My Vonage phone number is [redacted]. I have been residing in Campo Castillo, Playas de Rosarito, Baja California for the past 7 years. Recently moved to a new house in the campo, approximately [redacted] yards from the old one. My Vonage box is displaying 25 messages and 22 missed calls that I am unable to delete or view. Sincerely, Michael Benesch Update on June 19th: After speaking with one of your representatives, I was informed that there is a past due amount of around $86 on my account. Due to a compromised account number, I had to update it. Unfortunately, the bank did not notify all my monthly billers. The Vonage box was seen as defective, and after hiring a 'Local Vonage Expert' who suggested the issue might be with my local phone line, several trips to the local office did not resolve the problem. Also, I was not informed about accumulating penalties by Vonage.

I lost two chats. My name is Sandra Gershon. Unfortunately, I still do not have telephone service. To fix this, I had to drive to an area with phone service and spoke to an outsourced representative who agreed to send me a new router. I have yet to receive it, so I am unsure if my phone will work once I replace it. Hopefully, it will arrive today. It is quite inconvenient as cell phones do not work well here in the valley.

I am frustrated because my Visa card is being rejected by Vonage for payment, despite verifying with Visa customer service multiple times. I am upset that Vonage also declined my checking account payment. I met with the manager of my credit union who confirmed there are enough funds in my checking account. I am unsure why Vonage keeps rejecting both forms of payment. Please arrange a three-way call between me, a Visa card member service representative, and a Vonage representative to resolve this issue.

After struggling to reach out to support, I connected with a compassionate woman who promptly resolved the problem. Unfortunately, I lost contact with her during our conversation. I want to recognize her exceptional assistance, especially considering my age and health challenges living far from medical facilities in a rural area. Please acknowledge her outstanding support. Kindly ensure she receives the recognition she deserves for her excellent service. I appreciate the help provided by the woman, in contrast to the less helpful experience with some male representatives. I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to receive calls from landlines and make calls to other landlines. However, calls from cell phones come through to my phone. When someone tries to call my number from a landline, a recording says the line is not in service. Unfortunately, I do not have neighbors to assist me with troubleshooting the issue as your technicians have suggested. I am missing important calls, and not everyone I know has a cell phone. How can you assist me in resolving this problem?

I am frustrated with the frequent outages of my phone service from Vonage. Despite being assured on Oct. 9 that a de-bugging device would resolve the issue, my phone went out on multiple occasions, including Sept. 9, Sept. 26, Oct. 1, Oct. 8, and today, Oct. 13. Communication with representatives is difficult due to language barriers, and their troubleshooting advice has not been effective. I am considering switching to a different provider, even if it means paying more, as I cannot afford to miss important calls or have unreliable service. I am extremely dissatisfied with Vonage and will be canceling my service at the end of my contract. Best, E. Abele

I am experiencing three different issues with my Vonage account. When contacting customer service today, I encountered unhelpful representatives who refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Despite mentioning my locked-in rate and offering my confirmation number, they claimed my costs would increase. Additionally, there are technical problems as my phone disconnects for about a minute during calls, causing confusion and static. To add to my frustration, I discovered new ads offering lower prices than what I was previously guaranteed. It seems like I'm not getting the service I was promised.

I contacted Vonage's cancellation department around July 26th, [redacted]. AC IT Manager Zeen assured me that the international unlimited calling plan would be reduced to $14.99 from the start of my account. However, we are still being charged the higher fees. On September 5th, [redacted], I spoke with Lolito, who mentioned some credit was applied but said a supervisor needs to review call recordings to apply the international promotional rate from the beginning. He asked for a day or two to follow up but I haven't received any updates. It's concerning for a publicly listed company to handle billing discrepancies this way, amounting to hundreds of dollars in just two months. I started using the service in late June and have already paid around $[redacted]. Please investigate this matter promptly and keep me informed so I can make a decision about continuing with Vonage. I am experiencing issues with my home phone service at [redacted]. Billing is usually processed on my Visa Card. Reviewing my bank statements, I can see that the last payment was made in October. Since then, I have not received any bills or notifications from Vonage regarding non-payment. I have tried reaching out to Vonage using the published number on the website but have not been successful. I am Nicole Powers from Philadelphia Technician Training Institute. I recently purchased phones through representative Dennis Dowd. Unfortunately, the phones required a direct ethernet connection, which was not initially disclosed. We received a shipment that never arrived, and upon receiving the replacement phones, they were not connected to our account for setup. Mr. Dowd was contacted to address the issues, but follow-up was incomplete. I have requested return labels to send back the unused devices, but Mr. Dowd has neglected to provide them, causing this situation to linger for months. I need help with my Vonage account. The Vonage phone number assigned is [redacted], with [redacted] linked to it. My account number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], and the registered email is [redacted] I recently activated my Vonage account before traveling from the USA to India on June 7, [redacted]. Upon reaching India, I noticed that when trying to make calls through the Vonage app on my phone ([redacted]), it only uses my cellular network, leading to charges from Verizon. The app setting currently shows "CELLULAR ONLY," and I want to change it to "WIFI/CELLULAR" or "WIFI ONLY" to avoid these charges. Attempts to contact customer support have been unsuccessful, and I am incurring international charges. I am disappointed with the service and may not continue using Vonage in the future.
