I recently received a package, but I was surprised to find it shoved into my locking mailbox on the street, with more than half of it hanging out. It was clear that the package was too large for the mailbox. I wish the delivery person had brought it to my door to reduce the risk of theft.

We have encountered issues with our mail delivery. On multiple occasions, we have experienced missing or mishandled mail. Today, our neighbor found a bill for Consumer Energy on the sidewalk, which my boyfriend had posted on Monday. It was wet and will now be late. Our neighbor evidently only collects mail with visible stamps and has neglected to pick up our mail if it's not ready on her delivery days. She has been observed driving past our house without stopping to collect mail many times. Moreover, we have witnessed her engaging in personal activities with an individual, presumably her boyfriend, near our residence. The lack of professionalism and reliability in our mail service is concerning, and we are seeking assistance to address these recurring problems.

I sent a package from the Randallstown Post Office on 11/5, but unfortunately lost the receipt containing the tracking number. The clerks informed me that without knowing who assisted me, they couldn't help me. I do have the transaction amount, shipment date, and destination address. Despite what the Randallstown clerks said, is there any alternative way to locate this package? They mentioned there is no further action that can be taken. The merchant has confirmed not receiving the package, which is valued at $[redacted]. Thank you for any assistance.

Hello,
I have not received any updates on my shipment for 16 days now, and it is causing difficulties with my client. Despite sending emails, there has been no response from USPS, and speaking to a human representative seems impossible. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Sammir

I recently had a package sent to our previous address in Texas, only to be redirected to Kennesaw, GA. According to the tracking information, it was supposed to be delivered locally by USPS but unfortunately has not arrived yet. The latest update from November 5, [redacted], states that the package is "In Transit to Next Facility." Despite this, a month has passed, and I have not received the package at my current address in Kennesaw. I have been residing here since October 10th, and I am available at home all day.

I made a purchase online and had it shipped with FedEx. However, according to the FedEx tracking information, my package is now with USPS for final delivery. FedEx SmartPost works as a collaboration between FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service, where parcels transition to USPS for the last mile delivery by the local postal carrier.
I want to be able to anticipate when my product will arrive to ensure someone is available to receive it.

I purchased a product online that was shipped via FedEx SmartPost, but according to the tracking, it's now with USPS for final delivery. I understand that SmartPost works through both FedEx and USPS. My concern is knowing when to expect delivery since it will be handed over to the local mail carrier. I need to anticipate the delivery time to ensure someone is home to receive it. The USPS location mentioned is Flower Mound, TX.

I recently made a purchase from the United States and it has arrived in the UK, but I was surprised to learn about additional postal charges that need to be paid. Despite trying to contact USPS, I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance tailored to the UK. According to the message received, my package could not be delivered due to unpaid charges, and it is currently being held for notification. Unfortunately, I have not received any notification about this issue. I only found out about the situation after contacting the seller.

I am awaiting a crucial delivery from USCIS that was returned to them unexpectedly. The address for delivery is [redacted] S Dorothy Ave, Boise, ID [redacted]. I am unsure why it was returned, but I have arranged with USCIS to resend it promptly. It is vital for me to receive this package. I am looking for a way to track the package and ensure successful delivery this time. I am also interested in understanding the reason for the initial return to prevent a recurrence. Thank you.

I've called three different numbers in an attempt to speak with a representative. None of the "Customer Service" lines provide options to address issues. I can only track my package and view existing cases, not create new ones. A package intended for my office was supposedly picked up by an unknown individual at a postal facility during my work hours. It's frustrating that there are no proper verification procedures in place. Delivery should have been made to the correct address without any complications.

I am currently unable to retrieve my mail from the neighborhood mailbox as I've been ill for a few weeks. Upon attempting to collect my mail on December 5, [redacted], I found a notice indicating the mailbox was considered vacated, which is not the case. Now that I am feeling better, I need to find a solution to have my mail delivered to both me and my mother. My recent visit to the post office was not fruitful, as the lone customer service representative was preoccupied with passport services, and I am unable to wait for prolonged periods due to my health and the need to care for my mother. I am concerned about a pending delivery, fearing it may be sent back. It is distressing that there are no accommodations for individuals with mobility issues to receive assistance with mail matters. I did not anticipate facing challenges with mail retrieval or adjustments during this time.

On November 17, [redacted], I submitted a change of address form but mistakenly listed it under my name only instead of the family, which includes my husband, Richard Gorman Sr. Consequently, he is not receiving all his mail at our current temporary address, [redacted] Tenth Street North, St. Petersburg, FL [redacted]. Some mail arrived, but not everything addressed to him. Kindly process this request to ensure that all mail intended for Richard Gorman is correctly forwarded to the new temporary address.

Our neighborhood has been dealing with repeated incidents of mailbox vandalism. We would like to know the process for relocating our mailboxes from a communal area to our homes. We are specifically seeking information on switching to USPS-approved mailboxes at our individual addresses.

Hello! I dropped off a package in a blue drop box last week that needs to be returned by Tuesday. However, the tracking number shows that the postal service hasn't picked it up yet, even though I put it in the box on Monday afternoon. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]47, and it's going from Cambridge, MA, to Great Neck, NY. Thank you for your help!

I received a package sent using Flat Rate Regional Zone B service. The box contained items for both me (located in Dayton, Ohio) and my sister in Stow, Ohio. I have already taken out my items and want to forward the box to my sister. Can I reuse the Flat Rate Regional Zone B box to send the items to her? I am not a business and would use my own label without covering any information related to the original Flat Rate Regional Zone B service.

I tracked my package online, and it showed that it was "In Transit" but never updated to "Out for Delivery." I took precautions by leaving a note for the delivery team to call me due to the broken gate at my apartment complex. However, when I checked the tracking again, it was marked as a "failed delivery," yet no notice was left on the gate. I contacted USPS for assistance and requested to pick up the package at the post office, but the automated system provided a confirmation number too quickly for me to jot down, without an option to replay the information. How can I retrieve my package now?

Today, my husband went to the post office in Roachdale, IN [redacted] to collect a package from UPS. When the postal worker handed it to him, she mentioned a $16.17 postage charge that he had already paid when ordering the package. When he inquired about the fee, the postal worker said it was because the package was delivered to the post office. She even suggested sending it back if he was unhappy about the charge.

I placed an order on December 4, expecting it today, December 9. Checking the USPS site, it states "Your item was forwarded to a different address at 7:06 am on December 9, [redacted]... This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect." Should I expect the package to be redirected to the proper address in due time? Do I have to retrieve it myself? How long should I wait? What's the significance of this error message?

Hello, I recently got an email regarding the delivery of one of my packages, which was deemed oversized and left at the leasing office. Unfortunately, when I went to collect it, it wasn't there. I don't possess the tracking number as I am expecting multiple packages, possibly more than ten in total. The email mentioned the delivery was made via USPS. As a frequent online shopper, it is impractical for me to keep track of all the various tracking numbers. Could you kindly verify my address details and investigate if any packages are on their way to me? Thank you.

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with receiving packages from my postal carrier at my delivery address. Despite the packages showing up on my Informed Delivery, the carrier often doesn't have all of them in her vehicle when she arrives. Today, when I expressed my frustration, she laughed at me, which was incredibly unprofessional. I've lodged several complaints about this ongoing problem. It's disheartening to think that the individuals in charge of deliveries at zip code [redacted] may be the best the company can hire.
