I bought a gift for a friend, but Amazon reported an issue with UPS delivery: "Unfortunately, UPS encountered a problem during the delivery attempt. They will make another delivery." I double-checked the address and ensured all details were correct. It's unclear why UPS couldn't deliver - perhaps the package size? The repeated delivery attempts don't address the initial problem. This morning at 7:30 AM, UPS notified me about a failed package delivery, stating no one came to my door, despite having a camera. They mentioned returning to sender unless I pay $1.20 extra for delivery. Customer service provided tracking numbers C11EHQS-[redacted] and UPS[redacted]27ID, but they were deemed incorrect by the automated system. When I called, the BOT repeatedly hung up on me while I tried to resolve the issue and locate my package. In the end, I am just trying to inform UPS that their attempts failed, as no one approached my door, which was captured by my security camera.

I am unable to track my delivery. One website mentions it left yesterday and should arrive today, while another website shows different information. I am unable to sign up for notifications on the UPS website due to error code [redacted]. I have been waiting all day. I am unsure why there is conflicting information. I have been a victim of a scam where a false UPS tracking number was used, and I have received no assistance from your company.
I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but I have not received any support. Your staff keep referring to data protection, even though all the facts are clear. I would expect UPS to be interested in combating fraud and helping the victims.
As the recipient of a purchase on EBAY (paid [redacted] Euros via PAYPAL), I was informed that my shipment had been delivered.
According to the tracking number (1Z7AY[redacted][redacted]), the package was delivered to [redacted] Villingen Schwenningen on 20.07.[redacted].
The package was addressed to: Grüter Lackierungen, Gewerbestraße 43, [redacted] Villingen-Schwenningen
My address is: Jürgen Otto, Schubertstr. 39, [redacted] Villingen-Schwenningen (as shown in the attachment!)
What I truly need now, besides clarification, is a brief confirmation that this shipment was not delivered to my address.

I recently had a parcel delivered, but I wasn't home, so the courier left it at a pickup point. Unfortunately, I missed the collection period due to being busy, and when I went to pick it up, it was already gone. I recently received a fraudulent text pretending to be from your company posing as UPS. The text requested personal information like my address, phone number, email, and even tried to get my credit card details. Being a 32-year law enforcement veteran, I recognized this as a scam. I attempted to contact your fraud department, but the number provided is out of service. When I called the general line, I was met with an automated system asking for a tracking number, which I didn't have since it was a scam text. I just wanted to alert you that there is someone impersonating your company to deceive people.

Today I need to sign for a delivery, but as I will be away for a few hours, I tried to change the delivery window. Unfortunately, the agent I spoke to yesterday changed the window for a package that does not require a signature, leaving the one I need to sign for still scheduled by 7 pm. This means I might miss it because I typically have bad luck and it will arrive when I'm not home. I tried signing for it online, but the link directed me to a page with technical issues telling me to try again later.

I need a return picked up by UPS for an Amazon purchase. The scheduled pick-up date was 8/10, but the UPS driver came twice without a label. He mentioned he couldn't take the package without a label printed by his office. I even tried dropping it off at a UPS access point in Murfreesboro, NC, but they couldn't accept it without a label and couldn't print one.
I urgently require assistance to have UPS provide and attach the necessary label for the pick-up. Can someone please reach out to UPS, specifically the driver, Justin, to address this issue promptly?

I have had three consecutive days of pickups from UPS, but each day the experience was subpar. The first day the driver came at night, the second day the driver stopped at my mailbox and not my house, and on the third day, the driver came to my driveway but did not exit the vehicle. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to contact customer service to address these issues. As a result, I now have to make a four-hour trip to drop off the package due to the incompetence of a new driver. UPS in Stearns, Kentucky, needs to improve their service quality, or else face consequences from their superiors.

On occasions, our parcels are mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. Just yesterday, parcel 1ZAG[redacted][redacted] ended up at our neighbor's house across the street. Our house number is prominently displayed on our garage, so I'm requesting that the driver be extra vigilant to ensure deliveries are made to the correct location. Both mailboxes are situated outside our home on the same side of the street. However, packages seem to get mixed up, leading our neighbors to inadvertently open them. I attempted to add notes to our account but could not find a suitable field to input them.

I was given an incorrect tracking number, causing a delay in delivering my client's package on time despite our efforts to confirm its arrival. Even after ensuring the package was there, my client was incorrectly told it hadn't arrived. I have been waiting for over 3 months to have the $[redacted] custom-made bag, fully insured, returned to me. Despite making 17 calls, no one has been able to assist me. I have been trying to reach UPS for a week with no success. My package, containing a Microsoft laptop and mouse from Barnes and Noble, was supposed to arrive last Monday, but I requested a delivery to a UPS Access Point instead due to my absence and bad weather. Sadly, the delivery date is still pending indefinitely. I lodged a claim that got denied, leaving me unable to file another claim. This delay is frustrating as it's affecting my ability to start school on time.

I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force Ones on August 4th with an estimated delivery date of August 10th. Unfortunately, due to a fire on August 8th, the delivery was delayed, and the UPS tracking information shows that the shoes are being returned to the sender. I visited a local UPS store to track the package, and it indicated that the shoes are on their way back to Ontario, California. I just want to confirm that once they reach Ontario, California, they will be re-routed for delivery to me.

On August 16, [redacted], UPS attempted to deliver a parcel containing medication that required a signature. I missed the delivery due to work commitments. UPS informed me it would be held at a nearby UPS store. When I visited on Monday, August 21st, the staff confirmed it was not there. The tracking information has not been updated since August 16th, leaving me with uncertainty. I filed a claim on August 21st, but it is pending a claim number. Obtaining this number is crucial for me to request a new prescription from my doctor and arrange for a replacement order.

When I was at home, the driver left a notice apologizing for missing me and said my package would be taken to an access point. I drove to the access point nearby and waited for an hour but my package was not delivered. The representative mentioned it might arrive the next morning. I am worried because I don't know where my package will be kept overnight.
I am willing to drive to pick up my package. If needed, I can wait at the UPS processing center until the driver who has my package returns at the end of their shift and parks the delivery vehicle.

I have repeatedly entered my package tracking code numerous times into the automated system, only to receive a message saying "I'm sorry I didn't get that" followed by "sorry I can't help you without a tracking number, call back when you have one" and then the call was disconnected. Tracking a package should not be this challenging, but it always seems to be when dealing with an automated system. They either do not hear you or misunderstand you completely, which is incredibly frustrating. It's so hard to speak with a live person directly.

Today, on September 11th, I was expecting a delivery between 8:45 and 12:45, but it did not arrive despite me being home the whole morning. I received a message stating that my parcel would be delivered to [redacted] rue de Sevres at a business named Lutece due to a failed delivery attempt, even though I was present and waiting. When I went to the given address, the individuals there mentioned the parcel had not been received. After revisiting the location at 7 PM, the parcel was still not delivered. The business notified me that they are concluding their business with UPS by tonight. Currently, I am trying to reach Aveda customer service and have been on hold for almost 14 minutes. I received a past due invoice that I believe is incorrect. The amount is owed to me as I had prepaid to send a package multiple times, but faced difficulties due to label printing issues and rejections from drivers. Despite reaching out to UPS multiple times, the problem persisted. After managing to send the paid package on the third attempt, it was delivered to the wrong address, causing a delay of over a month in reaching my grandson. This frustrating experience needs to be accurately documented and resolved promptly.
