I am reaching out to track down a parcel sent from Barre, Massachusetts, with tracking number CJ[redacted]41US. The package was supposedly delivered to a U.K. post office on June 6th, with a failed delivery attempt noted on the same day. Despite being at home and receiving no delivery notification, the item was returned to the sender due to the delayed international delivery process.
Upon recent investigation, I discovered that Royal Mail had possession of the parcel but failed to inform me promptly. Regrettably, the item was sent back to the sender without my knowledge. I attempted to send a package to my daughter in Ireland in April, which unfortunately did not reach her. Despite the confirmation that it arrived in Ireland, my daughter never received it. After contacting customer service in May and trying to follow up today by calling 1[redacted], I faced unhelpful responses. The automated system directed me to start an international inquiry, but the staff member I spoke to mentioned they could not track it due to the package being uninsured. Despite my insistence that tracking was possible previously, I faced resistance and was eventually left on hold with no further assistance. Our mail carrier's conduct is unacceptable. She repeatedly leaves our gate open, despite being informed of the safety concern due to our dogs. Additionally, she refused to deliver a package, causing inconvenience. Now, our mail delivery has been interrupted, and we fear missing important documents. I suspect she may be intentionally avoiding our home following a disagreement. Despite reporting this to her supervisors, no action has been taken. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution. All I ask for is the reliable delivery of our mail and packages, along with ensuring our property's gate is closed. This situation is frustrating, and I seek assistance to address this ongoing issue. I kindly request that the rural route driver refrain from overstuffing my average-sized mailbox with boxes and oversized packages. There is a garage conveniently located within 50 feet, always open and available. This issue seems to have arisen recently, leading me to believe there may be a new driver on the route. When items do not fit in the mailbox, I would appreciate exploring alternative delivery methods. I'm willing to provide photographic evidence of the excessive items crammed inside the box. Although we missed retrieving mail on one occasion, any regular mail inside could have been retrieved without this problem. I wonder if there are restrictions on drivers exiting their vehicles for deliveries.

On June 1, [redacted], I updated my address with USPS, but my mail has not been forwarded for the entire month. I contacted usps.com online and received one phone call in response. Despite offering to pick up my mail at a Sanford or Lake Mary location, I have not received any updates on the whereabouts of my mail. I have made several attempts to submit the online form today but encountered technical issues. The automated phone service was also unhelpful. I urgently need my mail for bill payments and family support, and the lack of communication or resolution for the past month is concerning. I request immediate delivery of my mail as this delay is unacceptable.

I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of package LZ[redacted]59US for over a month. However, tracking through the USPS website reveals that it has been lingering in New York for several weeks without making its way to Canada. I am a Canadian customer and unfortunately, the USPS email service on their website is not user-friendly for those without a US postal code, making it challenging to seek assistance. On the 14th of June [redacted], I visited the USPS at [redacted] Cross Valley Circle in Evansville, IN to send a package (box) containing multiple USPS first-class mail pieces, including several time-critical items to an address in Florida. The tracking number for the package was 9[redacted]-0[redacted]-[redacted]-84. Despite the tracking record indicating delivery in the mailbox on 17th June [redacted] at 3:45 pm in Fort Myers, FL [redacted], the package wasn't received, nor was there any notice left for pickup. After communicating with a resident at the delivery location, I discovered that the mail carrier had inadvertently placed the key in the wrong mailbox, leading to a delay in locating the package. This caused a substantial delay in the time-critical delivery. I am now seeking to claim the $50.00 insurance that was included in my service purchase on 6/14/[redacted] and request a full refund due to the mishandling of the Priority Mail shipment that I had paid $10.40 for. I have been eagerly awaiting a package and typically receive numerous items daily. Despite the tracking showing the delivery on Wednesday, July 3rd, [redacted] at 3:38 pm, I did not find the item in my mailbox when I checked at 4:30 pm. Given that larger packages are usually placed in a bigger box with a key left in my mailbox, I was surprised to find only junk mail with no key. I purchased books from Amazon to be delivered to my father's house in the USA, but as I am in Brazil, no one is available to receive the packages. My family and I will only be arriving there next week, so I had hoped that USPS could leave the books at the door for me to collect upon my arrival. Unfortunately, 2 books were undelivered due to the absence of anyone to receive them, and there are more books en route.

I am currently working on the Caribbean Princess cruise ship. In order to receive any mail, we are required to have a specific address format (see attached picture) that includes the ship name and department name. Our mail is received in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Unfortunately, my sister sent me a parcel from France, but forgot to include the ship name and department name on the address.

I reside in the [redacted] area and my mail service has been halted for months due to a dog in the neighborhood. As a result, I must frequently go to the post office to collect my mail. Unfortunately, every time I go to pick up a package, the staff cannot locate it, despite it being in the system. I am frustrated with this ongoing issue and unsure of what steps to take next. I was notified that my package had been delivered to the parcel box. However, upon checking, both keys were present, indicating that my package was missing. Furthermore, my husband and I were unable to open our mail box as the keys were not working. I suspect the package might be blocking the latch from inside. I have not received mail for several days. Today, I was notified that a package scheduled for delivery was returned to the sender due to an invalid forwarding order. I did not request any forwarding. There were movers at my house, which may have led the postman to believe I had moved. However, I will be staying here for a couple more weeks and need my mail to be delivered properly.

I want to change the delivery location for my packages. I've explored different options but they are not suitable for me. I don't want my neighbors to receive my packages, and the intercept service is too costly. A PO Box is an option, but it's expensive as well. I'd prefer to pick up my mail at the post office rather than have it sent to my house. Unfortunately, the gopost service is not available nearby. Holding all mail is not ideal since I only want to manage my packages. This situation is causing me stress, especially since I'll be away soon and want to keep my orders private.
