Despite contacting the local office twice and being assured of delivery, no one arrived. Subsequently, a second redelivery was scheduled for today, but there have been no updates on the USPS tracking. I have attempted to contact customer service and received only one response. Despite making five calls to the local office, no one has answered. Kindly advise me on the necessary steps to ensure the delivery of my package.

I reside at [redacted] Related Drive, Houston, TX [redacted]. The mailboxes at my apartment complex have been tampered with, making it easy for people to access them without a key. Unfortunately, this has resulted in lost mail, including my driver's license which I had to request twice. The situation is concerning as mail is scattered around, indicating that others are also affected. I believe either the Post Office or the management of the complex should address this security issue promptly. Hello, our business at VFG Associates in Livonia, Michigan, has been trying to arrange mail delivery to our essential business. Unfortunately, due to a policy restriction, the carrier is unable to knock on our curbside glass door. We are located in a strip mall with security concerns, so placing a mailbox outside is not an option. A simple knock would suffice for our staff to retrieve the mail. Hello, I am requesting to speak with a supervisor regarding my missing packages that were supposed to arrive yesterday before 8 pm. After spending an hour on hold with customer service, I spoke to someone who seemed inexperienced and unhelpful. Hello, I have called your automated number, which is completely useless. I sought help on the site, but I need to speak to a person. The seller, who I suspect is lazy and often lies, sent a package late that I was supposed to receive tomorrow. The seller never printed the label until Sunday, which was already four days late. He claims to have mailed it this Monday, but based on his track record, I fear he might be lying again. The package still shows as "label created." I left a message previously, but GetHuman keeps prompting me to leave another one. I am seeking assistance in locating a package that was sent from Houston, Texas, zip code [redacted]. According to the seller (who tends to lie), the package was dropped off on Monday morning. It was initially scanned when the label was created on Sunday morning, but I am unsure if it was actually dropped off and scanned again. Yesterday, a package was scheduled for delivery, but unfortunately, an exception arose. Despite being home all day due to quarantine measures, no attempt was made to deliver the package. I sent a package back in February, and it has been held at customs in Malpensa Lonatepozzolo, Italy, since February 11th. The package is a return for shoes bought from Mario Bemer in Florence, Italy. We, a group of 8 neighbors residing on the [redacted] block of 167th Ave NE in Bellevue, WA, decided to purchase and install a group mailbox in late February [redacted] due to ongoing issues with vandalism and mail theft. Despite multiple purchase forms and numerous calls to both regional and local USPS customer service, we are still awaiting the installation of a postal regulation lock on our mailbox after 5 weeks. We are aware of many similar installations already completed. Is it possible for us to obtain a new lock and install it ourselves? I have been using USPS to ship my Pokemon cards to Troll and Toad in Corbin KY without any issues until now. I recently sent a $[redacted] shipment of 50 cards, as usual, but this time the package has gone missing. The package was picked up by the driver from the dock at my workplace along with other packages, but it was never scanned and seems to have been lost. I reached out for help and spoke to Jeff McWilliams, a postal master from Corbin KY, who was unable to locate the package. On 4/14/[redacted], I reached out to the Southfield postal office to address concerns about mail delivery at my complex, Park House Senior Living. Mr. Donuhue explained that due to the pandemic, mail is left at the front door for facility staff to distribute. However, despite this, I have not received any mail for over 3 weeks. After checking with Ms. Alex, the director of Park House, we found no mail for me or my husband, Larry & Linda Adams, at [redacted] Lahser Rd, Apt#[redacted] Southfield, MI [redacted]. I tried to hold my mail using USPS Visual Call online, but it failed. Mr. Donuhue refused to assist further, leaving us frustrated and seeking answers. We are unsure of the next steps to resolve this ongoing issue.

I reside in Utah and volunteered last summer at a national park in Friday Harbor, WA. I submitted an online temporary address change request with an expiration date in September [redacted]. Unfortunately, USPS entered this temporary change into its commercial change-of-address database, causing my address to be updated on credit cards, bank accounts, and even with the social security administration. As a result, I was mistakenly removed from the local voter rolls due to being marked as "moved out of state." Most recently, when I applied for a new credit card, LL Bean automatically updated my address to the Friday Harbor location and sent the card there. I am asking for assistance to remove my name and the Friday Harbor address from the database and replace it with my correct address: My current address: Janice P.
