I placed an order for food at 12:15 am. Unfortunately, the delivery driver went the wrong way and marked my order as delivered. This error occurred after an hour of waiting, when the food should have arrived in 5 minutes. It is now 1:15 am, all restaurants are closed, and I am left with no food or money to purchase more because I am at work. Despite reaching out to the driver and speaking with customer service, I was only offered a refund in 3-5 business days with no additional compensation. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope Uber will address this issue and provide proper compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I decided to test the food delivery time on the app, unfamiliar with how it works. After placing an order and seeing a 20-minute wait time, I felt it was too long and considered canceling. The popup with additional fees for cancellation made me anxious, causing confusion about the process. I even thought of leaving the food in my car if it arrived at 13:55 to eat later. I placed an order via the app, but I found out that it was unfulfilled because the delivery partner claimed they couldn't reach me. Despite providing my address, I received no call and the food was not delivered. When I requested a refund, the call center representative mentioned that it wasn't an option. It's frustrating that I paid for both the food and delivery, yet no refund is being offered for an undelivered order.

I made an order this afternoon from LA ESTANCIA ARGENTINA. The driver claimed he waited eight minutes, tried to call me, and then left, which is not true. There are 2 security offices, and I informed him accordingly. Therefore, he should have come upstairs to deliver without needing to call. Unfortunately, he left without attempting this, which is not acceptable. To make matters worse, my order was canceled without a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this situation. I request that the order be redelivered promptly or a refund be processed immediately.

I have been charged for three orders in the past two days, although I only placed two. One of these charges, specifically the $16 one, seems to be inaccurate. The $13 charge was from Fat Burger, and I acknowledge that was due to my cancellation. Today, I was charged $14 at Starbucks, which is correct. But why do I have two charges from yesterday? I can provide pictures showing my account activity and confirm that I have downloaded Uber Eats just last week, with only three orders so far. It seems unreasonable to have four charges when I have proof of only three completed orders. I am willing to email the pictures for verification. Kindly process a refund for the incorrect $16 charge as I did not authorize two orders on that day.

Recently, I placed an order through the app. Unfortunately, I received less than half of my order, and the items I did get were cold. Despite contacting the restaurant and UberEATS for help, I was informed that only the missing items would be refunded, not the entire incomplete order. Even though the drink was missing from my meal, it wouldn't be included in the refund. The UberEATS driver also seemed aware that the order was incomplete. I expressed my dissatisfaction on the phone, and although they acknowledged my feedback, I am considering switching to a different food delivery service in the future. Thank you.

Today, I placed an order through my Uber Eats app. Unfortunately, the restaurant cancelled it. The app assured me I wouldn't be charged, which was fine. I then tried to order a similar meal from another restaurant. After placing the order, I had to cancel it quickly due to an urgent work errand (I work for Volkswagen). Again, I was told I wouldn't be charged. However, when I checked my bank account 20 minutes later, I saw both order amounts had been deducted without any meals received or notifications of charges. This hasn't happened to me before, and I'm unhappy that over $50 was taken from my account. I have documentation of both transactions and cancellation notifications from the app.

In the Hipodromo neighborhood of Tijuana, BC Mexico, at the corner of Zitacuaro and Hipodromo Streets (zip code [redacted], in front of the mini casino of Hipodromo), it has become a gathering and launch point for Uber Eats motorcycles. This causes traffic problems, making it unsafe to make a right turn into the neighborhood, and gives a terrible look to the entrance of our neighborhood. Additionally, it is illegal since it is not authorized by any City regulation to use this corner as a launch or parking area. The Neighborhood Association of Colonia Hipodromo strongly opposes this and kindly requests Uber Eats executives to give appropriate instructions to prevent this from happening. We demand that no part of Colonia Hipodromo be used as a gathering or launching point for motorcycles or any service. We appeal to you first before involving authorities or taking other measures, understanding that issues can be resolved by discussing among neighbors. As a company operating and wanting to continue operating in the area, you should primarily act as a good neighbor and not cause inconvenience or problems for other neighbors and residents. I am Tawana Warren-Turner. I've been trying to register with Uber Eats but facing issues with my vehicle registration. My vehicle is registered correctly in Indiana, and I downloaded the registration directly from the BMV website.
I am unsure if there is a problem because it's an IN registration, although I currently live in Illinois. I bought the vehicle when I resided in IN and kept the registration there.
Please inform me if my registration cannot be accepted, so I can explore other delivery services.

I had an awful experience with Uber Eats last night. My order number is DD98F. The restaurant called to say they couldn't fulfill some items, so I asked to cancel the whole order. Despite confirming the cancellation, the Uber delivery arrived and completed the order without taking the food. The restaurant confirmed the food never left. Uber said they couldn't refund me due to the completion. After a two-hour call, they couldn't reach the delivery partner and acknowledged the issue. I shouldn't pay for an order I cancelled and never received. I urge for a fair resolution and better customer service. I need my $42.11 back as I work hard for my money. Please address this promptly. I ordered 2 Hyderabadi biriyanis from Hyderabadi Biryani House on Bannerghatta Road. The delivery was supposed to be made by Vignesh S and Muniyappa M, but they did not contact us. The order was under the name of Sona. We received a message that the delivery had arrived, but when we went to collect it, no one was there. Later, we received a message saying the order was cancelled as they claimed to have waited for 10 minutes, but we were not refunded. We contacted Hyderabadi Biryani House, and they confirmed that they had handed over the 2 biriyanis. It seems like a misunderstanding, but we are quite upset as we paid and waited for our food. We insist on a refund or we will have to report this incident.

I was charged $24 for food I never received due to an app crash that reset the delivery address. The food was sent to a different address I had saved, causing confusion with the courier. Despite the mistake, customer support informed me that I would still be charged. This situation has left me very disappointed, leading me to delete my account. I simply want a refund as I never received the food and the error was not mine. I provided the correct address, but the app crashed and changed it.

On June 18th, I ordered $21 worth of food from El Gallo Taqueria. I checked the app about 20-30 minutes later to see that my order was "still being processed" with no progress. I decided to cancel since it seemed delayed, without any prior charge warnings. After canceling, my account was still charged, and the receipt stated "cancelled after restaurant began preparations." Customer service explained no refund was possible due to this process, but I had no way of knowing about the charge beforehand as the app never indicated progress or warned me of any fees upon cancellation.

I recently placed an order with Amrit Sweets for a Pav Bhaji. After applying a promo code, my bill came to Rs. 52.52/-. When the delivery was made, I paid the delivery person, Jaspreet, Rs. 55/- as I did not have change. Surprisingly, I then received an email claiming I only paid Rs. 21/-, and that the outstanding balance of Rs. 31/- will be collected with my next order. I would like to clarify this discrepancy as I believe Jaspreet is mistaken about the payment. Could you please provide me with his mobile number so I can discuss this with him directly? Order #3D3E6: This was my first and final experience with Uber Eats delivery. I placed my order expecting a 4:09 arrival time, which made me choose it over pizza. The delivery time kept fluctuating every minute, delaying the food. I called an hour later to find out they were out of the mac n cheese sides, crucial for my daughter. By the time the cold and old-tasting food arrived at 4:23, I was already questioning its freshness as they claimed to close at 4. I am writing to address an issue with my recent order from your establishment. On 20th June [redacted], I purchased 20 chicken nuggets, a large Kansas Stack meal with Fanta and fries, and a medium Big Mac meal with Tropicana Orange Juice and fries, totaling £19.37.
However, upon delivery, I discovered that I had received someone else's order consisting of a Quarter Pounder cheeseburger with extra mustard and pickles, medium fries, and 9 chicken nuggets. Despite explaining this error to the driver, he insisted that company policy prevented him from returning the food and we were advised to request a refund, which we promptly did and reordered the correct items.
