Hi there, I'm writing to report an issue with my recent order from Piada at Hawkins and Market in Akron, Ohio. I ordered a summer avocado piada with crispy chicken fritte and cannoli chips for a total of $19.26 (order #30DCA) at 5:43pm today, but unfortunately, the order was never delivered. The driver, Pamela, informed us that she left the food at apartment 6 after allegedly not receiving an answer, even though we are located at apartment 5. Pamela did not attempt to contact us when she had trouble delivering the order. She later claimed she couldn't bring the food back to us. This situation has caused a great deal of inconvenience, and we are requesting a refund. Please reach out to me via email to arrange the refund process. Order #878F1: I received my food delivery and unfortunately encountered several issues. Upon delivery, I noticed that the driver was male although a female was pictured. The driver informed me that the restaurant had run out of chicken tenders despite being charged for them. The packaging was also concerning as the large bag appeared to have been opened before being sealed with a sticker, while the small bag was completely open. Inside, I found BBQ sauce packets, contradicting the driver's claim of the restaurant being out of tenders. Additionally, my medium fry was only half full and the chicken sandwich seemed untouched. I'm disappointed at the apparent mishandling of my order and would like a full refund and appropriate action taken regarding the driver's behavior. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

I had an unsettling experience with a food delivery driver who made inappropriate comments about my appearance while in my home. This made me uncomfortable, and I no longer felt safe allowing him to use my bathroom. I do not want direct contact with him as he knows where I live. It would be helpful if your company provided training on appropriate conduct for new employees, as this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I want to bring awareness to this issue so that others, like myself, do not have to feel uncomfortable in their own homes.

While on vacation in Long Beach, I placed orders through the app for McCafe items from McDonald's and sushi. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with my sushi order as I only received part of it despite paying for more items. After multiple unanswered inquiries, I attempted to order from another restaurant. However, the app prevented me from submitting the order and subsequently disabled my account. I am in need of assistance and have been unable to reach the customer service team via phone after waiting on hold for an extended period of time. This frustrating experience has left me hungry and upset. I kindly request for my account to be re-enabled promptly.

I recently contacted UberEats regarding a fraudulent Uber account created using my credit card information. Unauthorized charges were made on 9/24/[redacted] for a UberEats purchase and two Uber rides. After reaching out to UberEats, I was directed to a form on Uber to request details about the fraudulent account for a police report. The ticket number I was provided is #[redacted]92. Despite several email exchanges with Uber representatives, the last communication requested a partial credit card number to investigate the charges. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my follow-up emails since last week, leaving me feeling stranded. I do not have an existing Uber account to use the regular customer service channels. I am hoping to find a way to contact a live person at Uber to assist me with this urgent matter, as the initial responses have suddenly ceased. I am seeking details such as the account holder's name, email address, phone number, pickup, and drop-off locations associated with the fraudulent transactions to proceed with a police report. Your guidance on how to escalate this issue with Uber would be greatly appreciated.

This was my first time using Uber Eats. Initially, they promised my meal at 12:45, but it was delayed multiple times until 1:08 PM. Eventually, I received a message stating my order was canceled, though I was still charged as the restaurant had prepared it. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with John. According to him, after 10 minutes, one person picked up the order, followed by another individual 15 to 20 minutes later, resulting in the first person taking my food and the second person having it for free. Disappointed, I had to collect the order myself and have it remade. I am seeking a refund as this experience with Uber Eats was unacceptable. I can provide you with the restaurant's name and number for verification. It seems that someone took my food, and I was charged for it, which is unfair.

I recently faced issues with an order from Tijuana Flats in Brandon, FL when the delivery driver failed to deliver my food after picking it up. Despite being charged and receiving an email and website notification that my order was delivered, I was left without my food. After speaking with a Supervisor from UberEats customer service who claimed to be the highest authority, I was left with no resolution but to reorder and repay for my food, facing a lengthy wait once again. This is not the first time I have had problems with UberEats - in the past, I have overpaid for orders and experienced delays in receiving refunds. UberEats' customer service has deteriorated recently, resembling other unsatisfactory food delivery services. I have been using the Uber Eats app for the past 1-4 days to order from the restaurant Spice. Unfortunately, I have not received my food or any refunds. Despite reaching out to the store, I have not received the refund promised after 24 hours. The service from the delivery person was extremely poor, and I felt uncomfortable with the interaction. I provided clear instructions, but the delivery was still unsatisfactory. Even after canceling an order due to an incorrect address, I did not receive a refund. The overall service from Uber Eats has been unprofessional and concerning. I am simply seeking refunds for the undelivered order and the canceled one. I have evidence to support my claims if needed. I made a purchase on 10/2 and monitored it, but the app showed no updates for an extended period. I attempted to contact the driver via calls and texts with no response. After reading the help section on the app, I submitted a complaint under "my food never arrived" but received no reply. Feeling hungry, I followed the app's instructions to place another order, which I did. Unexpectedly, my original order arrived with the driver, Celeste, who explained her phone had died. Despite canceling the second order immediately after confirming it, I was still charged for both. The second order was from the Crack Shack on 10/2 for $35.02, and I am seeking a refund. Despite several complaints on the Ubereats app, I have not received any responses. I'm hoping for assistance as I do not think it's fair to be charged for the driver's phone issue. Thank you.

Good Afternoon, I am writing in regards to a recent issue with my Uber Eats order. I placed an order for lunch at 12:00pm to be delivered to [redacted] Princess Blvd, the venue of an event I was working at. Despite changing the delivery address to my current location when ordering, the food was sent to my default address (my home) instead. This caused a delay, and my food arrived late for my lunch break. I contacted the driver and arranged for him to bring it to me, for which I compensated him. This experience has left me dissatisfied, especially as a second-time user of the app. I hope to receive some form of compensation for this inconvenience to consider using Uber Eats again in the future. I recently applied to be an Uber Eats driver. I received feedback on my driver's license, profile picture, and vehicle insurance. My license and picture are fine, but the insurance was rejected because my name isn't on it. It turns out my mom is the policyholder, but I'm listed on the account as the driver. I wonder if someone could verify the picture I sent of my insurance card. It's my insurance, even though I'm not the policyholder.

I received a coupon from Venmo offering up to $10 off my next Uber or Uber Eats order with an expiration date of September 30. I used the promo code: Venmo8410rp on September 29 for an Uber Eats order, but it didn't apply. A customer service representative informed me that the coupon had actually expired on the 29th due to an error on Venmo's email. I feel misled by the incorrect expiration date and believe I should receive the $10 credit I was promised. The responsibility lies with Uber Eats to communicate the details of the coupon accurately as it is their promotion, not Venmo's.

I ordered food from McDonald's (La-Sunset/Crescent) today at 5:45 pm. The app said it would be here by 6:05 pm, but it never showed up. The order was picked up at 6 pm, but then disappeared from my app, and I was still charged. I complained right away. I got a call from customer service at 6:17 pm, but the rep was not very helpful. They said they would send the driver back with my order. The driver took 35 minutes to get close to my place, even though it's just 0.4 miles away. I'm disappointed in the slow service and just want to cancel my order and get a refund as soon as possible.

I paid Rs [redacted].50 for my order, but I needed to cancel due to a sudden emergency. I tried to cancel through the app, but there was no available option. I'm wondering why I was charged the full cancellation fee so quickly when I needed to cancel urgently to go elsewhere. I kindly request a refund as a one-time exception and suggest a change in your policy. I am deeply disappointed by the service provided. Order number# 3295B Customer: M. Torres Driver: Tecario Uber Team, Today, I ordered lunch from Mexico [redacted] at 11:30 AM. This is a regular order for me, but today the delivery was extremely delayed, taking 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. When I called the restaurant at 1:05 PM, they informed me that the driver had picked up my food over an hour ago. I then received a call from a person claiming to be from Uber customer support at [redacted], asking for my building or suite number, which was strange as all my delivery details are correct on my Uber Eats profile. When I questioned the driver, Tecario, he mentioned that his Uber app had crashed and lost my delivery information. The food arrived cold, the nachos were soggy, and my coworkers had to reheat their shrimp platters. This delay caused us to miss our scheduled lunch break, which is strictly monitored by our company. We could not eat at our desks, adding to our frustration. After contacting customer service, representative Red offered a 50% refund, which is unsatisfactory. I am yet to see the promised credit applied to my Uber receipt as well. I hope for a prompt resolution and a full refund before sharing my experience on social media. Thank you.

Subsequently, the food was being prepared, the driver collected it, and I tried to prevent the delivery by notifying the driver. Another representative, Julie, contacted me on behalf of the driver, insisting I pay to cancel the order. This experience has left me feeling frustrated as I believe the company did not address my concerns adequately.

I placed an order at 6:44 p.m. with a restaurant located about 15 minutes away from my house. It is now 8 p.m. and my food is still at the restaurant. After contacting the restaurant, they informed me that my food has been ready for pickup since 7:10 p.m. but no driver has arrived. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach any driver or customer service support from Uber to help with the situation. I am extremely frustrated as I paid for both the meal and delivery service, and it's unacceptable for it to remain at the restaurant for so long without being on its way. The restaurant staff mentioned they were unable to find a driver to pick up my order. I believe Uber should work on enhancing the communication flow between drivers, customers, and restaurants for UberEats. In addition, I am seeking a refund for this completely unacceptable experience.

I had a frustrating experience with an Uber Eats driver named Leon in Dana Point tonight. He called me saying he couldn't find my location, and when I went outside to help, he seemed unwilling to cooperate. Despite my efforts to guide him, he was unresponsive and claimed it was too difficult to locate me. Eventually, he decided to return my order, even though I urged him not to. He abruptly hung up on me when I insisted we could work it out. I called him back and directed him to my location, which was only 3 minutes away from him. Sadly, my order was canceled, and the restaurant closed, leaving me with only McDonald's as an alternative. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I recently ordered a meal from Hola! through UberEats in Bend, Oregon on October 5th. The order number was #2A5E8. Initially, there was an issue with the order - two soups were missing and two quesadillas were made incorrectly. We requested a refund, but one of the missing soups was delivered by a staff member after the refund request. Considering this, can we adjust the refund to only exclude the cost of the delivered soup? The initial refund was approximately $45.
