I have been experiencing issues with my postal deliveries from eBay as my carrier keeps returning packages to the sender. Despite explaining the situation to the post office and providing proof of identity, the carrier continues to label the address as vacant. Due to previous mail theft, my parents' home had not received mail for a while. Last Saturday, I visited the post office to rectify this and thought the matter was resolved. However, my latest package (tracking number: [redacted][redacted][redacted]) is once again being sent back, causing inconvenience as it is being returned to Hong Kong. I simply wish to resume receiving mail at the address without any changes. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this ongoing issue.

Dear USPS Customer Care, I am writing to inquire about a package sent to me from Laguna Hills by my uncle on June 21, [redacted], with tracking number [redacted][redacted]28. The package was addressed to [redacted] CIVIC CENTER DR APT [redacted], FREMONT, CA 94[redacted]. However, upon tracking, I discovered that it was delivered to a mailbox in Fremont instead of my exact address. Due to an early morning flight, I was unable to retrieve the package. I would appreciate information on available options for me to receive my clothing. As I currently do not reside in the US, I do not have a US phone number and am unable to find contact information for USPS via email or chat. Kindly provide me with an email address to communicate with a USPS customer care representative to address and resolve this matter. Thank you, Customer

On June 13, [redacted], I sent a check to PayPal, but it seems they never received it. Today, I received a late notice and had to stop the payment on the check, opting for a phone payment instead. This is not the first time my mail delivery has been inaccurate as my Social Security mail was given to a neighbor, who thankfully brought it to me. Just yesterday, I received someone else's mail, which I marked as a wrong delivery and left in my mailbox for re-delivery.

The mailbox for our church, Raymond Community Church located at [redacted] Rapids Rd., Lockport, NY [redacted], is situated in a dangerous spot at the top of a blind hill where three roads (Cosby, Bartz, Minnick Rds) converge. Numerous accidents have happened there, and we are seeking USPS approval to move the mailbox to the other side of the road in front of the church to improve safety. Despite my request to GetHuman for assistance, I have not received a call back from USPS yet. I will continue to monitor the situation throughout the day. An update as of 8:24 pm on 7/17/19, I received a text from GetHuman inquiring if the USPS issue has been resolved, and despite clicking "NO, Not Yet," there has been no progress. I have requested GetHuman to follow up with the Post Office and provided my contact information for USPS to reach me.

As part-time residents in Buena Vista, CO, our community at Princeton Estates had our mailboxes relocated without notice by USPS some years back. They were moved across the street without informing us. Our mailbox now sits on private property near the entrance to a horse corral. Since we now spend more time at our residence, the post office refuses to deliver mail due to the box's new location. They expect us to relocate the box with permission from the property owner and only allow an approved box, suggesting a P.O. Box. USPS has a reputation for poor service, including laziness, incompetence, and mishandling packages. I'm simply looking for a solution to receive my mail.

I recently realized that a package I ordered (Tracking # [redacted][redacted][redacted]) was noted as delivered on May 14th. Despite having received several other packages around the same time, I have no memory of getting this particular one. I am the sole person who checks the mailbox. The missing package contains a crucial part for a machine I need running urgently today. Upon investigating, I discovered that the company I ordered from didn't confirm the package's delivery despite doing so promptly for all other packages. The item was insured, so I've informed the company that it never reached me, despite the tracking status showing otherwise. To move forward, the company has requested me to obtain "Documentation (a simple email would suffice) from USPS stating that [my package] was not received by me." I sought clarification if they needed confirmation that the package was delivered or not, given the tracking data indicating delivery. They clarified that they only need confirmation that I didn't receive it to process a replacement under the insurance coverage. Hence, I am seeking an email from USPS affirming that the tracked package #[redacted][redacted][redacted] was not received by me, although marked as delivered. Since it's been a while, establishing what happened seems improbable, but the insurance should address the loss once I have the email. Thank you.

Dear forum members, Today, my postal carrier visited my home and requested $4.60 for an item that was mailed using Media Mail but was opened by inspectors and deemed ineligible. I paid the fee in cash and received the opened envelope, accompanied by a note explaining the situation. Inside, I found a music CD that I had ordered, which should qualify for Media Mail according to my research. I believe the postal service should handle these situations accurately if they are going to charge customers for violations. I have taken photos of the package and its contents, which I am willing to email to provide evidence. The tracking number for this package is [redacted][redacted]08, addressed to Jeremy Hadix at [redacted] S. Poplar Drive, Wichita, KS, 67[redacted]. I appreciate any assistance you can offer regarding this matter. Thank you.

I have been attempting to contact my local post office for 3.5 hours with no answer. I also tried the customer service [redacted] number, but it has been over a 40-minute wait. I am extremely disappointed. On 7/19, USPS was supposed to deliver my UPS order, but my carrier has suspended my service and left a card in my 4'x4" mailbox. As an elderly person, it is challenging for me to check my mailbox frequently. I tried to reschedule delivery for 7/23 via voicemail, but I am unable to reach anyone today. Is anyone available to assist me? - FR

I placed an order in May with tracking number RO[redacted]82TH. After updating my address in June, my package was sent to my old address in Chicago instead of forwarding it to my new address in Pomona, CA. I contacted the local post office on 7/16, and after they promised to investigate, I have not received any updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. After calling the USPS [redacted] number and filing a case with number CA[redacted]42 on 7/20, I was assured that my package would be forwarded to my new address. However, I am still waiting for any progress and find that the tracking information for my package appears to have been deleted. I am eager to receive an update on the correct forwarding of my package to my new address.

On July 2, [redacted], I scheduled a mail hold from 7/8/[redacted] to 7/22/[redacted] using Confirmation # MOH[redacted]88. Despite this, mail was still delivered, but we received less mail than usual for a two-week period and missed our weekly magazines. This has raised concerns that important mail like bills may also be missing. Upon speaking with my mail carrier, Leslie, she mentioned not receiving the request and highlighted a similar issue with another address on her route. A neighbor informed me that I was away on vacation but couldn't recall the exact dates. I live at 11 Laurelwood Court, San Rafael, CA, [redacted]. The account phone number is [redacted] under Tim O'Malley's name. I'm Paula O'Malley, and my mail hold email is [redacted]

We frequently receive mail meant for others, such as yesterday when we got mail for 3 different addresses, including a priority mail package. We used to deliver the errors ourselves, but now I'm worried about where my own packages are ending up. Since our long-time mail carrier retired, the new person has been consistently making mistakes. It's frustrating and concerning. Also, leaving mail directly in front of our door is a liability, especially as we run a residential business under 24-hour surveillance. It seems my requests are being ignored. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Address: [redacted] Keylime Blvd, West Palm Beach 33[redacted]

According to the USPS Tracking History page, on July 3, [redacted], at 7:25 p.m., my package departed a transfer airport in Juarez International, Mexico City, Mexico on its way to the final destination. Despite the email from USPS stating the expected delivery date as July 19, [redacted], it's now July 25, [redacted]. Regrettably, I am unable to contact USPS as all communication options on their website are restricted to the US only, without international access. Therefore, I require an alternative means to reach USPS Customer Service from Mexico, such as an email or a non-[redacted] phone line, preferably in Spanish due to language preference.

I had a terrible experience at the Solano Ave. Albany California post office with the postal clerk Doris. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite claiming a medical issue, she was stationed at the door harassing customers. The line was long, and she didn't assist the only clerk at the window. When I asked her for help with a certified letter, she initially agreed but then denied my request. To top it off, when I complained, she told me to "go to hell." I have previously advocated for our post office against privatization, so it's disheartening to see money being wasted on an employee like her. I hope the postal service addresses this issue promptly. - Melissa H.

I shipped a laptop from Crawfordsville, IN to San Jose, CA but the buyer forgot to provide a suite number for the delivery address. Consequently, the package was marked with a "no secure location available" tag on the tracking number. Despite numerous calls to the post office, they have failed to deliver the package. The customer service has been frustrating, with unhelpful and rude staff making it challenging to resolve the issue. All I need is for them to add suite 40 to the original address so the package can finally reach the buyer, and I can receive payment. Dealing with this has taken nearly two weeks already.

Hello USPS, My name is Gordon Strong, and I live at 12 Balmerino Place, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, G641LW, United Kingdom. I am expecting a delivery from Paul McCartney's store in the USA, which your company is handling. The tracking number for my parcel is CY[redacted]33US. I received an email this morning, July 27, at 7:33 a.m. stating that a delivery attempt was made at 7:00 a.m. in the United Kingdom. However, no attempt was made as I was at home at that time and did not hear any delivery activity. I am eager to receive my parcel and would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue promptly and update me on the new delivery arrangement. Thank you, Gordon Strong

I reside in an apartment complex. Two days ago, I noticed that my mailbox door was falling apart. After the mailman's visit, a neighbor kindly returned my mail along with the mailbox door, which had been left open on the floor. I placed the door back in the mailbox, but it remains unrepaired. No communication has been received regarding fixing the broken mailbox door. I am reaching out for assistance to determine the appropriate contact to resolve this matter promptly. My name is Ruben Rocha, and I live at [redacted] Silverada Boulevard, Apartment [redacted], Reno, Nevada. I kindly request help in fixing my mailbox door to ensure the security of my mail. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, R. Rocha

I submitted a mail hold request with USPS over two weeks ago but my mail did not arrive on the scheduled date. I attempted to contact USPS through their website and also tried calling the post office multiple times, but I haven't been able to reach anyone for assistance. Despite sending my informed delivery digest for the days my mail was on hold, I haven't received a satisfactory response. The initial email I received acknowledged my inquiry and stated that they are reviewing it, but I have yet to have the issue resolved. The email includes contact information for Denise Rusello at Tamarac Customer Service. However, after speaking with her, they have been unable to locate my mail and suggested I contact a supervisor. I simply want my held mail to be delivered promptly, as waiting for two weeks for a resolution is too long. Thank you.

I sent a registered letter from Germany to the US on July 11. It was handed over to USPS on July 15, but it has not been delivered yet. The tracking information just states that it is 'in route.' Despite having a tracking number, I've been unable to reach USPS through their website as I am currently living abroad. Could you please share an email address that I can use to directly contact USPS regarding this issue? Thank you.

I reside at [redacted] N. Scottsdale Rd #[redacted] and received a notice that a delivered item needs to be collected. Despite trying on the website, I encountered issues with the drop-down menu not working. As a professional baseball umpire and business owner, I request urgent redelivery due to the importance of my daily mail. Currently in the main theater near the lobby, reachable only via email, I would appreciate an update on the arrival of the letter. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Hello, I'm reaching out about the delivery of my package. I am the intended recipient, Harshita, in Ottawa, Canada. The tracking number is Lc[redacted]68us. My uncle sent me a crucial parcel on July 2nd, and it shows as delivered on July 8th. However, I didn't receive the package, nor did I get any calls or messages from the delivery person. The package has been sent back to the United States. I contacted customer service, and they mentioned that the sender needs to resend the parcel. Even though the sender provided all the necessary details, no one reached out to me. Now, the sender has to bear the delivery costs again, which is highly inconvenient. The parcel is still with the sender, not yet collected. I kindly request for the parcel to be redelivered to me. Thank you.
