Punkrat’s Twitch account received a 3-day ban after someone maliciously tricked him with an inappropriate image on the platform. This ban could cause him to miss out on the launch day of WoW Classic, potentially impacting his viewership. Punkrat has dedicated a lot of time to growing his channel, creating content about WoW Classic regularly. It would be unfair for him to be punished for something that was not his fault. Let’s support this committed streamer who fell victim to a deceitful viewer. It would be disappointing if his hard work led to being unable to stream on such an important day in his streaming journey.

Over a month ago, I got logged out of my Twitch account due to resetting my entire PC. While attempting to log back in, my password was not accepted, prompting me to reset it. Unfortunately, I couldn't reset it because I didn't know the email associated with the account. After corresponding with Twitch, the email they provided didn't match any I had used for my account. I'm also unable to access the Prime benefits I subscribe to. To tackle this issue, I would like to update the email and password for the account once I verify ownership. The account involved is under the name: Slyhagr0.

While streaming League of Legends with my friend on Discord, I typically share my stream link on Facebook groups. Unfortunately, during a recent stream, someone used inappropriate language, and when I banned them, another individual started sharing inappropriate images. Despite swiftly banning them too, they kept creating new accounts to continue. I struggled to keep up and had to change channels. This incident deeply upset me and my viewers. Some of my viewers submitted support tickets on my behalf. My Twitch account name is Flyhoee. I kindly request that you reconsider the suspension as I have taken measures to prevent this from happening again by adjusting my Discord settings. I believe the situation was unfair, and I acted promptly to address it. My previous email associated with the Twitch account was [redacted], but now I am using [redacted] with the Twitch name uwupeekaboo.

I recently canceled my subscription on the Twitch app via the Google Play Store. It showed as canceled, but now it indicates that it's set to cancel at the end of the month. I got charged $24.99 for the Tier Three Twitch subscription, which I believed was supposed to be canceled before the renewal date. A streamer using the name DarkSydePhil streamed on 9/10/[redacted] and promised to buy a game if I sent a $20 tip on Twitch. I consented to this deal by sending the $20 and informing him it was for the game purchase. He agreed to buy the game and stream it. However, the following day during his stream, he declared that he would not buy the game and would use the $20 for bills instead. I requested a refund, but he responded rudely, refusing to return the money. I feel scammed and mistreated by this streamer's actions. I am upset and frustrated with Twitch for permitting this behavior.

I am interested in starting to stream on Twitch. However, I encountered an issue while trying to create my account. The username I have been using on Xbox for years, McLootin, is already taken on Twitch. Surprisingly, the account seems to be inactive with less than 20 friends and no content posted for a significant period. As I transitioned to PC gaming, I want to continue using my known alias. I wish to resolve this matter so that I can use my desired username, McLootin, for my Twitch streaming endeavors. Your assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

My account was accessed from two different countries in the last twenty-four hours. Despite having enabled two-step authorization, someone managed to log in twice. I had set up a strong password and ensured two-step authentication, but the intruder changed my password without any notification. Today, my account was logged into six times from various countries. I have scanned for threats with multiple security programs but found no issues. I decided to disable my account due to the repeated breaches, but even after doing so, there were two more unauthorized logins. Twitch's security seems compromised.

I'm experiencing connectivity problems between my home and Twitch servers, leading to abrupt frame drops during streaming for brief intervals, interrupting the stream for about a minute. I ran diagnostics on Twitch's Inspector to confirm this issue. Interestingly, OBS indicates no encoding overload; it seems the problem lies in establishing a connection. Notably, my PC and Nintendo Switch don't encounter connection problems during these drops. Additionally, streaming on alternative platforms like YouTube doesn't result in any drops or connectivity issues. This situation makes me suspect that the problem might be originating from Twitch's side.

In the past year, I've encountered numerous issues trying to recover my Twitch account. Approximately a year ago, my computer was phished, and I managed to update all passwords except for Twitch. Prior to the incident, I changed my username to colorblindguy01 as I planned to begin streaming. Unfortunately, after being phished, my account email was altered by someone else, preventing me from resetting the password successfully. Despite submitting tickets, the problem remained unresolved, and I only received automated responses. Feeling frustrated, I abandoned the recovery attempts due to a hectic period. Several months later I got married and relocated, inadvertently changing my IP address and further complicating the retrieval process. I've attempted multiple times to regain access to my account but have been unsuccessful and unable to reach a live person for help. The most frustrating part is being charged $10 monthly for subscriptions I can't use, with receipts sent to an email unrelated to my recovery efforts. I am eager to resume streaming and reclaim my old account, hoping for a solution soon.

I was incorrectly suspended for "Permitting harassment or hateful conduct on stream from viewer participation." After facing racial slurs from opposing players in a game, I took immediate action by muting and blocking them. Despite my efforts to prevent further harassment, they continued to disturb me by joining my stream and creating fake accounts across platforms. I sought help from moderators to ban them, but they persistently targeted me and even harassed friends. This relentless behavior extended to other channels and social media platforms, causing significant distress.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. I remember my username and password, but I changed my phone number and the old Authenticator doesn't have my code. Twitch hasn't been able to assist much despite me providing the requested information. I'm not sure what else to do to regain access to my account. Any suggestions?

I encountered an issue while trying to set up my Stream on Twitch.tv under the account craimerx. Twitch stated that they lacked sufficient information and left it at that. Upon attempting to log in, I was instructed to do a mandatory password reset. However, when I tried to enter my sole email associated with Twitch, it claimed it was incorrect. This has been a frustrating battle for approximately 3 months now, and I am disappointed with their customer service. I have made numerous subscriptions, connected my account to Amazon Prime, and can access my dashboard for recent videos, donations, and alerts. All I desire is to regain control of my account.

My account name is bananamarmelade, and my email address connected to it is [redacted] I logged out of Twitch for the first time in a long time. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me to reset my password. I followed the instructions but never received the email to reset my password. After multiple attempts, it locked me out, saying I tried too many times. A day later, I am still unable to access my account. Please email me the link to reset my password manually. Thank you.

I encountered an issue while trying to access my account due to a two-factor authentication hurdle following a recent phone number change. Despite attempting to use Authy and entering the token, I faced continuous rejection. Upon reaching out to Twitch for assistance, I provided all necessary details, including my email address. Unfortunately, the automated response deemed my information insufficient. To improve this situation, Twitch should consider incorporating a feature allowing users to update their phone numbers directly on the login page. Additionally, they could implement a verification process through the primary email to confirm such changes. Having a dedicated support team member address user concerns rather than automated bot replies would greatly enhance the customer experience.

I am experiencing issues with my Twitch account. Customer service stated my account doesn't exist, but when I try to reset my password, I don't receive any emails. Can someone from customer service contact me at [redacted] to assist with this problem? My account name is iceemptysoul, and I encounter this problem especially when I want to participate in Warframe events to earn rewards. It's frustrating to be locked out of my account when I attempt to engage with the content. I would appreciate a phone call to resolve this matter.

I had a Twitch account named DiabolicTuna357 and wanted to change it to DiabolicTuna357 with different capitalization. However, the system did not allow two capital letters, so I temporarily changed it to diabolictuna3577 hoping to change it back later. I was then informed that I cannot change it again for two months and that my old name will not be available. I received no warning about these restrictions before the initial change. I have reached out to Twitch support multiple times through email but have only received automated responses. I would appreciate it if I could change my name back to what it was originally or to the desired format with the correct capitalization.

My Twitch account was hacked or stolen, and it seems to have been suspended now. I noticed that my username was changed from xray_blacksmith to xxterminator_ about two weeks ago. Despite providing evidence, Twitch has not responded or helped me resolve this issue yet. I received emails notifying me of an unknown login from the Philippines right after I stopped streaming in California. The scammer even tried to sell back my account to me directly. I followed up with Twitch during the holiday season, assuming delays, but it's been over 2 weeks now without a solution. I managed to access the hacked account, xxTerminator, and attempted a password reset using the provided information, however, I was unsuccessful. I have plenty of proof and support, and I can verify my identity numerous ways, including the separation of my PayPal and Twitch accounts using different emails. I just need assistance to regain control and continue providing content to my community.

After logging out, I am unable to log back into my account because I changed my cell phone number to my wife's number. My own phone has been inactive for some time. I have the 2FA app on my wife's phone, but when I try to log in, I am prompted to enter a code sent via text or found in the Authy app. Despite requesting an SMS code, none is being sent to the new phone. I need assistance with this issue.

I used to have an old affiliate account (@msdeadshot_) that had 2FA enabled, but I no longer have access to the phone number or the phone it was connected to. The app was accessed through TextNow. I want to regain access to my account, but I'm unable to retrieve the 2FA token without the original phone number. I attempted to merge the 2FA number with my new one, but I got stuck along the way and now I don't know what steps to take next. I simply want to access my affiliate account again and update the 2FA to my current phone number instead.

This has been a frustrating experience with a website. Requiring an 18-character password is unreasonable, as it's difficult to remember. The password reset process was also frustrating and ended with the website not responding. It's disappointing that there is no customer service phone number available. It seems like the website needs improvement in handling customer concerns.
