I am inquiring about tracking number [redacted][redacted]57. The label was created on December 26th for preshipping. The business has informed me that it has already shipped, but there has been no update on the package. I tried to file a claim, but the site said I couldn't because I didn't purchase insurance, which is untrue. I bought this ring a year ago, but within 90 days of receiving it, the stone fell out. I shipped the setting back to the company, and they remade it for free since it's within the 90 days. They are now trying to reship it back, but when I purchased the ring and had it made, I did purchase insurance. I'm unsure how to get assistance. My number is [redacted] if you would like to call me. Thank you!

Today, I had a disappointing experience at a USPS location. The facility opened 30 minutes late, with staff present but unresponsive to the waiting customers. Despite the delayed opening, there was no apology or explanation offered. Instead, the employee who finally opened the door seemed indifferent and even wore headphones, further disregarding our presence. The lack of communication and poor attitude displayed by the staff is unacceptable. Moving forward, I hope measures are taken to prevent such incidents, and accountability is upheld for this kind of behavior.

I have a query regarding my package. I have been eagerly awaiting its arrival since the departure date of December 16th. It has been in transit from NY to Milan for two weeks now, which seems unusually long for a delivery. I believe the best course of action is to file a report with the last facility it was scanned at, in the hopes that someone can physically locate it. I realize this may not be a simple task, but it is the only solution that comes to mind. The shipping method used for this package is Priority Mail International.

I was supposed to receive my package on December 30, [redacted], but according to the tracking information, it was marked as "delivered" even though I didn't receive it. I checked my mailbox, but it wasn't there. The post office claims they take a picture upon delivery, but I never received any picture. I find it unfair that they can misplace or potentially take a package. I paid for the item, and now I can't get a refund or the package because it wasn't insured. They mentioned it was delivered to my street without specifying the exact address, so it could be in any mailbox on my street. This is frustrating. The tracking number for my package is [redacted][redacted]87.

I regularly ship items through USPS. Recently, two of my shipments arrived broken, including a rare $[redacted] collectible cookie jar and a sconce with votive candle holders. Both items were packaged by Office Depot, luckily, I had insurance for the cookie jar. I've been shipping fragile items for nearly two years without issues until I used Office Depot's services. I am not being paid due to these incidents, which were not caused by my negligence. I am frustrated with this situation and seek guidance on how to proceed. Kindly address this matter promptly. Sincerely, Susanna.

I reside at [redacted] Shinedale Drive, Canyon Country, CA, [redacted]. When I retrieved my email from my mailbox, all I found was a key labeled C1P. When I used the key in my box, I realized that the mails inside were addressed to [redacted], not me. This mix-up is concerning as important mails are missing. The mail carrier must be more careful to ensure each mail reaches the correct recipient. It is frustrating that my mails are missing, and I am unable to track them. This issue needs urgent resolution. From, Mrs. A. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]

I purchased a part from Brownells in Grinnell, IA. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. It was shipped via UPS to Fife, WA, then transferred to USPS for delivery to [redacted] Eberlein Ave., Klamath Falls, OR [redacted]. Despite having a forwarding address to [redacted] E. 36th Place, Yuma, AZ [redacted], the package hasn't arrived. The last tracking update shows it was forwarded but never reached me. The local post office in Yuma couldn't locate it; I also had trouble completing an online search due to no suitable category for a small part like this. I've been unable to get in touch with anyone at the Klamath Falls post office. Thank you for your assistance. Best, John W.

The service at our Carnation post office has significantly declined since two employees retired. On December 2nd, I received a large batch of mail postmarked as far back as September 2nd. Despite trying to seek clarification from the individual claiming to be the postmaster, I was left without any answers. The overall situation has made it challenging to communicate effectively with billers due to the delayed and missing mail. It seems as though the current postal workers lack proper training, leading to a myriad of issues for residents and businesses alike. The inefficiency is causing distress, with essential documents like voting information not reaching recipients. Urgent action is needed to address these ongoing problems at the PO in our area with the zip code [redacted].

We have been consistently receiving mail and packages meant for nearby addresses in our mailbox after the recent change of carriers. Our address is [redacted] Pine Hill Rd. Dover, PA [redacted]. Despite notifying the carrier by leaving notes on misdelivered items and flagging them for pickup, the issue persists. Today alone, we received five letters meant for another address. We suspect this mix-up could be the reason for missing magazines that we have paid for but not received. This situation is causing us financial losses and denying us the magazines we have subscribed to. We appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly to ensure accurate delivery. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Gary L. M.

Regarding delivery [redacted], I included a book and other items in the package, assuming it was eligible for media mail due to the book. However, I received a letter stating otherwise. Instead of charging me through the PayPal label app, USPS wants the receiver to pay the difference. I tried calling customer service but couldn't reach an agent. My local Gresham post office was unhelpful and rude. I would have paid the extra if I had known or ordered from Amazon with free shipping for my sister-in-law's birthday. I'm disappointed with the USPS process and the slow delivery of my package.

Address Activation Needed Urgently I reside at [redacted] Huntclub Rd, Apt 15-H, Columbia SC [redacted], and require immediate address activation. There seems to be a hold on my resident box without a clear reason. When I checked the mail last Saturday, a letter was attached to the back of the box, mentioning a 10-day hold starting from 12/26. Our complex's owner replaced the box keys, and as active tenants, we need the local postal services to reactivate our box promptly. Despite contacting them on the 10th of this month, our mail remains undelivered. This delay is causing issues as bills accrue late fees. Furthermore, bank cards posted on January 4th have yet to arrive, impacting our financial transactions. The situation is critical as these cards are essential for our daily activities. The prolonged wait for mail delivery is unacceptable, and I urge for a swift resolution to this matter today. Your immediate attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

Our mail was delivered today, but unfortunately, the package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]37 was not dropped off, citing access issues despite us being home at 4:35. This particular package is crucial for an upcoming meeting, and its non-delivery is very upsetting. The explanation given does not align with the facts as the rest of our mail was successfully delivered. I believe this was a mistake by the mail carrier from the Hillsville, VA [redacted] post office and I intend to file a complaint regarding this issue. It's frustrating to face this situation, especially knowing that due to the upcoming holiday on Monday, the earliest I can expect to receive the package is on Tuesday. This delay is highly inconvenient and not acceptable.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my mail being delivered to the wrong mailboxes by part-time mail carriers in our subdivision for more than 2 years. Despite contacting the supervisor, Tim, and Alexis at the post office, no resolution has been reached. Attempts to get a P.O. Box have also failed due to missing or stolen mail. I have expressed my concerns to the appropriate parties, but it seems like my complaints are falling on deaf ears. I have reached out to several individuals today, January 21, [redacted], but I am doubtful that any action will be taken. It appears that this is a common issue not just for me but for others in different parts of the city, all related to temporary mail carrier problems. There seems to be a lack of screening and supervision of the temporary staff. Perhaps introducing measures like installing cameras in the vehicles, ensuring carriers focus on their duties without distractions like music, and testing their vision could help improve the situation. The mail delivery problem has become unmanageable, and a reevaluation of the management at these post offices may be necessary.

To the relevant party, I, Elizabeth, made a purchase of earrings from the US with delivery intended for Indonesia in November. Regrettably, I have not yet received the package. The tracking number assigned to this shipment is UA[redacted]54US. In light of the package non-delivery, believing it was an error on the part of the Indonesian postal service, I requested the store send a replacement to my sister in Taiwan. Yet, my tracking details ceased updating on January 14, indicating the package is en route within the USPS system, destined for its final stop. This second package is associated with tracking number UC[redacted]93US. I kindly request your assistance in investigating these instances. The earrings are urgently needed for my upcoming wedding in February. Your prompt attention to this matter is sincerely appreciated. Warm regards, Elizabeth

I purchased an Apple TV through the Amazon app on December 29, but it did not reach its destination at Hyatt Place Oklahoma City Airport. Despite the Amazon app showing it was delivered on December 1, the hotel informed me they did not receive the package. I reached out to Amazon's support team, who conducted a 3-day investigation from December 5 to 7, only to inform me that they could not assist further, suggesting I file a police report or contact Apple. I possess a photo of the hotel's protocol book stating no items arrived under my brother's name (the guest at the hotel to whom the package was addressed) on December 1. On December 11, I lodged a Service Request on the USPS website (#[redacted]2) and recently received an email requesting feedback. I eagerly await the outcome of this inquiry.

My USPS order with tracking number CP[redacted]73ID has not been updated since Thursday. Ever since the package arrived in the US and was transferred to USPS from the Indonesian Post, there have been no further updates. It's been four days now with no new information, which is concerning. I live in Tucson, AZ, which is close to the country's border, so the lack of movement doesn't seem logical. A friend who ordered the same product had his package clear customs and is on its way. I am hoping to receive updates like he did and ensure my package is en route to Arizona promptly. I urgently need this package as it contains essential medical items that I require within the next 48 hours. I am unable to reach USPS through their recording system, as selecting the option for a callback does not work. I would appreciate any assistance in confirming the status of my shipment. Thank you for your help.

I have a visual disability and rely on audio books from companies catering to visually impaired individuals. Unfortunately, my mailbox is too small for returning the books, and I can't drive. Due to overstuffing by the postal worker, I struggle to retrieve my mail from the small box. I need assistance in returning these audiobooks to the sender. The Postal Service's long wait times make it challenging for me to reach out. Aside from my visual impairment, I also have a hearing disability. I am wondering if the Postal Service offers a service to help disabled individuals like me. I may need to contact the department of disabilities for assistance. Please contact me promptly. My contact number is [redacted], and I go by the name Sandy. Thank you in advance for your help.

Tracking Number: RO[redacted]91RU I am writing about a package sent from Russia to Maria G. at [redacted] White Oak Ave, Reseda, CA [redacted]. I contacted the USPS office in Reseda regarding this package, and they confirmed they have it but mentioned there was no address listed on the package. I provided them with the correct address, and they assured me it would be delivered on Monday, January 27. However, I have now received an email stating that the package will be returned to the sender. I have the eBay receipt with the correct address linked to this tracking number, as I purchased books online. I can provide proof of my address and the purchase. I am concerned about the mishandling of this situation, especially as there have been mail delivery issues in the area due to a neighbor's dog. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I need help with tracking down a package I ordered from Amazon for delivery to my father's address. The delivery was scheduled for Monday but got delayed. On Tuesday, when it was out for delivery, there was a request to forward the mail as my parents are leaving for Florida soon. This might mean the package is now heading to Florida. However, they haven't left yet, and the package has an item for me. I am hoping to find the package at the Rochester, MI facility for my dad to pick up today if it hasn't already headed to Florida. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]95. Could you please check if the package is still in Rochester, MI and if it can be held for my dad? Thank you, Lori H.

I dropped off five packages at the post office on Monday, January 27th, and today is Wednesday, January 29th. Unfortunately, the tracking information only shows that a label was created and not that the packages were actually shipped. As an eBay seller, it's crucial for me to provide accurate tracking information to my customers. The post office employee mentioned that packages dropped off are not scanned, which is new information to me. I have always had my packages scanned without issues in the past year of using USPS services. I prioritize maintaining my top-rated seller status on eBay by ensuring prompt shipping of orders. It is frustrating to now have to deal with contacting customers and eBay to explain the situation. Moving forward, I would like to understand how to avoid this problem in the future, especially since I use eBay's label printing service to streamline the postage process.
