This delivery is taking over an hour, and the driver seems to be going in circles between different campuses near me. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do. I've been using Uber Eats for a while now, but I'm frustrated because I haven't received many promotions. Despite being a frequent customer, I hardly get any vouchers, unlike my friends and family who rarely use the app and get offers like free delivery and $30 off. I am frustrated with the service provided to me. Three different drivers were assigned to pick up my order placed an hour ago, but none of them have picked it up. The restaurant confirmed that my order is ready but remains untouched. I do not want to pay for a cold breakfast that I did not receive, and I want the order cancelled immediately. I believe neither I nor the restaurant are at fault for this issue. I request a full refund, regardless of whether the order is eventually picked up. The level of service I have received is disappointing.

Hello, I would like to share my recent experience with Uber Eats. I placed an order around 10:00 pm, and after waiting for over an hour, the driver seemed to be stuck somewhere. Unable to reach them, I decided to go to McDonald’s to collect my order since they weren't moving. To my surprise, the driver arrived at my house around 1 a.m. I was disappointed as I not only had to wait but also had to incur extra costs for the trip to McDonald’s. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the order or contact the driver since they didn't acknowledge the order when it was placed. Thank you.

My mom recently joined the app and set up a new account. She spent 40 minutes trying to apply my referral code without success. Although she was about to head out to a restaurant, I advised her on how to save on delivery fees by using my code. Despite her efforts for nearly an hour, the code didn't work. Yesterday, my family and I placed an order at "2 Fat Indians" Indian restaurant in Cottesloe, Western Australia around 5:00 PM. The website indicated a 40-50 minute wait time but estimated our delivery at 7:30 PM, which prompted us to cancel within seconds of ordering. Despite this, we were charged $[redacted].00 under the premise that the food was already being prepared. We later discovered that the time indicated was inaccurate. Subsequently, we placed an order elsewhere with a similar estimated waiting time and received it promptly by 6:00 PM. Our computer's system time, address, and timezone settings were correct. Please refund the $[redacted].00 to the PayPal account associated with our Uber Eats account due to this error.

On October 3, [redacted], I canceled my order immediately upon placing it to apply a promotion code. Despite the restaurant not having prepared any food during that short time frame, the company still charged me an $18 cancellation fee. Additionally, I discovered that I was unable to use the advertised promotion on the website and had to reorder the food. Hello, I received a promotional code via email for a $30 discount on my first Uber Eats order and the opportunity to receive [redacted] free deliveries if I ordered over the weekend. I carefully followed the email instructions and placed my order through the app, but unfortunately, the $30 discount was not applied. The full amount was deducted from my payment instead. On 06/10/[redacted], I acquired a service through UberEATS. Currently, I have $6.95 in account credits. When I use these credits, the full amount is still deducted from my bank account, resulting in me spending more than necessary. UberEATS claims this additional charge is a holding fee, which I contested. Recently, I attempted to use my credits for a purchase, but the transaction declined, requiring the full payment from my bank account.
I am aware that Australian Consumer Law guarantees that products and services should function as expected. I request reimbursement of all account credits spent on UberEATS purchases to my bank account.
If I do not receive a response within 5 working days, I will escalate this matter to NSW Fair Trading and/or the ACCC for resolution.

I placed an order for food that I never received. My phone only rang once for a very short time, so I missed the call. I searched for the delivery driver outside my house, but no one arrived. About 30-40 minutes later, I received a confirmation text on the Uber app stating that my order was delivered, which was not true. I tried to contact customer service, but they did not support me. Last night, I placed an order for Moji Chinese in Newcastle Upon Tyne using the Uber Eats app. Despite ordering at 8:22 pm with an estimated delivery time of 9:15-9:35 pm, I encountered issues with tracking as the restaurant used its own driver. After requesting an update with no response, I called the restaurant at 9:45 pm and was informed my order was en route. Following up after discovering the restaurant closed at 10 pm, I was assured the order was on its way but faced further delays. Despite contacting them repeatedly until 11 pm and being told to seek a refund the next day, I was shocked when a staff member criticized my English proficiency, which is my first language. This morning at 12:15 pm, when I called to discuss the ongoing problem, my call was abruptly disconnected. Despite multiple attempts, there has been no delivery or communication about my order.

I'm Zainab from Sri Lanka. On October 3rd, I placed a food order, but there was an issue with the booking resulting in two separate charges for delivery. Only one order was delivered, and the delivery person claimed to have attempted delivery for the second order. Initially, the delivery person called stating the order was not received, but upon checking my account, I saw the deduction without the order showing in the Uber app. Upon calling back, the delivery person declined the call. I hope to receive a fair resolution regarding this matter, as I did not receive the food despite being charged twice for delivery.

We placed an order and only received part of it. Missing 3 Big Macs and a double cheeseburger! No contact number provided. Several items were missing, leaving us without dinner. The few chips we got were freezing cold. Only one item was refunded, but more than half the order was missing. I am requesting a full refund as this has caused arguments and ruined our Sunday, upsetting the children. McDonald’s is blaming the delivery service. I accidentally placed an order and ₹[redacted] was deducted via Paytm. I tried to cancel immediately, but it was unsuccessful. I contacted customer service, requesting for the cancellation and they assured me it would be done but mentioned the refund was not possible as the order was placed. I attempted to use the current Rugby World Cup promo for an order, but I did not receive the £5 discount as advertised. After placing the order, I promptly contacted Pizzalicious at TS5 6DY to cancel. Despite cancelling, I was uncertain if my payment would be refunded. Later, I successfully used the promo code to get the discount on a new order. However, when attempting to cancel the initial order, I encountered issues.
