My 21-year-old daughter was picked up after midnight. Unfortunately, she got sick in the vehicle. The driver took her phone from the back seat and told her that he would not return it until she paid him $[redacted] for the business he would lose. He took her to the nearest ATM, and she paid him the money. At that point, she was near home and told him that she would call for a ride. He insisted that he would complete the scheduled trip. I understand that he was extremely angry. However, this is unacceptable behavior. My daughter was frightened, and he took advantage of her. During our ride, unfortunately, one of the passengers vomited in the car. I have reviewed the terms and was surprised to be charged the full $[redacted]. The vomit was mostly liquid and it happened on the passenger herself. I do not consume alcohol, and upon inspection, the liquid was mostly on the floor mat with a cover and a small amount on the seat. We offered to clean up the mess but felt unfairly treated when asked to leave the car. I believe the maximum charge is excessive given the circumstances. If the charge is not adjusted, I will have to dispute it. I request the tip amount to be zero. I was distressed by the situation, and receiving this charge later on is upsetting. I acknowledge the minimum fee of $80, and I am eager to discuss this matter further. I regret not taking a photo of the situation, as I assume the driver may have misunderstood the situation due to a possible assumption of alcohol consumption, which is not the case for me.

I recently purchased a phone from Metro PCS and tried to set up an Uber account with my new number, only to be informed that my number is already in use. It must have belonged to someone else previously. After some research, I found out that the only way to resolve this is for the previous owner to log in and delete the account. Unfortunately, I have no way of contacting them. I would like the number removed from the system so I can register it under my own name and use Uber with my current number. I believe there should be alternative methods for verification, such as receiving a text message or checking my phone bill for proof of ownership. I simply wish to have my number working for Uber. My friend and I were picked up by an Uber driver named Mary at Stockman's Bar in Layton on 9/23/18 around 2 am. She dropped us off at 2:16 am in Farmington. I left my phone in the Uber car. I called my phone once I realized I didn't have it. Mary answered and said she had it but didn't want to drive back to drop it off. She instructed me to contact her the next morning, and she would return it. Despite trying to reach her via text and calls, she wouldn't respond and instead started sending texts from my phone to my girlfriend. We repeatedly asked where to pick up the phone, but she remained unresponsive. My calls go to voicemail, and texts are blocked; she turned off my phone. I am concerned, and I want my phone back. It is wrong that she went through my phone, invading my privacy.

I understand and respect your cancellation policy, but in this instance, the driver initiated the cancellation without giving me adequate time to reach the pickup spot. Despite my quick action to rectify the situation by heading to the correct location, he decided to cancel. This resulted in a significant delay for me.
My experiences with Uber this year have been inconsistent, with drivers often arriving either late or too early. With a success rate of only 50%, I feel compelled to explore other transport options in the future. I will also recommend others to do the same based on my recent encounter. Your attention to these service issues would greatly benefit both customers and drivers.

Good morning, my name is Martha Núñez. I'm upset because two weeks ago, I called a taxi in Miami, Florida using Uber, and the driver never found the address but charged me the correct amount. On 8/28, I called a pool Uber, the taxi got lost, and I was charged $26.33. Then, on 9/2, I called Uber twice in Miami, and both times the driver was lost, never arrived, and charged me $6.00. On 8/18, the driver canceled due to not finding the address. On 9/21 and 9/22, I called Uber, was in front, and they canceled without explanation. Every time I call with an address, the driver shows up at a different location, causing a total of 20 cancellations. I am frustrated and feel unwelcome. Please refund my money or I will cancel my Uber account. My experience has been a disaster, and I am not satisfied. I have 11 family members with Uber accounts thanks to me. I eagerly await your response. Thank you.

As a new user, I received a $15 credit from a promo code. After entering my credit card information, the app repeatedly claimed there was an issue with my card, although I confirmed it was correct. This caused me trouble and could have cost me my job. On subsequent attempts to use the app, I faced the same denial of access. Weeks later, the issue shifted to my phone number. I resorted to using my roommate's number, which worked. However, I discovered my $15 credit was gone. If the goal is to attract customers from Lyft, this approach is not effective. I would appreciate it if my credit could be reinstated.

I accidentally left my glasses in an Uber on Saturday night. After multiple attempts, the driver finally answered and confirmed he had my glasses. Despite agreeing to meet the next day, he did not respond when I called. After further attempts to contact him, he mentioned being tired and suggested charging me a trip price to make the exchange. When I referenced Uber's policies, he claimed it was not his responsibility. He also suggested I contact Uber, knowing I couldn't find a customer service number. Hello,
Today, I witnessed one of your drivers facing verbal abuse on Manners Road. Although the driver had stopped inconveniently, which caused a traffic jam, the following drivers reacted aggressively towards the Uber driver. They used profane language like "Speak English" and called him offensive names. I do not condone this behavior and managed to film part of the altercation, though the license plates are not clear. I believe the Uber driver's license plate was something similar to RX65 XPF (Manners Road at around 5:34 pm on 24.09.18), but the other vehicle's plate was unclear. I am willing to provide the video upon request. I consider this incident to be a hate crime and it concerns me to see British citizens displaying unnecessary rudeness towards foreign workers. I apologize for the poor decision of your employee that led to this situation.

I am looking to begin driving, but I am facing issues logging in with my two accounts. The first account is under [redacted], and unfortunately, I do not have access to the phone number associated with it to receive the SMS pin code. I would appreciate it if you could reset the password and update the phone number to [redacted] for that account.
As for my second account, [redacted], I attempted to reapply to become a driver due to an incident on my record that is now over 7 years old. However, the application did not go through as my background check had already been conducted for my first account. Please delete the second email account if it is still active to avoid any confusion. I would like to report that I have been suspended due to a comment made by someone. I have always tried to treat all my passengers well, as evidenced by my 5-star rating. I make everyone feel at home and this suspension makes me feel that Uber does not care about its drivers and does not support us. Many decide to stop working for Uber because of this, and some get complaints from negative people. What's worse is that we are indebted with new cars to provide better service. It's sad to leave everything for a job that doesn't appreciate the effort of its drivers. I apologize for this comment and understand that service workers may not be able to help drivers, as it's not within their control. I feel it's a waste of time to involve them in something they can't solve. I'm sorry for my comment, I just felt sad about what happened in my case.

Last night, I ordered from Applebee's through Uber Eats. When the driver arrived at my house, I went outside and saw him drive away without delivering my food. He claimed he had dropped it off, but I never received it. Applebee's confirmed I was the second person to report the same driver for this issue. I spent nearly $70 on food I never got. The driver did not try to contact me. I am very upset and will not use this app again. I want a refund. Considering reporting to the police. I've tried contacting support through the app, but no response. This is highly unprofessional.

Dear Uber Support,
I have been a loyal customer of Uber since their inception and have referred numerous people to the service. Despite my efforts, the issue I've reported persists, and the instructions provided by Uber have not resolved it. Specifically, my $35 Uber gift card (number: LJHPQ734750) is not working, despite my repeated attempts.
I have attached screenshots of the unsuccessful transactions using the gift card. I urgently need the $35 credited to my Visa ending in [redacted] so I can use it for Uber rides. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter as it has caused me financial losses and even affected my job opportunities.
I no longer wish to use Uber gift cards and prefer the funds to be transferred to my credit card. I look forward to your quick response and resolution to this issue.

I provided my address as [redacted] Heritage Way when placing my order. I observed the driver arriving on Dauphin Ave and stopping in the lane behind my house. After going outside, the driver called me. I informed him that he was in the wrong location behind my house on Dauphin Ave. I directed him to drive around to find me. The driver mentioned his GPS showed that location and another address, which I found concerning. Later, while at the surgery center, I gave a $2 tip while waiting and then checked the receipt. I noticed I was charged for the waiting time, although he hadn't arrived at the correct address. It was frustrating to experience this situation and feel manipulated. I am requesting a refund of the tip and the amount for the waiting time to be credited back to my account. This behavior from the driver should be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

I am frustrated as I cannot find any phone numbers to speak with a representative. Despite filing multiple complaints, I only receive automated responses which I do not want. My name is Karen Rogers, and my rider score is nearly 5. I experienced serious issues during my recent Uber rides. One driver verbally and emotionally abused me, displaying insensitivity towards my disability. The driver dropped me off rudely without identification on their car. Another driver played inappropriate music with offensive lyrics. Lastly, my rides are taking longer and longer to reach me, sometimes up to 18 minutes. I rely on Uber as I have difficulty walking long distances. I am considering writing about my experiences with Fayetteville, NC Ubers since the service has not met my expectations. I hope for a genuine apology and appropriate compensation from Uber's customer service to address these upsetting incidents and improve their service quality.

This morning around 10 AM, I requested a ride, but the GPS directed me and the driver to different locations in Pico and Gramercy, Los Angeles. Despite attempts, we couldn't connect. When I got a text from the driver, I assumed he had left, so I asked him to cancel. I hadn't accepted the ride because I had reached out to Lyft. I then saw a charge for a trip to Venice, which never occurred as I didn't enter the car. I kindly request a refund of $2.61.

However, upon delivery, only a bag of soup was received, which spilled in transit and was inedible. I used to work as an Uber driver over 5 years ago and had the same email address for both my driver and passenger accounts on Uber. After stopping driving due to fraudulent credit card activity, I deactivated my passenger account. Now, I want to resume driving for Uber and use the same email address to set up my account.
