My daughter (KK) ordered food on April 14th for $24.90, which was successfully delivered and charged to her account. This charge also reflects on my Visa statement, all seemed fine. However, I noticed two additional unauthorized charges on April 15th from Uber Eats, one for $24.90 and another for $26.50. These transactions were not ordered by us and do not show up in the Uber account activity. It seems like my Visa details might have been compromised through Uber.

I ordered two meals from "Baby B's Spot" through the UberEATS app, enticed by the appealing picture of American food on the menu. My order included a cheeseburger combo meal (supposed to come with fries and a drink) and a waffle and wings meal. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the food's quality fell far short of what was advertised. Not only were the fries missing, but there was no syrup for the waffles either. The cheeseburger was tiny in comparison to the picture and lacked proper buns. The only passable item was the soggy waffles, but without syrup, they weren't enjoyable. I tried to find information about "Baby B's Spot" on Yelp and Google but found nothing. I am requesting a refund as the food did not meet my expectations, and I'd rather eat something else even if it's from a vending machine. Please expedite the refund process as I used up my last money on this order and need something to eat tonight.

I placed an order through the app, but my food wasn't prepared correctly. After receiving a refund, the delivery driver called me to come outside to pick up my order instead of delivering it to my door as requested. I submitted a ticket about the incorrect delivery, but only received a generic email response. When I requested a refund for the delivery fee, I got the same unhelpful email. I placed my food order at 11:20 and it didn't arrive until after 12:30. The driver took another delivery before mine, which was 20 minutes away, resulting in my food being delivered late and cold. I ordered food to avoid taking my five kids, all under four years old, out. Due to the delay, my kids couldn't eat on time and their nap was delayed.
The food I received was not worth the $25 spent. It was cold and disappointing. What was supposed to be a Friday treat for my kids turned into a chaotic situation. I believe Uber drivers should not pick up multiple orders unless the drop-off locations are close together. McDonald's food is not enjoyable when cold, and this whole experience has left me extremely frustrated.

I made a substantial order for delivery today to arrive between 11:30 a.m. and noon. However, the order never arrived. I decided to cancel at 1:10 p.m., and upon cancellation, it seemed the restaurant hadn't initiated the order because there was no charge and the order was not in my order history. I selected the reason "took too long" when cancelling. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the restaurant's name to investigate further since the order is not in my past orders.
Even though I wasn't billed, my issue is with the delay causing hunger among the people waiting. Is there an explanation for this incident? Could there have been a glitch either on the app or the restaurant's side? Is it possible that I made an error while placing the order? Can you confirm the order was indeed made around 11 p.m. last night for 19 sandwiches in your records?

I placed an order for three dishes on Ubereats on April 20, [redacted], around 6:40 PM. The estimated delivery time was 7:30 PM, but there were constant delays. The delivery reference number BBE57 was collected from the restaurant at 7:02 PM, yet by 8:30 PM, there was uncertainty about the delivery. The delivery person's phone was off, making it impossible to reach them. I made a prepaid payment of Rs. [redacted].55 using UTIS2124 debit card ending in [redacted], VISA, reference Id [redacted]37. The status showed delivered at 9:45 PM, although we had not received the order by then. We had to manage with limited food in front of guests, causing embarrassment. The experience was frustrating, and we request a refund promptly.

I placed an order for food last night around midnight. Everything was going fine, and my food was expected to arrive at 12:20 AM, which was great. However, 20 minutes passed, and that wasn't the case. Around 12:30 AM, your website went down, providing no status update, just saying to try back later. After an hour and a half of constant checks on your website and app, I gave up, went to bed, and forgot about the food. This morning, I woke up to two missed calls from my Uber Eats driver at 1:35 AM, over an hour and a half after I placed the order. My card had also been charged. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I frequently order through you guys and take Ubers, but this experience has been frustrating with no email updates, confirmations, or anything.

I placed an order for food at 12:40 am, anticipating delivery around 1:05 am. However, even after that time, the order remained stuck at "awaiting order confirmation from the restaurant." I recently made a purchase at Bikkgane Biryani - Shahpur Jat with order number #FA843. Despite pre-paying for the order, it was unexpectedly canceled without any explanation. I did not receive a call from the delivery person, and I am disappointed by the lack of communication from Uber Eats regarding this issue. I am inquiring about the status of my refund. I contacted Uber Eats on the evening of Friday, 4/19/19, regarding my order from Wingstop that never arrived despite being charged for it. Wingstop indicated they delivered the food, but I did not receive it. I was directed by Wingstop to contact Uber Eats, who assured me during our conversation on the phone that I would be refunded. I received an "unusual account activity" notification on my Uber Eats account regarding refunds for past orders with incorrect or missing items. The message mentions the risk of my account being deleted, implying that my area's customers haven't faced similar issues. Our order was supposed to arrive within an hour after confirmation, but it was delayed to an hour and 25 minutes, causing concern as the restaurant was closing at 1. Upon checking with the restaurant, they mentioned that "Lisa" had been "picking it up" for 15 minutes. Frustrated, we decided to collect the order ourselves and discovered that the buffalo dip was missing. When contacting Gators, they suggested we return for the missing item after their closure. I am currently typing with my left hand due to a fractured right hand. I have worked in the customer service industry for a decade and have rarely encountered the level of unfairness and senselessness that I experienced with this order. I have been a loyal Uber customer for both rides and UberEats. Even though I work in Bangalore, all my food orders have been placed there. However, I am originally from Hyderabad, and UberEats did not deliver to my home until recently.
I placed my first order with UberEats and faced multiple issues. After placing the order and paying cash, I could not find it in the app to track. The app was slow despite my high-speed internet connection. I ended up placing the same order at a higher price with Swiggy. Shortly after, I received a message that the UberEats delivery was on the way, conflicting with my Swiggy order.
When I requested a cancellation, I was met with a lack of understanding and insistence on payment by Uber customer service agents. The app's malfunction was not my fault, as evident by my subsequent order with Swiggy. The lack of empathy and refusal to listen to my explanation left me feeling unheard and unsatisfied.
If this issue remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to take further action. I hope for a resolution and an apology from Uber to rectify this situation promptly.

I experienced a system glitch on the Uber Eats app while making a purchase at 1:30 am on 2/24/19. The glitch changed my delivery address without my knowledge. As I was at work, I couldn't monitor the order constantly. When the driver delivered to the wrong address, communication was challenging. Speaking with two Uber associates didn't resolve the issue either. This poor service experience is disappointing, as I never received the order I paid for. This situation has made me reconsider using Uber due to recurring system issues blamed on customers. I simply wanted a resolution and to feel understood. I placed an order with Friendlys in Saugus, MA almost 2 hours ago through the app, and it still shows as "preparing order". I contacted the restaurant 45 minutes back, and they informed me that the dispatcher took my food but I never received an update. This situation is unacceptable, waiting excessively for a simple sandwich and ice cream is frustrating. Usually, I would pick it up myself, but I can't drive due to medication restrictions.
I am not even interested in the food at this point; I just want a refund. I have worked in food service for years, and this level of service is disappointing. Any form of compensation for the inconvenience would be appreciated.
