I've experienced repeated GPS issues with your drivers. Today, the driver was rude, ignored my directions, and resorted to asking a stranger on the street for the same information. I had to yell at him just to get a response while my daughter eventually met him two blocks away from our address. When I caught up with them, I heard him speaking loudly to my daughter in the dark on the roadside. This behavior is unacceptable. If my meal is not compensated, I will no longer use this service. Reputation is key in this industry, and the feedback I've heard is not positive for this reason. The delivery was sent to 10-99 Heiman Street, Kitchener, ON, Canada, from Subway around 9:00 pm on March 17th.

Hello, I placed an order from Jake and Joe's Sports Bar and Grill through UberEats, with driver Mohammed assigned. Despite contacting customer service, I encountered some issues. The first representative I spoke with contacted the driver, but after being put on hold, I was redirected to UberEats Japan. Upon calling again, the second representative failed to grasp that the driver had already been contacted. As a result, I was denied a refund since the driver had technically reached my address. However, although the driver arrived at the location, he did not respond to my messages asking for his whereabouts. While he claimed to be present, I went outside but could not find him. Despite clear directions to my specific building, he drove around campus aimlessly for 8 minutes. Previous UberEats drivers had no trouble locating me and were quite helpful. I am dissatisfied with this experience and may not use the app again without a refund. I hope to hear back soon. Best, Alessandro Gulino

As a loyal customer of Uber Eats for a considerable time, I recently placed and promptly canceled an order to prevent the restaurant from preparing it. It is highly unlikely that the restaurant incurred any costs or wasted any ingredients due to the swift cancellation. Given my extensive history with Uber and Uber Eats, utilizing them not only for food delivery but also for airport rides in various cities as a flight attendant, I believe that a single error should not result in a penalty considering my loyalty as a customer. Despite engaging with two representatives, it appears that they are unable to provide any exceptions. My name is Cesar Clark, and you can reach me at [redacted]. It would be disappointing to have to seek alternative rideshare and food delivery services. While I understand that my individual impact may seem insignificant, I hope for a favorable resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I need to file a complaint regarding an order placed last night for [redacted] Eric Street under Gemma Dyke at McDonald’s on Commercial Road. The order showed as on its way and then suddenly marked as delivered when it never arrived. After unsuccessfully calling the restaurant, I reported the issue through the app. The response I received was extremely unsatisfactory, denying me a refund for the undelivered food. I have had only a few refunds in the past, which were for legitimate reasons. I had to reorder from another McDonald’s location to feed my hungry children, resulting in paying twice for one meal. This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a resolution or I will escalate my complaint.

I am Sidharth Sharma from Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (IP University), Rohini. Our cultural fest, "Corona," is scheduled for March 28th-29th. We are looking for an associate sponsor, and we believe partnering with you could benefit both of us. We plan to promote Uber Eats both offline and online during our event. Considering the rising popularity of Zomato, sponsoring our event could help Uber Eats gain exposure and profit. With over [redacted] students expected to attend, we will promote you through our anchors on stage, display your name on the back screen, showcase Uber Eats logos on all banners, have fest organizers wear Uber Eats-branded t-shirts, and guarantee at least [redacted] new Uber Eats app downloads. Thank you for considering this opportunity. Please respond promptly.

Subject: Issue with Uber Eats Payment Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent order [redacted] from Kerala Pavilion on March 19th, [redacted], through Uber Eats. I opted for payment via Paytm. However, upon delivery, no confirmation of Paytm payment for Rs.[redacted]/= was received, so I paid the delivery person in cash. Subsequently, I was notified of the duplicate payment of Rs.[redacted]/= through Paytm after the delivery. I kindly request a refund of the duplicate payment amount. Although I had registered my mobile number [redacted] with Uber Eats, I am currently unable to reach customer service using the same number as it is showing as unregistered. Could you please provide the correct customer care contact numbers for me to address this issue promptly? Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt attention and resolution. I ordered food from Sangeetha Veg Restaurant for delivery at MLA Hostel B Block in Chennai. I paid with my credit card, and Rs.68.84 was deducted by Zaak Epayment Service. However, shortly after, my order was disabled, and I cannot track it. I have not received my parcel, and there is no proper support available on the Uber Eats app. Even my past orders are not showing up. What should I do in this situation? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Preston. I work in the food service industry. Typically, for any order taking over 15 minutes, customers tend to complain, and for those over 30 minutes, they are entitled to a refund. My recent experience with Uber Eats was frustrating. After waiting for well over an hour, my order was suddenly canceled. The app kept changing the expected time from 1:00 to 1:15 to 1:30, and so on, until it was eventually canceled at 2:00. It was exasperating, especially when I am hungry and waiting eagerly for my meal. I believe it is important for companies to communicate clearly if there are any issues like a lack of drivers, rather than keeping customers waiting unnecessarily. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope this feedback will help improve the service for other customers in the future. Thank you for taking the time to address these concerns.

I ordered food from a restaurant with delivery scheduled for 7:45 p.m. Unfortunately, the delivery person was not allowed onto the campus due to a lack of the proper uniform. I informed customer service that I couldn't pick up the order outside of my location, resulting in the order being canceled. This inconvenience wasted my time, money, and left me without the food I ordered. I hope in the future, the company ensures delivery staff have the necessary attire before canceling prepaid orders to avoid causing such inconveniences.

Hello, I am writing to report a concerning incident that occurred on Friday, 15th April [redacted]. I placed an order and paid AUS $48.00 on Uber Eats for delivery from a local restaurant, Spaghetti & Jazz Robina. I monitored the driver's progress on the app and was waiting at the front door when I received a message saying the order was cancelled. Despite being in clear view under proper lighting, the food never arrived. The restaurant confirmed the driver picked up the order between 5:50 and 6:00 pm as intended. However, contacting Uber Eats proved difficult as I couldn't find a contact number in Australia, and my app history was cleared. I am seeking clarity on whether a refund will be issued for the undelivered order. We paid in good faith and received no food or explanation for the cancellation. Notably, we did not receive any phone call from the driver either. Sincerely, Bernadette

I placed a food order, but it was sent to the wrong address. Despite using the designated feature to address this issue in the UberEats app, the driver kept going to the incorrect location. I informed them about the mix-up, but the situation was not resolved, and my order got canceled. Strangely, I was still charged for it. After reaching out to customer service, I encountered an unhelpful representative. When I escalated the matter to a supervisor, "Jane," she refused to refund or replace my order and abruptly ended our call. I am determined to persistently pursue a refund until the issue is resolved. My experience with UberEats has been extremely frustrating.

Subject: Issue with Uber Eats Order Payment Hello, I placed an order with Kerala Pavilion under Bill No. [redacted] on 19/3/19 through Uber Eats with Paytm as the payment option. When the delivery person arrived, Paytm did not show the payment confirmation of Rs.[redacted]/=. Consequently, I paid in cash. Later, after the delivery, Paytm confirmed the payment for the same amount. This led to an accidental double payment. I kindly request a refund of Rs.[redacted]/= promptly, either through Paytm or in cash. I originally registered my mobile number [redacted] with Uber Eats, but now when I call customer care from the same number, I am informed that it is not registered. Please provide alternative contact numbers for customer care assistance. Your swift attention to this matter and the refund is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Zita.

Hello, I'm Kyriaki Taylor, and I used the Uber Eats app regularly until one day in October when my account was unexpectedly blocked. Since then, I haven't been able to use the app. Recently, I discovered that both of the cards linked to my Uber Eats account were stolen and used by someone else. Earlier today, I spoke with a lady from Uber support who mentioned I could potentially get my money back if I provided screenshots of my bank transactions. Could you please provide me with a secure email address where I can send these screenshots for further assistance? Thank you, Kyriaki Taylor (The issue began on 02/19/19)

I canceled an order just a minute after placing it and was surprised to see a $12 fee added to my $15 total. The fee seems excessive considering it's from a fast-food restaurant like McDonald's where food is usually prepared ahead. If they claimed the food was being made, it could have been held or sold to another customer. They should have informed me about the fee, offering me the choice to proceed. Paying $12 for nothing instead of $15 for a meal seems unfair. I would like a refund of the fee charged, please.

Hello, my name is Moin. On March 21, [redacted], around 6:15 PM, my wife placed an order through Uber Eats. The driver claimed he couldn't reach us due to no contact information provided, which isn't true as our account has all the necessary details. We were wrongly charged for a service we didn't receive. Her contact number is [redacted], and the order number is #[redacted]. The driver's name is Ambrozine. We want proof that the food was not delivered as claimed. Later, around 7:29 PM, I made another order, but it was cancelled because the driver couldn't reach me, despite clear instructions in my contact information. This caused a delay in getting food for my 4-year-old. We feel targeted by Uber Eats drivers using false excuses to take our food and charge us unfairly. This has led to $60 worth of food not delivered. We are disappointed with the service and professionalism displayed. We need assurance that such incidents won't recur to decide on continuing service with Uber. Your prompt response is appreciated. Thank you.

I recently ordered food through the UberEats app, but sadly, my Teddy's Bigger Burgers order arrived incorrect. The staff at Teddy's were willing to remake the order but advised me to file a complaint on the UberEats app. I did so, seeking a refund for the burger and fries - not the delivery fees. However, UberEats' customer service was unhelpful, giving excuses and making it difficult for me to resolve the issue. The supervisor I spoke with was rude, constantly interrupting me and providing false information before abruptly ending the call. Due to this poor handling, I am now requesting a full refund, including the cost of the fries. My experience trying to rectify this situation has been frustrating and unacceptable.

Hello, my name in my profile is Melody L. I'm using the app to join Uber Eats delivery services with my [redacted] Toyota Camry. Unfortunately, I'm facing an issue with uploading multiple files for my car insurance documentation. The app restricts me to only one picture upload, which doesn't allow me to provide all the necessary information scattered across different pages of my insurance documents. I have tried to find a solution within the app and website's help sections with no success. As a result, I am reaching out here for assistance. It's frustrating to be unable to proceed with becoming an Uber Eats delivery partner due to this technical limitation. Thank you for your support. Melody L.

I would appreciate it if you could forward this to the correct department. I have an idea that needs to be directed to the appropriate team. As a satisfied customer, I wanted to share my idea. Our daughter is getting married in late April in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and she's working with a fixed budget. We are considering having three different food trucks at the wedding to provide authentic food, which would save us a significant amount of money. I came across a company called Roaming Hunger online, which claims to have a large network of over 3,[redacted] food trucks available for events across the country. They are involved in The Great Food Truck Race and offer catering services, a wedding department, and promotional advertising. If your company partners with Roaming Hunger, you could benefit from their extensive resources and potentially increase your revenue. Please ensure this message reaches the appropriate department. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Viktoria Heiser. I enjoy using Uber Eats often with my loved ones. Today, I encountered a problem I haven't faced before. I placed an order from Burger Batch in High Point, North Carolina, with a scheduled delivery by 6:25 PM. Despite the restaurant's proximity to High Point University, where I am located, my driver, Sarah driving a Honda Pilot with license plate FMA3723, has strayed far from the intended route for over 25 minutes. This is disappointing as I've spent $19.98 on food that hasn't arrived on time. I have screenshots of my order, map, and the driver's current location. I hope Uber can address this issue promptly as I am a loyal user. Thank you.

We placed a food order at 11:12 PM on Thursday but canceled it at 11:13 PM because we decided to eat in instead. However, we were charged the full $42 even though the order was active for less than a minute. After contacting customer service, we were told that the restaurant received the order, so they are entitled to the payment regardless of service provided. Despite requesting to speak to a manager, we were denied and left unsatisfied with the service. We believe we should not be charged for food we never received. We hope Uber Eats can address this issue by refunding our money or offering a gift card as compensation.
