Dear Sir/Madam,
I am seeking assistance regarding my husband, RAMI KHALIL IBRAHIM ALLAM, who is currently in Greenville, South Carolina, USA. He applied for a non-immigrant visa in December [redacted] using my documents, including our Marriage Contract and my US Visa, to visit his brother-in-law. He was granted a 5-year US Visa on January 13, [redacted] (Visa no. P[redacted]). However, to my surprise, he divorced me without my knowledge in February [redacted], while he was in Jordan and I was in Dubai.
He has now moved to South Carolina, where he is planning to marry for a Green Card and has started working in his brother-in-law's shop. I am deeply troubled by the situation and I am requesting assistance from US Immigration to intervene in his Green Card application based on his moral conduct.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Maria Carmen L. Carreon

My wife, Sushma Jain, and I, Jawahar Lal Jain, are Legal Permanent Residents of the USA. Our USCIS numbers are [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted], respectively, under Category IR5. We temporarily left the USA on December 30th, [redacted], for a visit to India with a return flight planned for May 26th, [redacted], departing from Bombay with Cathay Pacific. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown in Maharashtra, our flight was cancelled, and international flights were suspended. Being over 75 years old and medically vulnerable, we were advised against traveling until the situation improves. It is uncertain when we will be able to return to SFO, USA. We are seeking advice on how to smoothly return and maintain our LPR status. Thank you. Jawahar Lal Jain

Hello,
I have some inquiries about completing the I-[redacted] form. I reviewed the instruction document, but it didn't address all of my questions.
I am in the process of obtaining an E3 Spouse visa (my appointment is on November 5th at the US Embassy in Paris).
My questions are:
- Can I submit my EAD application before receiving the visa?
- Should I list a US physical address on the I-[redacted] form, or can I submit it from overseas?
- Do I need to be in the US to apply for the I-[redacted], or can I do it online from abroad and then mail the documents and payment confirmation?
I aim to reduce the period during which I am unable to work so my current French employer can transition me to a US contract at our American headquarters.
Thank you very much.
Eric

Hello, my name is Jorge Estolt, and I am a U.S. national married to an Argentine national. I am reaching out to this agency regarding my ex-wife, Carina Estolt (Barraco), who is moving out, violating the residence conditions of living with me, the petitioner. I recently received a call from your agency inquiring about her, and I want to clarify that she is no longer residing with me. I am providing her personal information for your review. It is important for USCIS to be aware of this change. I do not know where she is moving to in Florida. I just want to ensure that USCIS is informed of the situation. Thank you, Jorge Estolt

Subject: Inquiry Regarding DHS/USCIS Case No: #[redacted]0
To Whom It May Concern at the Office of the DHS/U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),
I am writing to address the matter of my DHS/USCIS Case No: #[redacted]0, which was assigned to me on October 10, [redacted]. I have raised concerns regarding possible marriage and visa fraud involving my husband. As per USCIS instructions, I have been waiting for a response within 30 business days from the date of contact, but regrettably, no updates have been provided thus far.
Additionally, I have escalated my grievance to the DHS field office in New Delhi, India on November 16, [redacted]. They have issued me a similar case number and advised me to forward the issue to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at ice.gov. Following their guidance, I have sent all relevant documents and details via postal mail and email to ICE.
Despite the stipulated 30 business days having elapsed, I have not received any communication regarding the progress of my case. As I am currently in India due to the circumstances, I am unable to travel to the USA without a valid visa. I earnestly seek an update on the status of my case.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Warm regards,
Sindhu D.

I would like to kindly ask USCIS to resend my Permanent Residency Card for Subhash Chander to my new address in the US: [redacted] Sylvan Glen Road, Unit E, Diamond Bar, CA [redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting my H4 EAD approval. My current EAD is set to expire on January 11, [redacted], and my biometric appointment was successfully conducted on September 17.
My Receipt Number is LIN[redacted]. I kindly request your assistance in expediting the processing of my EAD application. Currently, I am employed full-time at Wavicle Data Solution in Chicago and losing this job due to EAD delays would greatly impact me, especially during the current Covid situation.
I am a dedicated worker and have personal responsibilities, including two daughters aged 10 and 4, managing their school fees, household expenses, as well as mortgages on my house and car. Without timely approval, I fear losing my job and facing dire financial circumstances. I am prepared to provide any necessary supporting documents.
Your understanding and support in resolving this matter promptly are greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inquire about the status of my green card interview appointment. Five years ago, I applied for a green card through NIW and received my I140 approval four years ago. Last year, my I-[redacted] application was submitted and approved. My green card appointment scheduled for March was canceled due to COVID-19, and I was advised to await a new appointment.
In August, I updated my address to [redacted] Atwells Ave, Providence, RI, [redacted], as I am currently in China and have arranged for a friend to collect my mail. Despite this, I have not received any correspondence regarding my green card appointment. I am concerned that the interview appointment notification may have been lost. I am seeking an update on my application status and would appreciate any assistance you can provide in checking for any upcoming appointments.
Thank you for your anticipated help. I eagerly await your response.
Best regards,
Xiaoning Zheng

Subject: Inquiry Regarding Renewal/Extension of i-94 during COVID-19 Pandemic
Good Morning,
My spouse and I, along with our three children, have been lawful long-term US residents since [redacted] under an E2 Business Investor Visa. Our visa is valid until [redacted], and we normally renew our i-94 forms by traveling internationally. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, traveling has become challenging.
We are seeking advice on temporary measures or exceptions for expiring i-94 forms. Our goal is to maintain legal residency in compliance with US regulations. We are aware of renewal options through travel, visiting a Port of Entry, or contacting CBP Deferred Inspection Sites.
As traveling internationally is currently difficult, we are considering visiting a nearby Port of Entry. We are unsure if all Ports of Entry have active CBP Officers and if it is feasible to have our i-94 renewed there. Additionally, we are exploring the possibility of going to Chicago International Airport for assistance.
Alternatively, we are interested in reaching out to CBP Deferred Inspection Sites via email but lack information on how to proceed.
We appreciate any guidance on securing the renewal/extension of our i-94 forms. Thank you for your assistance and expertise.
Best regards.

I have been trying all day to speak to someone at USCIS regarding my biometric appointment scheduled for April 5, [redacted], in Jacksonville. I am currently self-quarantined on a boat in San Mateo, FL, and do not have access to reliable transportation. At 76, I am a vulnerable person and cannot risk leaving my isolation to attend the appointment. Unfortunately, I have not been able to secure a vaccination, and even if I could, the timing would not align with the appointment date. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed in this situation.

I am writing regarding my case number DKR[redacted]. I completed an affidavit of support, paid the required fees, and submitted DS-[redacted] about 18 months ago. Due to the pandemic, some immigration visa processes were delayed. Around 4 months back, I was informed that to progress with my case, I needed to pay again and provide the necessary documents. After doing so, my previously submitted affidavit of support and DS-[redacted] are still marked as submitted. However, I am unable to resubmit the DS-[redacted]. Recently, I received a message stating my file is incomplete. Unfortunately, there appears to be no option available to edit or resubmit the DS-[redacted]. I kindly request the CEAC team to remove or reset my previous DS-[redacted] and affidavit to enable me to submit new forms. Thank you for your assistance.

As a green card holder planning to depart the US in September [redacted], I am unsure when I need to surrender my green card. Should I do this at the airport upon departure, after establishing residency in Canada in [redacted], or should I fill out an online form? If so, when should I complete the form - before or after leaving? Additionally, do I need to visit an office in person or handle it at the airport? I understand I may still need to file US taxes for the [redacted] tax year even if I surrender my green card.

Hello, I am ILphise Saint Louis. I am currently going through a divorce with my husband, Jean Julio Francois, who obtained his Green Card. Unfortunately, there have been numerous issues in our home causing stress for me and the children. I have decided to proceed with the divorce, and I am considering flagging some undisclosed information in his papers related to the marriage for the green card. He hasn't been fulfilling his promises and responsibilities since obtaining the Green Card, not contributing financially as agreed and behaving differently from before. His actions have been deceitful and disrespectful, which has been a challenging situation for me and my four children.

Hello,
I am Roberta J Mupo. I am currently trying to obtain a visa for my fiancé from Australia to come to the USA. I have completed numerous forms that were sent to the Embassy Consulate in Sydney, Australia. Although I attempted to submit Form I-[redacted] yesterday, I was unable to do so because I cannot afford the associated fees. My monthly income of $[redacted] from disability assistance is insufficient to cover my rent, let alone the visa fees. I have already submitted Form I-[redacted] for a fee waiver due to receiving Medicaid, Disability, and Snap benefits, which should exempt me from paying. I am medically handicapped and require long-term in-home care provided by Georg Herman Karl Binder, as approved by the US Social Security Department. How can I proceed with submitting the forms without the required fees?
Thank you,
Roberta J Mupo
