Subject: Package Tracking Issue with UPS I am reaching out regarding tracking number *Z*****\************. Unfortunately, the UPS delivery driver appears to have misplaced my package and signed for it on my behalf. I have initiated a claim with the Investigation Department to address this issue and hold UPS accountable for the loss. I strongly believe there has been an error, possibly with the delivery driver signing without my consent. I am requesting your assistance in thoroughly investigating this matter with the driver. Could you please provide me with a "Shipment Investigation Form" for me to officially confirm that I did not receive the package? I am willing to cooperate fully and even meet in person to sign the form or discuss this with a manager. I am committed to resolving this matter promptly. My daughter sent a package to me, but it was not received. The recipient's name is Dennis Romasko, and the address is [redacted] Barbara Lane, Marinette, WI [redacted]. The house is situated facing Lincoln St., while Barbara Lane is to the side. I labeled the side of the house with the number [redacted], where the package should be delivered without any issues. This morning, at 7:15 a.m., while on Interstate 20 East at mile marker 38 approaching Jackson, MS, I observed truck number UPS236181 executing a dangerously abrupt lane change from right to left, almost causing a severe accident. Thankfully, quick thinking averted disaster for both the driver in front of me and myself. With over 25 years of experience as a veteran driver, though I am now retired, I maintain my Class A with all endorsements and drive during the summer to keep sharp and enjoy the road. Currently pursuing a Master's degree with plans for a Doctorate, I value safe driving practices. I have attempted to contact the company regarding this incident without success. I urge for prompt action to prevent further potential harm from this driver. Avoiding escalation, I refrain from contacting state troopers. It is essential to address such hazardous driving behavior swiftly. Let's promote safety and respect on the roads. Thank you.

On June 6, the delivery person handed my sim card to someone outside my house without checking ID. In another incident on June 8 at 4:44 pm, the same delivery person left my 4 boxes of vinegar without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Two boxes were stolen, and one was opened. As an 80-year-old with mobility issues living in a neighborhood with porch pirates, I have specific instructions for deliveries - to ring the bell and not leave items if I don't answer. This delivery person seems stressed, but it's important they perform their job correctly. I feel disregarded and hope the company will address this. I received a package at my address that wasn't meant for me. The label on the package had a tracking number addressed to Lisa J. at [redacted] Mountaire Dr, Antioch, CA [redacted]. When the UPS delivery person returned, I gave back the incorrect package and took a photo of the label. The tracking number was 1Z9Y613RYW0687. The UPS driver suggested I call UPS, but I have been unable to reach them. I am frustrated and just want the items I ordered to be delivered correctly. This situation is frustrating.

UPS handed off my package to the postal service, and the postal service claims they tried to deliver it using the UPS tracking number. It seems they expect me to collect it from the post office. Being disabled makes it impossible for me to do so. This situation is frustrating. I paid UPS to deliver my package to my residence, not to the post office or a UPS store. Delivery to my HOME was the expectation. As the promised delivery to my residence did not occur promptly, I am seeking a refund.

Our company, Keystone Equipment Finance Corp, has recently relocated to [redacted] South Main Street, Suite #[redacted], West Hartford, CT [redacted] from our previous address at [redacted] New Park Ave. in West Hartford. We rely heavily on UPS overnight deliveries which were not rerouted to our new address as expected. Despite informing our regular courier, Steve, about the change, we did not receive any packages on our first day at the new office, which typically receives daily deliveries of letter-sized overnight transactions. We are looking for assistance in ensuring that all our future deliveries are rerouted to our new address promptly. On May 25, [redacted], at 2:18 PM, UPS delivered a package weighing 28.40 lbs. to an office and it was accepted by someone named "Cory." However, the package was supposed to be delivered to my home, not to an office, and I do not know who Cory is. I was expecting a Bintelli golf cart, which I believe weighs more than 28.40 lbs. When UPS informed me that the cart was being held in Customs at Brunswick, GA, and required an additional $[redacted].00 for insurance (refundable), I contacted the Customs office and was informed they were not holding it for insurance reasons. Subsequently, we canceled the order. Despite this, the golf cart was never received. The manufacturer confirmed that a new [redacted] Bintelli golf cart would not be sold for $[redacted].00. I am puzzled about what UPS actually delivered.

I sent a 20 kg package of t-shirts to my sister as a souvenir and gift nearly two weeks ago. Unfortunately, she has not received it yet. UPS in COLOGNE, Germany has requested information from her multiple times, but the parcel is still in the warehouse. This situation is very upsetting for us. We are frustrated with their behavior. I received an email from Team Parcel Service requesting payment of $2.49 for an order associated with UPS tracking number 1Z6R18V[redacted]4. I do not recognize this tracking number and am unsure about the details of this supposed package. Typically, shipping is included in my orders or paid upfront, so I am puzzled by this charge. I shipped my package on the 13th from the USPS post office in Oxford, MS [redacted]. Despite putting it in the mail promptly, my recipient has not received it yet. When tracking the package, it shows that it is "about ready to be shipped." I regularly purchase my labels online and follow proper procedures, so I am unsure why there is a delay. We are currently trying to locate the package and determine the issue.

I tried a product to diminish eye bags and wrinkles, but after a medical procedure on my sinuses, my under-eye area worsened with fat bags and lumps. The product didn't help and now I'm struggling to return it within the timeframe as I've been unable to reach customer service for assistance. I'm disappointed as I live on a tight budget and was hoping for improvement in my eye area.

I am having issues receiving an important envelope from Bank of America without a tracking number. I've tried to have it delivered multiple times without success. I need to arrange for it to be held at a nearby office for me to pick up. The card inside is necessary, but tracking or reporting the problem requires a tracking number, which I don't have. I was advised to contact UPS for assistance as the issue seems to be with UPS rather than EDD or Bank of America.

My property at [redacted] N. S.R. #[redacted] in Osteen, Florida [redacted] has been affected due to becoming a major truck route in [redacted], resulting in delivery issues. Since December [redacted], FedEx, Amazon, and UPS are no longer delivering packages securely, only U.S.P.S. or Amazon by appointment. Despite numerous requests, UPS still throws packages over a 7-foot gate, causing theft, water damage, or delayed packages. I urge the responsible party to remove my address from the system to avoid these incidents. I have faced too many problems and will report this to the appropriate authorities if necessary. I have been living here for 24 years and do not wish to relocate, but deliveries must improve by either using USPS or not delivering at all to prevent further complications.

UPS has not been following the delivery instructions provided numerous times. The residence at [redacted] Garden Circle is located at the corner of Garden Circle and Sandy Plains Road, with Sandy Plains being the main thoroughfare. Despite instructions to deliver at the Sandy Plains side (back of the house) to keep packages inconspicuous, UPS has failed to deliver altogether. This recurring issue has prompted a request to Amazon to avoid using UPS due to their internal challenges. Currently, there is a package with tracking number 1Z04YY[redacted]22, containing 2 items that UPS has not delivered, unlike the 6 items personally delivered by Amazon. The preference is for UPS to either make the delivery as instructed or return the package to Amazon.

I am a medical practitioner and rely on UPS for medication deliveries to my practice. Recently, a package didn't arrive despite the tracking showing a delivery attempt. I had to make a 30-minute round trip to pick it up. Today, another crucial package was not delivered even though the tracking indicates an attempt was made. I used to receive text messages about my tracking information, but now I'm only getting emails which are hard to find help for. I prefer to receive text alerts for orders. I appreciate the UPS delivery man, Ryan, who always brings my packages to apartment [redacted]. Unfortunately, he's so efficient that I can't thank him before he leaves. I received a package yesterday delivered to the lobby outside my office door. The office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Unfortunately, the office does not accept packages, so they are left outside my apartment door on the 8th floor, APT [redacted]. I usually receive between 5 to 10 packages every week, all safely delivered to my door. I checked the tracking information, and it noted delivery at 12:05 pm within the 2 pm - 4 pm window. However, I was not present in the building when it arrived as indicated. Despite being back by 1:30 pm, the package wasn't at my door, nor in the lobby. Attempting to contact UPS Customer Service only led to an automated response denying me the chance to file a claim. I am extremely worried as the package contains a crucial medical part for my equipment which is vital for my health. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
