Today, I was expecting a redelivery of my package. I had a conversation with Carrier Supervisor Karal at the U.D.P.A, and I was informed that the package would arrive today. The initial delivery attempt was on the 7th of December and was signed for with insurance by the carrier. However, upon tracking the package, I discovered that it is now set for redelivery to Glendale, AZ. I reside in Sun City West, AZ, and not Glendale; there is no mail processing unit in Glendale. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and I demand that it gets resolved promptly. I had a 31-year career with the Post Office, and I must say this is the worst customer service I have experienced. This is the second time I am outlining this issue, and I need it rectified immediately.

This is the second time I'm facing this issue. I sent a package to [redacted] Briarcliff U.D. PA on 12/07, and the carrier marked it NSF and attempted redelivery on 12/9/19. I called the Post Office and spoke with Supervisor Carl, who mentioned it would be delivered today. Checking the tracking number, it now shows a requested redelivery to Glendale, AZ, which I did not request. I reside in Sun City West, AZ, and there is no Mail Processing unit in Glendale. The situation has been a nightmare. I retired after 31 years with the post office, and this is the worst customer service I've experienced. I DID NOT REQUEST REDELIVERY TO GLENDALE; IT WAS FOR [redacted] BRAIRCLIFF RD U.D. PA. This request seems straightforward, so I'm confused as to how it turned into such a mess. This is the third time I've had issues with this Post Office. The first package was delivered without its contents, and the second time, a letter arrived ripped open and empty. I want the package located and redelivered to [redacted] BRAIRCLIFF. I'm willing to have a "recall" notice sent to 30th St. My email is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted].

I am currently residing in the UK and placed an order that is being shipped from Canada. I recently received an automated email from USPS stating that my package is being held due to payment charges. Unfortunately, the email did not provide any details on how to address this issue. Living outside of the US makes it difficult for me to contact USPS via phone or chat. I am having trouble locating an online form to resolve the matter. I have already paid for the package and would like to receive it. Please assist me in finding a solution to this problem.

I visited the post office last month on November 20, [redacted] to order a key for my new apartment. Upon moving in, I was informed that the previous tenant had lost both keys and was instructed to obtain a new one from the post office. I also requested a locker change during this visit. While I have completed these steps, I am still awaiting the completion of the process. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via phone to follow up, but unfortunately, no one has answered my calls. Thank you for any assistance.

I am disappointed with the lack of effort from the local delivery service. They refuse to deliver my package just a block away from the post office, claiming it is not a valid address. Other carriers like UPS, FedEx, and DHL have no issue with it. I am willing to pick it up, but they prefer to return it. I am retired and can't afford to keep reordering items only to have them sent back without allowing me the opportunity to retrieve them. It would be more considerate if they could at least leave a notice in my P.O. box informing me of the situation.

My BlendJet order arrived yesterday via USPS as scheduled. While the outer package was intact, the inner box containing the product was damaged and wet, causing the product inside to also be wet. Unfortunately, the box is now unusable. This BlendJet was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I can't wrap it in the damaged box. Additionally, the return label was destroyed, so I wouldn't be able to use it if I needed to return the item. I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the package.

I've had four packages not delivered because the carrier claims my house is vacant, which is untrue. I have more packages on the way, crucial Christmas gifts for my children. The correct address is [redacted] Rolling Hills Place, Lancaster, TX [redacted], and I assure you, it is not vacant. The carrier doesn't seem to check thoroughly. I've been at this address since November 15th, [redacted]. Please rectify this issue promptly as I have more packages scheduled to arrive this week.

I sent a package via ground service to Colorado on November 29. The estimated arrival date was December 5. On December 5, the tracking information showed the package was en route to the next station, but there have been no updates since then, and the package has not been delivered. It has now been 11 days since it was sent. We missed my niece's birthday due to this delay, and it seems like we might also miss Christmas. I am concerned about the whereabouts of the package and frustrated that I am unable to speak to a representative for assistance.

A delivery was attempted, but I received a notice. I rescheduled, but the package never arrived. After contacting customer service, a delivery was set for last Friday, but it was mistakenly scheduled for Thursday and delivered to the wrong address. I am frustrated as this issue persists despite verifying the building number. This recurring problem requires urgent resolution.

I want to bring to attention the ongoing issue regarding the delayed opening of the lobby at the post office located at [redacted] E Anaheim St, Long Beach, CA [redacted]. The mailbox service users like myself expect the lobby to be open promptly by 5:30, but many times, it remains closed even beyond 5:45. It is frustrating as we rely on accessing our mail during these times after payment for the service. This delay is a recurring problem that needs immediate attention. The responsible staff member should ensure the lobby doors are opened on time to avoid inconvenience for customers. Thank you.

I recently returned a package from an eBay seller, and the return address initially indicated New York. However, in a subsequent email, it mentioned Jenny from California. I sent the package yesterday and now I'm concerned about the correct address. I've been attempting to contact someone for guidance on how to rectify this dilemma. Despite my online efforts, I couldn't locate any information on changing the address. I recently relocated from [redacted] East View Place, Osceola, IA [redacted], to [redacted] NW White Street, Leon, IA [redacted]. Since moving, I have noticed a significant lack of mail reaching my new address. I completed the online change of address form about three weeks ago and should have received a considerable amount of mail by now. After inquiring at the Osceola Post Office, I was informed that they have no mail for me. I also confirmed that my mail is not being sent to my old address. I am uncertain about the whereabouts of my mail and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I was told that my package would arrive by Monday. However, yesterday it indicated that it was out for delivery, and now today it shows that it's in Kentucky? This is frustrating. I purchased this dress for an event with a deadline, and the tracking information is unreliable and incorrect. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]62.

I had a package sent to Leipzig, Germany, but unfortunately, Pac 'n Mail delivered it to the wrong address. It is currently at a post office in Leipzig waiting for pickup. The correct address is Mary and Curtiss Chapman, Schreberstrasse 6A, Leipzig, Germany [redacted]. The incorrect address provided to them was 60 instead of 6A. Subject: Assistance Needed Regarding Denied Insurance Claim Claim ID #: [redacted] Hello Customer Service, I submitted a claim on December 3, [redacted], regarding an Ebay sale to a customer in Missouri where the item arrived damaged. Despite being well packed, the customer reported hearing rattling inside upon receipt and provided photographic evidence of the damage. Consequently, I refunded the purchase amount. The shipment from VA to Missouri included $50 insurance coverage, for which I paid $26.85. I have been seeking reimbursement for the $50 insurance coverage plus the shipping cost, totaling $76.85. Upon checking the claim's status, I discovered it had been denied, with notification supposedly sent out on the same day of submission. However, I have not yet received the denial letter more than a week later. Given the holiday season rush, I understand the delays but seek clarification on the denial reasons and guidance on how to proceed with recovering the incurred expenses. Hello, I visited the post office last Wednesday, on December 4, [redacted], to send out multiple packages via priority mail. Most of them have arrived at their destinations except for one particular package. I am concerned because it was supposed to be delivered within 2 days, but now it's been 8 days since then. The package causing me worry has the tracking number 9[redacted] 1[redacted] [redacted] 58. It was meant for my daughter, and she has received 3 out of 4 packages. The tracking information shows that it's still on the way, but I'm concerned it might be lost or stolen. I tried calling the customer service number but was on hold for 45 minutes before the call got disconnected. Please advise on what steps I can take to resolve this issue.

My USPS tracking number is [redacted][redacted]11. The first delivery attempt was on December 2nd, but I missed it and received a notice on the door. Unfortunately, the notice did not have the tracking number, so I submitted a request based on the information provided. On December 3rd, I stayed home all day waiting for another delivery attempt and for a response to my rescheduled delivery request. By December 10th, I identified the package and used the tracking number to request redelivery. However, I have not received my package or a response to my request. I am unsure if my package is missing or if my request has not been processed. If the package is not missing, I would like to know when I can expect to receive it or where I can pick it up, as I am eager to have it soon.

I am having trouble inserting my cluster mailbox key into the lock. It was working fine the day before, and the key is undamaged. I visited the post office branch, and the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. He insisted it was my key and refused to examine it when I tried to show him. I am certain the issue lies with the lock, not the key. I do not want to pay $40 for a new key when it's not the problem. It's inconvenient for me to go to the post office since my mail is on hold. Could someone please come and assess the lock? Thank you.

My package hasn't been delivered yet. I'm the sender and it's an urgent package promised to be delivered by 12 pm today by USPS. According to the USPS tracking status (tracking number EJ[redacted]29US), the package is ready for pick-up. I'm wondering why USPS didn't deliver it directly to the PO box mailing address, as nobody will go to the local USPS to collect it.
