Last July, I applied for work permits and social security for my husband and kids. My husband's permit arrived in mid-October after I sent all required documents, including signed pictures in pencil. Upon my return to the USA from my mom's funeral, I was shocked to receive a denial notice claiming I had abandoned the case. I had requested expedited processing, but it seems my kids' documents were not included in the rush. I am struggling to save up for the fees again and need to know if the expedited department overlooked their documents. I've been unable to reach anyone at USCIS for clarification, which is frustrating. Could someone please look into this matter? Thank you. Case # YSC[redacted] and YSC[redacted].

I was in the US in March [redacted] to get my Green Card. When I arrived, all the Banks and SS Offices were closed due to Covid-19, so I couldn't open accounts or get my Social Security. My family and I had to return to our home country for safety. It's been over a year now, and I can't go back to the US due to border closures and lockdowns in my home country. I contacted the Embassy, but they are closed and not conducting interviews. I'm concerned about USCIS thinking I abandoned my LPR. I received my Green Card in the US after I left and my relatives sent it to me. I also applied for my Social Security from my home country, which took months. I need advice on what to do next as I want to return to the US as soon as possible.

My name is Ejere Wisdom Chibuzo, a citizen of Biafra. The Nigerian government is killing people in our land. Every day, individuals are being targeted, and there is no hope for those of us who remain. I possess evidence of the atrocities being committed as we protest for our independence. Our situation is dire - our homes are destroyed, our youth are dying, and our women are suffering at the hands of the Nigerian military and herdsmen. I am reaching out to the American government for help before it's too late. I am 32 years old, married, and currently seeking refuge in the wilderness to avoid becoming another victim. I would be immensely grateful if the Americans could assist us. May God bless Biafra, and may God bless America.

Good day, I am Myradel McMahon. My mother, Miriam Vitug Yalung, is a permanent resident card holder who went back to the Philippines in February [redacted] due to Covid. Now she needs to return to the USA, and I want to ensure she won't encounter any issues. She stayed in the Philippines due to lockdown, but now that things have improved in the USA, she needs to come back for medical care as she requires maintenance medications for diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension. I am concerned about her immigration status and want to know the necessary steps or if she can return without problems. Thank you, I look forward to your response.

In December [redacted], I submitted an I-[redacted] form to USCIS. Three years later, in December [redacted], we received a notice for an interview scheduled for January 14, [redacted], which was later rescheduled by USCIS to January 28. On October 24, [redacted], we received a notice requesting my elder daughter to go to the USCIS Charlotte office to have her biometrics captured again.

They responded on September 28, [redacted], and July 9, [redacted], apologizing for the delay and stating that my application is pending a final decision. Ilphise Saint Louis mistreated and deceived me. Both of her baby daddies frequently visited our house without invitation. After my immigration application was sent, she claimed she was there to care for the children, demanding obedience under threat of canceling my application. Despite her objections, I received approval for my green card. Following this, she became upset and suggested I leave. I remained focused on my marriage, working six days a week, often relying on her for rides. I covered most of the rent and other expenses. When seeking advice from our pastor, she insisted I contribute more. Eventually, on April 6th, she abruptly kicked me out, citing financial concerns. Later, she contacted my friends on Facebook to spread false stories. On April 20th, she pressured me to sign divorce papers with unreasonable alimony demands, claiming I needed to pay for my green card or face its cancellation. I refuse to comply. She later demanded alimony without proceeding with the divorce. I seek justice and intend to involve immigration authorities to address her unjust demands.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am reaching out concerning my upcoming appointment scheduled with USCIS. Given the escalating security concerns in Afghanistan, especially for those who have collaborated with the U.S. government, it has become imperative for me to prioritize the safety of my family. The rapid advancement of the Taliban and their restrictive laws in Afghanistan have put us in a precarious situation. Despite the risks to my own life, I must return to Afghanistan to assist and protect my family, inclining me to appeal for a change in the location of my fingerprint appointment.
I kindly request your assistance in relocating my appointment to the U.S. embassy in Kabul on August 18, [redacted], or rescheduling it for a later date in September [redacted]. This flexibility would alleviate the immense pressure I am currently facing and allow me to prioritize the well-being of my loved ones during these turbulent times.
Your understanding and cooperation in this matter would be immensely appreciated.
Best regards,
Mirwais Nasiri

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mirwais Nasiri, with travel document number LIN[redacted], residing at [redacted] Nellings Place, Woodbridge, VA [redacted]. I have an upcoming appointment scheduled by USCIS on August 18, [redacted], at 10:00 AM.
The security situation in Afghanistan has become increasingly precarious, especially for individuals like me who have collaborated with the US government. The Taliban's rapid occupation of major Afghan cities and enforcement of oppressive laws, such as restricting women's movements and forcing underage girls into marriage, pose a significant threat to the safety and wellbeing of my family.
Despite the risks involved, I must return to Afghanistan to provide support to my family and ensure their eventual relocation to a safer environment as they await processing for US visas. I kindly request your assistance in allowing me to take my fingerprint appointment at the US embassy in Kabul on August 18, [redacted], or reschedule it to a later date in September [redacted]. This flexibility would greatly assist me in managing the challenges I currently face.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards,
Mirwais Nasiri

I am a 19-year-old from Croatia with a father born in the US who has been in my life and provided financial support. My grandparents naturalized in the US over 50 years ago and split their time between Croatia and the US. I want to fly with them to the US later this year. The travel agent mentioned that I can't fly directly and might need to go through Istanbul and apply for a Green Card. I have never flown before, so this is all new to me. I am seeking guidance on how to obtain my US Citizenship through my father. While there's a lot of information available for minors, I am struggling to find guidance for those over 18. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I submitted an AR-11, Change of Address Form, to USCIS via USPS in October [redacted] and have not received confirmation of its receipt. As I am nearing the petition date to remove conditions, I need to verify if my address change is on record. The form I-797C, Notice of Action, was sent to my old address, which is my mother-in-law's residence. However, my current address, updated on the AR-11, is 11 Haylock Court Apt [redacted] Nottingham MD [redacted], where my wife and I have lived for a year. Concerned that my AR-11 may not have reached USCIS since mail was sent to my old address, I request an update on the status of my address change. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mark A. W. Wallace.

I have encountered a problem with my alien registration card while traveling, and after two USCIS agents were unable to read it properly, I suspect a fault with the card's strip. I need to resolve this issue quickly before my trip to Europe in March [redacted] to avoid any inconvenience or embarrassment. Contacting USCIS by phone involves a lengthy wait time, so I am seeking advice on expediting the process. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

My wife is from Haiti, and we got married on July 17, [redacted]. Initially, she used her sister's address for the marriage. However, she is now playing mind games by blocking my calls and seeking financial gain from other Haitian men through human trafficking. She is pressuring me to pay for sexual favors. Additionally, her sister has received an eviction notice, and they must vacate their apartment by December 8, [redacted]. I feel neglected as we haven't been intimate for three weeks, and it seems like she is manipulating the situation. Kindly reach out to me urgently.

In June [redacted], I submitted two I-[redacted] R-1 religious worker applications for Fern Lodge, a Christian Science nursing home, in Kenya and Uganda. Due to Covid-19, Premium Processing was halted at that time. After making a keyboard error on page 5 with the dates of intended employment, I corrected it and received the I-797s for both applications. However, I mistakenly input the end date as 5/1/[redacted] instead of 5/1/[redacted]. I recently received approval notices for interviews on 6/23/21 with the incorrect end date. Unfortunately, there is a backlog in appointment scheduling, causing delays with no availability until December [redacted]. The I-797s will expire before appointments can be scheduled, and this is concerning as we urgently require these church members for our healing ministry. I acknowledge my mistake and am seeking assistance for our organization.

We resided in the United States from June [redacted] to November [redacted] before relocating to Germany, her home country, to care for her mother. What steps do I need to take to begin the Green Card renewal process for my wife, who only surrendered her residency to move to Germany?
Thank you for your assistance.

I need assistance. I have been attempting for days to speak with a representative. My three children were issued a certificate ceremony appointment that we missed due to Covid restrictions. Despite sending in a rescheduling request promptly as advised, we have not received any confirmation or update in almost 9 months. The online case status remains unchanged. I am reaching out for help with this issue. Thank you, Adina (mom)
