I've been informed by UPS that they delivered a package, but we never received it at our doorstep. Despite being home, we didn't find it. Most likely, it was dropped off at the wrong address. It's been nearly 10 days now, and we've been attempting to file a claim on the UPS website without any luck. Upon calling UPS customer service, the automated message indicates that a claim has been made, which is not the case. We urgently require assistance from a representative to resolve this issue. In April, I upgraded 4 iPhones and plans at my Verizon store located at [redacted] SE Delaware Ave, Suite [redacted], Ankeny, IA [redacted]. Initially unable to turn in all 4 phones, the store assisted by providing shipping boxes and UPS labels for later return. After preparing and dropping off the phones at the UPS storefront on [redacted] SE Delaware Ave Ste G, Ankeny, IA [redacted], I tracked them and confirmed delivery in Fort Worth, Texas on April 12th at 9:11. However, an issue arose when my allowances were unexpectedly canceled, leading to a significant increase in my phone bill. Following a visit to the Verizon store and discussions with manager Travis, it was discovered that the phones did not make the journey as the packages were found empty at their final destination. Travis mentioned similar incidents with the UPS store in recent months, prompting a desire to address the situation and prevent others from facing similar challenges. I am eager to speak with a field agent to share my story and explore potential steps forward.

I received a text message from [redacted] that appears to be from USPS regarding a package delivery issue. The message states that the package delivery is suspended due to an incorrect address and provides a link to update the address. I am unsure if this is a legitimate message from USPS and I am hesitant to click on the link provided due to concerns about scams. How can I verify the authenticity of this message?

I received a text confirming my delivery on Tuesday, June 27th, which was later changed to Thursday, June 29th. Despite multiple assurances from UPS that it would arrive, the package did not show up. Today, Friday, June 30th, after being told it would be delivered, it was rescheduled to Monday, July 3rd. This back and forth is frustrating as I have been waiting for this valuable package for days. I have other responsibilities and cannot wait around indefinitely. I was promised a call from the local team urgently, but it has yet to happen. The uncertainty is disappointing.

I recently purchased an engine on eBay, but the delivery was handled by UPS. Unfortunately, the package was sent to the wrong address and then returned to UPS by the recipient. UPS has now returned the package to the sender. I paid nearly $80 for this engine, and it's frustrating to feel like I'm not getting clear answers from eBay, UPS, or the sender. In March, a package was not delivered to me by UPS, despite someone texting me about the failed attempt. I was informed that UPS normally makes two delivery attempts before charging an additional fee. I found it frustrating to consider a second attempt or fee when the first one wasn't even made. Some drivers are willing to navigate our challenging dirt road, but this time it wasn't the case. The package was meant to be an anniversary present for my wife of 33 years. I received a refund for the item, but I don't believe the shipping cost was refunded. I acknowledge that UPS had already been compensated for their efforts. I hope they were adequately compensated. I was expecting to receive three packages, but only two arrived as planned. The third package contained medical supplies we did not order. When I informed the UPS delivery person, they took the medical supplies back, stating that the box might be on another truck and would be delivered either today or tomorrow. However, I have yet to receive this shipment. Although all three tracking numbers indicate the packages were delivered, the medical supply box should not have been part of our order. I am unsure of the whereabouts of my missing package and find the automated phone system difficult to navigate. I urgently need to speak with a representative to resolve this issue.

I was informed by your company that I need to reach out to customer service regarding an issue with UPS not recognizing my address as residential, as it was previously a hotel two years ago and is now the Tizon Senior Apartment complex. The carrier refuses to deliver to my door, leaving packages by the mailbox. Despite attempts to register, I am unable to do so, and the system won't connect me to a representative. During the last delivery, UPS informed HSN that the package was left at the non-existent front desk lobby. I require doorstep delivery and assistance with resolving this address recognition problem.

I am disappointed by the UPS driver in my area who fails to deliver my packages to my doorstep. Instead, the driver leaves my valuable items outside the security door, which poses a security risk since the door is unlocked. This has happened multiple times at [redacted] Park Creek Drive, Charlotte, NC [redacted]. I am frustrated with the lack of effort by the UPS drivers despite paying for shipping. I have been consistently receiving emails with the tracking number [redacted]5 instructing me to sign in to access information about two pending deliveries. These messages have been appearing in my inbox for several weeks, giving me reason to suspect it might be a scam. Although I am expecting a package from China, the frequency of these emails has made me unsure about their legitimacy. I have refrained from opening the emails and have been marking them as spam, yet they persist in reaching my inbox.

I am writing to address an issue I experienced at the UPS store on Riverfront Pkwy in Canton, Georgia, zip code [redacted]. I recently dropped off a return package to a vendor, with a printed label. Upon arrival, the clerk requested a dollar for a 12" strip of packaging tape to seal the shipping bag (containing a pair of shoes in a shoe box). I complied, but did not receive a receipt for this tape purchase. Although I received a receipt for the package shipment, this lack of transparency concerns me. My review on their website highlighted this issue, and it seems other customers have faced similar situations. This kind of service does not align with UPS's usual standards of customer care. I am wondering if it is UPS policy to charge for such a small amount of tape.

I received a UPS tracking number from the shipper. I was waiting at my door when the tracking information updated to "package delivered." I immediately contacted UPS, and they informed me that the tracking number showed the package was delivered, but not to me or my address. UPS was unable to provide further details and suggested I reach out to the seller or my bank. The seller has been unresponsive, so I filed a claim with my bank. They investigated and concluded that the package was indeed sent. I am unsure how to prove that I did not receive the package if UPS cannot disclose where it was delivered or confirm if the seller mistakenly sent it to someone else.

I had a UPS order from JCPenney that I was expecting, but unfortunately, there seems to have been an issue with the delivery. JCPenney does not deliver to PO Boxes, and since I do not have a mailbox, I made sure the delivery was coming through UPS. The order was divided into two shipments, and the first part arrived from UPS without any problems. However, it seems that the second part was somehow rerouted by UPS to USPS in West Branch, which does not deliver to addresses without mailboxes. Now the package seems to be on its way back to JCPenney. I am disappointed by this as UPS usually delivers directly to my house. I am curious to know why this happened and why I was not informed. I would appreciate any insights on how to avoid this issue in the future. Thank you for any help.

My Direct Express card was expected two days ago, but there was an issue with delivery. I recently moved to this address and the driver left without delivering the card as the old man out front did not mention my name. I arranged for a specific delivery window, but my package arrived early while I was at work. I received conflicting emails - one saying the package was left at the door, the other claiming they would attempt delivery again the next day. The package isn't at my door; it's unclear if it was stolen or if the driver retrieved it. My attempts to change the delivery to a pickup option are met with an error message. Given UPS's repeated errors, I prefer to switch to pick up to ensure I receive my important package without further issues.

On June 30th, I sent out two packages with next day air but they were not delivered until July 10th. Although a claim was filed and closed once the packages were located, I believe I deserve a partial refund for the UPS error. Despite reaching out through various channels such as calls, chats, and emails, I have yet to receive a satisfactory solution. This has been the most unsatisfactory customer service encounter.

I would like to report an issue with my package delivery. I have consistently specified that my packages should be left at the rear door, as clearly indicated in my address details. Despite having a note on my mailbox indicating the appropriate delivery location, the last delivery left my package at the front door, where it was tampered with and the perishable food inside was ruined. I kindly request that future deliveries are made to the rear door for security reasons. Upon checking on ups.com, I confirmed that my shipping address does include "Rear Door" as the designated drop-off spot. Today, I was at home waiting for my package. Unfortunately, the driver left delivery notices on my door without even attempting to deliver the package. Despite being a member of UPS My Choice, I encountered technical errors on the website while trying to change the delivery. The error message "We're currently experiencing technical errors" kept appearing when I tried to access the page. I would like to request that my packages be held at a UPS facility for me to pick up since I am unable to trust UPS drivers at this time.
