I am reaching out to Twitch concerning an issue with accessing Twitch Prime loot. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate this problem, I continue struggling with your platform's technical glitches. I apologize for my strong language; however, dealing with the faulty coding on your website has been frustrating. To be concise, I am a Twitch Prime subscriber without an Amazon Prime account. While I can successfully claim Starcraft Twitch Prime loot, I encounter significant issues with the League of Legends loot. The Starcraft link directs me to the Twitch Prime login, while the League of Legends link prompts me to log in with Amazon Prime, which I do not possess nor intend to purchase separately. The discrepancy between the two links is causing me considerable distress, compounded by the unbearable heat and the fact that I am not reaping the benefits of my Twitch Prime subscription. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

Currently, my Twitch account is locked. I can access it on my computer and cell phone to watch and stream streams, but I can't log in on new devices like my new phone or another computer. This is because of double verification, and I no longer have my old phone. I'm looking for help to resolve this issue. To improve my streaming experience, I need the double verification removed. I recently reached [redacted]+ followers and can confirm my email connected to my Twitch account. I can also provide my previous phone number and social security number if needed. I'm eager to get my account back, my Twitch username is sneakyjugg. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. If I can't resolve this, I might have to consider moving to YouTube. Thanks in advance for your help, Twitch.

I believe my account has been hacked and stolen from me. The account's information has been changed, and I am unable to reset the password. I need help regaining access to my account. I recently received an email from Twitch stating that my account was hacked on May 25, [redacted], while I was away from home. Unfortunately, I only became aware of this issue on June 3rd. I have many emails from my account containing information about streamers since 3/13/18. Additionally, my account is still linked to my Amazon Prime account. I hope to receive a response soon, as I have been ignored thus far.

I contacted Twitch on the 27th and followed up on the 1st but haven't received a proper response beyond an auto-reply. My account was accessed from India in two locations, leading to it being involved in a mass reporting scam resulting in an "indefinite" suspension. I rarely use Twitch, maybe once a month. Despite offering to provide all necessary information, I have not heard back in over 10 days. I have the emails detailing the issue, but I don't possess a passport as I've never left the U.S. I'm prepared to verify my identity with other means, yet I've only received an automated response with a confirmation number.

I have been trying to reach Twitch customer support for four days regarding my account being stolen from IP [redacted].54.[redacted].[redacted] in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on June 2, [redacted], at 17:42 PDT. Despite my attempts to reset the password, I have not received any email notifications. My account username is Sairbo, and the email associated with the account is [redacted] I am concerned about my Amazon Prime subscription on the account and the potential unauthorized use of my credit card for donations to other streamers. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to cancel my subscription to WolvesatMyDoor a while back, but it seems the cancellation did not go through. I've been charged $4.99 every month for a service I haven't used in over two years. I am seeking a refund for this period, however, if that is not feasible, I would like to cancel the subscription immediately. I am currently trying to cancel, but it has been so long that I no longer recall my login details.

It's frustrating that it's been a month since my suspension. I've been actively streaming, gaining donations and subscribers, and becoming an affiliate within 30 days. But now I've been suspended without any clear reasons. I haven't harmed anyone, just had some kids report my Twitch channel after beating them in FIFA. It feels unfair, especially seeing other users getting away with racist behavior. The reason given was untargeted harassment, which doesn't align with my actions. I'm eager to know when I can go live again, but this suspension may have caused me to lose many followers, which is disheartening.

I am unable to access my Twitch account with the username ShadowGajeel, linked to both my email and Facebook. Each time I attempt to log in, the system says the password is wrong. When I try to reset it, Twitch claims the user and email do not match, even though they do. The user and email shared below have always been valid and used since creating the account. Regaining access is vital as my Amazon Prime is connected to it. I received emails some time back about overseas hacking attempts on my account. Despite reaching out to Twitch almost three weeks ago, I have not received a response. However, I still receive emails from Twitch mentioning my user "shadowgajeel" and followed channels, confirming the accuracy of my user and email credentials.

There are four steps to join the affiliate program, mainly similar. Step one involves entering your address details, with an option for a second address, which I'll discuss shortly. The third step is the Royalty Tax interview, which unfortunately doesn't offer the chance to input a secondary address. My Royalty Tax interview failed because of a mismatch in Step 1 data with the Step 3 tax interview: "Street Address 2". I didn't have a second address, so that field was initially blank. It's optional. Because of this technical issue on the site, I can't proceed to become an affiliate. I hope this gets resolved soon so I can participate in the program.

I'm having trouble accessing my Twitch account under the username Bexypoo. Despite my attempts to change my password, my email and phone number are no longer linked to the account for some reason. I've reached out to Twitch support via email and Twitter multiple times without receiving any response. It's been more than three weeks now since I've had full access to my account. While I can still stream using the same stream key, I'm unable to update my stream title or category. This issue leads me to believe that there may have been a technical glitch on Twitch's end rather than my account being hacked. I'm reaching out here in hopes of finding a solution as the situation is getting frustrating and disheartening with each passing day. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to verify my ownership of the account. Thank you, -Bexypoo

This afternoon, around 12:00 or 1:00, I believe someone breached my Twitch account. Despite having Two-Factor Authentication in place, they managed to link their Curse Forge and modify my email settings to allow multiple accounts, which I did not do myself. As a precaution, I changed both my Twitch and email passwords, unlinked all connections, and reconnected my own Curse Forge account. I seek assistance in permanently removing the intruder from my account swiftly. If changing my email is necessary, I am open to it as I planned to create a new one soon. I am willing to provide additional information if needed. Thank you for your support.

I have been stuck in the affiliate onboarding process for over 2 months. According to the status, I am unable to proceed from step 3 (tax interviews) as it has been showing "Under Review" for the same period. I reached out to Twitch support for assistance, but they informed me that they are unable to intervene during the Twitch Affiliates Onboarding Process. Their response suggested seeking guidance from a tax professional or legal advisor for further clarification or assistance. Unfortunately, this information does not offer a solution, and I cannot find a way to restart the onboarding process.

I believe there may have been an error in this message, as it seems to be a string of random characters repeated multiple times. If you have a specific question or concern, please provide more information so that I can assist you effectively. Thank you.

I am still awaiting a response regarding my account. I recently joined to set up my streaming page and have not violated any terms. It's frustrating to have my account deactivated without any explanation or support. I would like to have my account reinstated or receive clarification on why it was removed. I have been trying to reach out to support for over a week with minimal response. When attempting to log in, I am informed that my account is suspended, yet cannot select this reason in the contact form. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, A. Cowan

On July 7, [redacted], my Twitch account (Tsundog_) got wrongly suspended for being under the age limit. I am frustrated as I have yet to hear back from Twitch support after two weeks since submitting my appeal. Despite providing birth records to verify my legal age (16), the indefinite suspension remains. This situation has prevented me from planning a 24-hour birthday live stream scheduled for Monday, July 22nd. Any assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be highly valued.

I was involved in a disagreement in a streamer's chat with everyone present during Klean's stream. After expressing my opinion about a statement made by someone, I used a phrase that led to me being banned, despite not seeing any specific rule in the terms of service against it. When I approached the moderators about the ban, they mentioned they couldn't disclose when I would be unbanned. I pointed out that the streamer may have violated the TOS by encouraging negative comments toward another user in the chat. This incident occurred on July 25, [redacted], at approximately 16:15 CST. I'm requesting to be unbanned, have a conversation with Klean and the mods, all while keeping my identity confidential.

I have an account named "simbax" that is very inactive. As a dedicated Twitch affiliate known as "explosiveplanttv" with a loyal community, I want to rebrand to a shorter name that better represents me. I would like to deactivate the dormant "simbax" account to change my name and pursue my streaming aspirations. "Simba" reflects my identity, symbolizing my first name meaning prince and my last name meaning lion. Switching to this name is essential for my streaming career, and my community supports this change. Please assist me in deactivating the "simbax" account promptly to enable me to embrace this new name and continue my streaming journey. Thank you for your help.

I recently discovered that my Twitch account has been suspended, but I am unsure of the reason for the suspension. I mainly watch channels such as Magic the Gathering, Tesschika, Tangent, and Sacriel. I rarely engage by posting, uploading, or chatting on these channels. I am hoping to have my account reinstated soon. I have been using Twitch for years without any problems, and I would like to understand why I was suspended and when I can resume using the platform. Thank you, TalonHack.

I recently changed my phone number, and my Twitch account was linked to my old number for two-factor authentication (2FA) via Authy. Despite having used SMS tokens before the number change, I can no longer access them with my new number as I have not used Authy previously. Attempting to recover my account requires Authy, and while I contacted support, my requests were only met with automated responses. The support team seems unresponsive to my situation, merely verifying my static IP and invoice IDs without addressing my actual issue. The Twitch support case numbers relating to this are [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].

Hasan P. made deplorable comments about a former service member turned GOP Representative. The lack of response from Twitch is concerning. Ridiculing someone who lost an eye and stating "America deserves 9/11" are beyond disrespectful and hurtful. These remarks clearly cross a line and fall under Twitch's rules against hateful conduct. It's crucial for Twitch to take appropriate action in these situations.
