Yesterday, a cab was scheduled for 8 a. m. from Hiranandani Garden, Powai to terminal 2. We were asked to be ready in 4 minutes but despite providing the building name, the taxi never arrived. To make our flight, we had to enlist the help of the police to get to the airport in 2 autos. This experience nearly caused us to miss our flight. As regular customers, we hope that strict actions will be taken to prevent others from facing the same situation. Being senior citizens, this was a terrible ordeal for us. On February 16, [redacted], I arranged a pick-up for my sister-in-law from a doctor's office. The Uber driver assigned, named Anael, did not complete the trip. When I called him using the app because it displayed he had picked her up and was driving, he answered but mentioned he did not speak English and abruptly ended the call. Despite the app indicating he was driving, it was not the case. To ensure my sister-in-law's safe journey, I had to request another Uber driver, Jack, who successfully brought her home. Despite my attempts to report this to Uber, they insisted the trip occurred based on their records. I was advised to be cautious in the future but was still charged $12.40 for a ride that never took place. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

I had an unpleasant experience with a driver named Mr. Marin, who I believe operates out of Burbank. Upon reviewing my bank statements, I noticed unauthorized charges for rides that I did not take. Despite only using his service three times, the billing occurred over two months without my consent. I find this billing behavior fraudulent. I plan to investigate every charge, contact the Burbank location, and consider filing a police report if necessary. My driver was friendly and kind, but I noticed she may have some challenges with communication. While she was considerate, she had some difficulty understanding directions, so I had to use a navigation app to assist her during the trip. She mentioned wanting to be friends, which I found a bit awkward. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to assist with lifting my suitcases in and out of the car independently. Overall, I sympathized with her situation but felt uneasy during the ride.

I have been facing issues with Uber since December [redacted]. I have patiently followed up with customer service representatives, specialized teams, and supervisors, but have not been able to resolve the problem. Despite being told that a temporary card restriction was lifted, I am still unable to use the app for travel and food delivery. After adding $25 in UberCash as suggested, the issue persists, and when I escalate problems, I only receive delayed email responses without a clear resolution. The latest supervisor made changes to my profile without permission, leading to further difficulties verifying my account and correcting personal information. The lack of real-time communication and consent for changes made by Uber representatives has exacerbated the situation.

Good Morning Customer Service, I wanted to share my experience with a recent Uber ride I booked from St. Elizabeth Hospital to Touchmark in Appleton, Wisconsin. I did not cancel this ride willingly, and was disappointed when I received a notification that it was cancelled. After rebooking, the driver arrived in just one minute, which was impressive. I'm hoping for a refund of the cancellation fee since the cancellation was not my doing but appeared to be from Uber's end. As of 3/2/[redacted], the $9.18 credit has not shown up on my credit card statement. Could you please provide an update on the refund status? Thank you.

Good morning. I recently discovered a charge on my debit card for an Uber Eats membership that I thought was an unauthorized Uber ride. After contacting my bank, I learned that it was related to a promotion I had used a month ago, leading to an unintended membership with monthly charges. Although I have used Uber Eats before, I found it underwhelming and prefer dining out at restaurants. While I appreciate Uber's services, I have decided to discontinue my membership. Good morning, I need a phone number because I have been tired of looking for it to complain to Uber. I requested a ride to go to a medical appointment. I can send you the messages and calls because when I requested the ride, the driver Diego was 2 minutes away, then 6, then 7, then 8, then 14, 25, and I called him several times and sent several messages, and he did not cancel or arrive until I told him he was rude because he saw my messages and did not respond or cancel. I told him I would report him to Uber until he finally had the courtesy to cancel the trip. I am running late for my child's doctor's appointment, it's not fair. I was looking for a number to see if you could help me so you could talk to the driver Diego, but I could not find anything. I can send you all the messages I have been sending to the driver, and his profile picture. Please, people like this should not be working if they are so irresponsible and rude. Thank you. Please, you should have a number where the customer can reach out in these emergency situations because I was looking for help with the driver so he could cancel the trip as I am very late for my child's medical appointment. I reside at 3 Jennifers Way, Bethel, CT [redacted]. The Uber app consistently marks my location incorrectly at 3 Sunset Hill Rd in Bethel, CT, approximately half a mile from my actual home. This inaccuracy has led to three separate orders being delivered to the wrong address, causing distress due to interactions with unhelpful customer service agents and drivers. Contrary to my experience, my spouse, Donald K. ([redacted], [redacted]), shares the same address on Uber with the correct pin placement. By comparing our accounts, it's evident that the pins are situated differently for the identical address. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

During an Uber ride requested by my wife, Joy T., at 7 pm in Boston from the Hyatt Regency in Cambridge to L'Osteria in North End, my phone slipped out of my jacket pocket. The driver, Brunswick, was driving a black Toyota SUV. I realized my phone was missing during the ride and checked the seat but couldn't find it. I initially thought I left it in the hotel, but I now believe it fell between the front passenger seat and center console. According to the phone locator app, it seems to be moving around in Boston.

During our Uber ride, my husband and I faced an unpleasant situation with the driver. She was rude and demanded I get into the car from the driver's side, despite my husband planning to sit there. This confusion led to a tense interaction where the driver tried to explain her reasoning. I believe I should have the freedom to choose my seating, especially when my husband is involved. The driver even seemed surprised that there were two passengers, causing further frustration. Ultimately, I just wanted to reach my destination, but the driver's behavior was unprofessional. I noticed unauthorized charges on my account for Uber rides ranging from $[redacted] to $[redacted], even though I don't use Uber and do not have the app on my phone. I recently placed an Uber Eats order, and according to the app, it was delivered, but I did not receive it. Upon contacting Taco Bell, they confirmed that the order was picked up but not delivered to me. I checked the cameras at my workplace, a large prison, and couldn't find any evidence of a delivery vehicle. During my visit to The Sight Avenue for my husband's eye appointment, we encountered a parking issue with an Uber driver. After politely asking him to adjust his car for us, the situation escalated, and he became aggressive, nearly causing harm. Thankfully, another Uber driver intervened. Muhammed, my driver, did not show up claiming he couldn't locate the pickup spot on two occasions. Fortunately, Jean, another driver, successfully picked me up at S. Division and Washington in Buffalo, New York at approximately 5:45 pm. Kindly refund the unauthorized charges of $8.91 processed by Muhammed. Also, the rating assigned was not from me but was done by Muhammed to bill me, constituting fraud. On 03/17/23, the $3.00 tip and $5.75 fare charged by Jean are legitimate. Thank you.

I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my credit card for Uber rides, totaling $[redacted].11. Despite not having an Uber account or app on my phone, these purchases have been occurring without my knowledge. I suspect my information may have been compromised through online hacking. I have screenshots of my bank statements to support these claims. The fraudulent activity seems to have been ongoing for a few weeks. I lost my phone during a ride to Beverly, MA from Essex County Court. I don't have an Uber account, but the ride was arranged through Essex County Court. I left my phone on the seat and the driver's name and all information are on it. I am hopeful that one of your drivers might have found the phone. The ride was around 5:30 pm from Essex County Court. My son was at Denver International Airport waiting for a Lyft ride, when a lady driving an Uber offered to give him a ride home. It was around 12:30 am on March 23, [redacted]. She agreed to accept my credit card payment since my son needed to wake me up to get cash. Her vehicle was a silver Lincoln MK. After my son paid her in cash, I assumed she wouldn't charge my card. However, I discovered at 8 am that she had charged my credit card $[redacted].09. Can anyone help identify this woman?
