I've been using your service consistently with my Direct Express card since last April without any issues. However, when attempting to pay my December rent, Direct Express indicates that it's processing as a cash payment requiring a pin, which is not possible. This seems to be a recent change in your system as this card has previously worked without an issue. The third-party company you have engaged due to COVID-19 restrictions is unhelpful and requests a $39.00 fee along with access to my computer for assistance, which I am not comfortable with providing.

I placed an order with a vendor on November 14, [redacted], and received it on December 10. Unfortunately, the items were not as expected. The vendor sent me a photo showing a LOUIS Vuitton bag and boot set, but there were discrepancies from what I ordered. The boots lacked the straps shown, and the handbag had a noticeable scratch in the leather, as visible in the picture provided. I used to have a Venmo account, but I'm having trouble accessing it. After getting a new phone and setting up an Apple account, I tried to login to Venmo.
I suspect that my email might be slightly incorrect since when I entered my phone number to access my account, I was notified that there is already an account associated with this number.

Hello, recently I unintentionally transferred money from the incorrect bank account via Venmo due to an oversight. This resulted in Venmo charging me $29.00 six times between December 3rd and December 18th. I recently upgraded my phone and kept the same phone number. However, I am unable to access my account now. My phone number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I have attempted to reset my password multiple times using the provided password but none have been successful. Although I was sent a new password via email, I never received it. Even the new passwords sent to my phone did not grant me access. I am hoping to resolve this without having to close my Venmo account.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account that is linked to my account with your company. I suspect my card may have been lost or stolen because I have not used it in a while. I have legal documents proving that I was in jail during the period my money was spent. I believe my money was spent the day I was taken into custody and I need assistance getting a refund as I cannot reach a customer service representative for help.

I was a victim of a scam on Venmo involving a person named Riley Sullivan. Approximately 17 days ago, I sent $[redacted].00 for a product I never received. I have tried contacting my bank without success and now need Venmo's assistance in resolving this issue. Riley Sullivan seems to have deactivated his account. I am in the process of reporting this to the authorities, but I require Venmo's cooperation by providing information about him. I urge Venmo to take action and assist in retrieving my funds as a service provider.

I recently created my Venmo account to receive a payment from a friend. Since I don't use Venmo often, I wanted to transfer the funds to my personal debit card. However, when I tried, an error occurred. I attempted multiple times but was unsuccessful. I recently made a payment through Venmo to someone. However, I mistakenly used a different email for the recipient than the one registered on their Venmo account. As a result, the recipient is unable to access the funds even though the payment was debited from my bank account.
I am unsure what steps to take next. Should I cancel the original payment sent to the incorrect email and then make a new payment to the correct email address? How can I go about canceling the initial payment?

In August, my MSN email account was suspended, and I have since received a new debit card and a new phone. I have inherited my brother's old phone number, which is linked to his account. My previous phone number associated with my account is obsolete now. Despite numerous attempts through the help center, I haven't made any headway. The instructions mention clicking on updating the phone number and receiving alternative verification options, but I haven't been able to locate that link. Over the last year and a half, I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to a representative for assistance. I recently opened a new Venmo account and received $[redacted], but encountered issues verifying my bank account due to incorrect information. I lost my phone for a day, and someone used my Venmo card to make purchases with the remaining balance in my account. The individual who found my phone returned it to the store where I had misplaced it. I only managed to retrieve my phone today when I revisited the store. I'm reaching out because I need the transactions made on December 24th, starting from the first purchase to Cashapp to Zayd Henry, and I would like these transactions to be refunded as I did not authorize them.

On Christmas morning, I received $[redacted] from someone who wanted me to transfer it to another person as they didn't have their Venmo details. Unfortunately, my account was frozen and when the money arrived in my Venmo, it was taken to cover insufficient funds. This money wasn't meant for me but for someone else. I received a text instructing me to send money to avoid issues. Believing it was genuine, I sent $[redacted] on 12/26. After discussing with friends, I realized it was a fraudulent request. I am requesting the transaction be reversed or canceled. The money was sent to Crystal O., confirmation code [redacted]-[redacted]. I have alerted the local sheriff's office and ask that the money not be sent.
