I recently received a notification that my subscription is set to automatically renew on Aug. 28 by mistake. I have proof that I requested the cancellation. Here is an email exchange I had about canceling my subscription. I wanted to share this correspondence as evidence that I no longer wish to continue my membership. Our Weight Watchers group in Charlottesville, Virginia, received notice yesterday that our meeting location is closing next week. The closest studio is inconveniently located in another city. Our leader, Daniel, is truly exceptional, and the support we receive from our fellow members is truly uplifting. While virtual meetings have proven effective during the pandemic, in-person interactions are valuable for the journey of weight loss. Some individuals may not be covered by insurance for medication options, making in-person support crucial. Many, including myself, prefer face-to-face meetings over Zoom, especially after spending all day in front of a computer screen for work. Our dedicated group of members strongly advocates for keeping our Charlottesville studio at the Holiday Inn on 5th Street Ext. We hope for a reconsideration of the closure decision.

I am disappointed that Weight Watchers is closing the meeting location in New Castle, PA. It is frustrating that they keep shutting down sites and forcing people to travel 25-30 miles for a meeting. The virtual visits lack personal interaction, and driving long distances to find a meeting leads to fewer members joining. Weight Watchers should improve their approach to retain members and offer better options. I attempted to contact customer service via email but received a message stating the site is not being monitored, which was not helpful.

I have been a WW advocate for over 40 years and I believe the live seminars are crucial for members' success. However, the limited availability of seminars in terms of time schedule and location has been a challenge for me. The N. Dale Mabry location in Tampa, FL, where I used to attend, has closed down. The new location at Courtyard Marriott is far from my residence and offers limited sessions. The New Port Richey location is another option, but the class schedule there is also limited. I suggest considering adding mid-day hours during the week, like 12 or 1 pm, to accommodate more members. While I understand if my concern may not have a significant impact, I remain committed to the WW program. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently had my bank account compromised, and I've been issued a new ATM card. However, I'm unable to access the app to re-sign up due to login issues. Additionally, I am unable to access my email this morning, which is causing further inconvenience. I got an email yesterday indicating it was my last opportunity to re-sign up. Unfortunately, I won't have access to emails until tonight when my daughter can assist in fixing my phone. Can you possibly send the necessary information to my cell phone number, which is [redacted]?

I logged out of the WW scale app recently, and now I can't log back in. When I try to enter my email address and password, the message says, "Not sure which of your past usernames to choose" (I only have one). I choose the email address to edit and request a password reset. A 7-digit pin code is sent to my email. I enter the code in the app and change my password. I receive an email confirming the password reset. However, when I try to log in to the app again, I get the same message, and the process repeats.

I recently purchased a WW smart scale and registered on the app. Everything was working fine until I logged out of the app. Now, I am having trouble logging back in.
When attempting to log in with my email address and password, I receive an error message stating "Not sure which of your past usernames to choose" even though I only have one.
I tried resetting my password by entering my email address and receiving a 7-digit pin code. After changing my password, I received an email confirming the password reset. Unfortunately, when trying to log in again, I encounter the same error message and the cycle repeats.
I am not a WW member, just a user of the WW smart scale app. This issue is very frustrating as I need to access the scale for my training program.
Please address this matter promptly.

I am looking to rejoin WW, but I am experiencing an issue with the shipping field not recognizing my city, Washington DC, when entering my new payment information. The credit card field acknowledges the city, but the shipping field does not, preventing me from completing my payment information. I'm eager to start my WW program today. The login successfully recognized me and welcomed me back as Pamela, which was great. However, I cannot proceed from the shipping page to make a payment. I recently had an issue with WW charging $14.95 for a membership renewal due to a missed weigh-in. Despite attending in-person on 8/12 at the Riddick Center in Los Angeles, I didn't receive a confirmation email. I confirmed my weigh-in with WW 24/7. My credit card was stolen, so the stored information is no longer accurate. I need my lifetime membership reinstated, guidance on updating my credit card details, and I've been on hold for 60 minutes as of 2:33 p.m. PST. Thank you.

As a lifetime member, I've been disappointed by the closure of many studios and reduced hours, making it difficult for me to attend. I haven't been able to make it to meetings recently. However, two months ago, I noticed unauthorized charges of $14.95 on my credit card, even though I haven't been utilizing the service. I'd appreciate a refund for these charges and request that no further charges be made until Weight Watchers expands its meeting locations. I've been attempting to contact customer service without success and would prefer a phone call at [redacted] to resolve this matter.
