You can reach the Twitch Help Center, by selecting the "Help and Legal" link in the Settings menu.
Open the Twitch app and tap on the "Channel" icon in your menu. Tap "Settings" and scroll down to press "Help and Legal." Next, select "Help" and the Help Center will open. Click on "Topics" and then click on "More topics." Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact Support." The next screen is a form where you can fill in your information and detail your issue. On the category drop down, make sure to select the one that best matches your problem. Be as detailed as possible and press "Submit" once you have reviewed the information.
