Hello, I recently flew with United, but my TSA Precheck did not appear on my boarding pass. I previously added my Known Traveler Number (KTN) TT116G43N to my United account and checked that it was still valid after the flight. I have upcoming flights on Sun, Sept 3 – UA [redacted] and UA [redacted] (Confirmation M2ZZN3). Can you please update my boarding pass to include my TSA Precheck? I will be traveling to India from November 15-27 with a group. One member has back issues and might not join due to discomfort during long flights. Our flights are non-refundable, and we are seeking to transfer a ticket to another friend who wants to join. Unfortunately, we are unable to find an available seat with the same itinerary. Is there a way we can pay a fee to switch the reservation from the person with back issues to our friend who wishes to take her place?

I have a flight booked from Wichita, Kansas to Chicago, IL for tomorrow, Sunday at 12:21 pm. Unfortunately, I lost my wallet a few weeks ago and do not have any identification. I have already ordered a new driver's license from the Wisconsin DMV, but it won't arrive for another 10 business days. I am unsure if I can reschedule my flight or make any other arrangements without an ID. I urgently need to travel to Milwaukee, WI as my mother is terminally ill.

My husband, Frank Razzano, recently passed away. We have a credit under #I3HHRH that I, his wife, would like to use for a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Newark, NJ. I was informed that the credit needs to be transferred to my name for processing. The credit is for $[redacted].70 with United. Hello, my name is Atygaeva Laura. I lost my luggage during my travels from Newark Liberty International Airport to Atyrau, Kazakhstan on 09/08/23 at 6 pm. Unfortunately, my luggage was left behind in Amsterdam due to a mix-up with a "United-Amsterdam" coupon attached to it incorrectly. I was unable to retrieve it as I lacked a Schengen visa to access the luggage hall. I urgently need assistance in transporting my luggage to Atyrau, Kazakhstan as it contains vital documents. I am Marilyn Meyers. I departed from Orlando, Florida on 9/6/23 on a flight to Venice, Italy with a layover in Newark, NJ. Unfortunately, my checked bag did not make it to Venice. United File Reference VCE11640M was filed for the missing bag. Despite tracking it to Venice on 9/8/23 at 5:16 PM on flight EN8204, it was not delivered to my hotel. My tour group, EF Go Ahead Tours, left for Florence the next morning. I updated United with my new hotel address but my bag did not reach me in Venice before I left for Rome on 9/11/23. I am currently in Rome and still without my bag despite my efforts to seek assistance from both United and my tour company.

During my recent 10-day trip to Italy with EF Go Ahead Tours, I encountered an issue with my checked luggage. Upon arriving in Venice, my bag did not make it, leading to a series of complications as I traveled to Florence and then Rome. Despite providing my forwarding address multiple times, the bag was only delivered to me in Rome on September 13th. I had a lengthy chat with a United agent, during which they appeared to be assisting other customers simultaneously. After an hour, I was informed that I could not use my remaining voucher credit to modify my return flight. I had the flight I wanted to change to selected, as well as reviewed my voucher and credits, all while chatting with the agent. Following the chat, feeling rather frustrated, I revisited the site to select my flight again. To my surprise, the flight now costs $40 more. Perplexed, I closed the Chrome tab, hoping the price might change upon reopening. However, I encountered difficulties logging back in and updating my password. Could it be possible that agents can affect your account due to dissatisfaction on your end?

My wife, Laura Gibbs, and I, Mark Gibbs, took a flight from Lisbon, Portugal to Newark on 7/26/23 with a connecting flight later to Raleigh. Our initial flight was UA 65, delayed by an hour, leading us to miss our connecting flight (UA [redacted]) due to pilot unavailability. After a long wait, we were rebooked on UA [redacted] for the next day. The provided vouchers only covered part of our hotel stay, forcing us to pay for an extra night. I need help connecting two tickets for my sons. One son will be 21 and the other 14.5 years old when they travel. Their routes slightly differ, with the older son being airside for the connecting flight as the younger one checks in. On Sept 30, my husband developed a high fever and cough, making it impossible for him to fly for the safety of himself and others. We postponed our return by 2 days but encountered steep prices with United, so we opted for cheaper tickets with Frontier instead. I was gifted a United Airlines ticket by my husband and children for Christmas.
