On 12/20/19, I received a package from my neighbor, left at their front door. The label stated a prior attempt, which seemed odd as I was home all day. The package had instructions to leave on the porch, so handling it twice was confusing. My neighbor's address is clearly visible on the door. On 12/23/19, I found mail for three different addresses in my mailbox, not mine. I left a note for the carrier, who took it but left the misdelivered mail. As a retired USPS carrier, I understand mistakes during the busy season, but leaving misdelivered mail after acknowledging the issue feels like a lack of care. I bought 2-day priority mail for 10 packages last Saturday. Unfortunately, only 5 arrived on time. The other 5 packages are already 2-3 days late. I am an 81-year-old resident living at 69 Bridge Blvd in Lakeland, FL since September [redacted]. Until May or June [redacted], my mail delivery was consistent, but issues arose when a new delivery person started. Specifically, my "RED PLUM" coupons and flyers were no longer being delivered. When I reported this to the Post Office, I faced backlash with threats to move my mailbox or face mail stoppage. Despite efforts reaching out to Congressman Dennis Ross, the White House, and the Postmaster General's office, the problem persisted. Eventually, I changed my address to P.O. Box [redacted] in Waverly, FL, where my mail was promptly delivered. Upon returning to 69 Bridge Blvd, new delivery staff led to intermittent mail delivery. I was expecting my package to arrive at my house on Saturday, December 28th. However, it wasn't delivered due to no "safe" place to leave it. Today, December 30th, I received notification that it was delivered and left with someone, but nobody was home to receive it. I've checked with my neighbors, but no one has seen the package. This is very upsetting as the dress is for a wedding and I don't want to have to buy another one if it's lost. I am dissatisfied with the service and hope this issue gets resolved quickly.

I need help to cancel my shipment to a scammer
Hi there,
I need guidance on canceling a shipment as I believe I have been scammed. After speaking with Australia Post, I found out that my package is en route to the US and was advised to contact USPS for assistance. The tracking number for the parcel is CF[redacted]99AU.
I was selling an item on Gumtree and the buyer claimed to have paid through PayPal. However, I just discovered that the payment was not received. The package was most recently tracked at Brisbane airport heading to the US. I am seeking advice on what steps can be taken, such as canceling the shipment and arranging for it to be redirected back to my address or held at the local post office.
The international shipment of the Canon camera was dispatched on January 2nd at 10:40 am with an estimated delivery time of 4 days.

On November 20, my mom and I decided to give eBay a try by purchasing Armada Hoist and Armada Thrust, both MISB Transformers, from a seller named transformerland. We had them shipped from the USA to Sweden. The estimated delivery range given was November 24 - December 29. The problem arose when the package has been in transit since November 22 when it arrived at the USPS facility in JACKSONVILLE FL NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER. The seller mentioned it might be in customs, which is a new experience for me since it's my first time using USPS for an international shipment. I've been diligently tracking the package with the UA[redacted]62US number, but there haven't been any updates. Despite setting up email notifications, I still haven't seen any progress. I have tried multiple phone numbers but have only encountered recorded messages. I also sent an email without a response. Eventually, a representative called me back after half an hour but could not assist me. She redirected me to another phone number, 1-[redacted], for claims, which turned out to be another automated line. I expressed my desire to speak to a person, but she avoided addressing my concern. I have a saved domestic package claim that I am unable to locate for submission. Despite typing it in several times, I am hesitant to continue if claims are taking this long to resolve.

The package was supposed to arrive in Gouda, The Netherlands, Europe, by December 15 as per the estimated delivery date provided by the shipper. However, as of January 7, the tracking still shows the status as "In-Transit" since December 24, [redacted], when it was processed through the Chicago IL International Distribution Center.

I am reaching out regarding a concerning situation involving mail deliveries in Queens, NY. I regularly send books to my son who is currently in a specialized facility, but over the past year, most of the packages have not been getting through. I visited the Criterion Post Office in Briargate, Colorado Springs this morning to request a refund for a 24-hour guaranteed delivery that arrived two days late. I encountered poor customer service from the clerk, Virginia O., who was unhelpful and misleading.
