (e.g. Liskaite or Liškaitė)? I read that the Russian visa office requires the name to be in Latin letters, but Wizzair employees didn't allow boarding because the name wasn't exactly as in the passport. I mistakenly added extra baggage to my upcoming flights that are already booked and paid for. I was only trying to see how to add more baggage if necessary. I am unable to complete my online check-in without paying for the additional baggage, which I do not need. There seems to be no option to remove or cancel this extra addition. I am seeking assistance regarding a complaint submission issue with Wizz Air's website. Both myself and my partner, Richard, encountered internal errors when trying to submit complaints. Despite attempts since October 26th, the website keeps displaying errors, preventing us from filing our complaint. Customer service claims no issues with the website, but we have been unable to proceed. Our flight to Tenerife was rescheduled, offering credit we cannot use due to prior arrangements.
