I wanted to share that there is a current promotion for Twitch Prime members in Madden 20 that offers a free pack when you link your account. Despite attempting this for over three days, I have yet to receive the pack. It appears to be a simple process, but it hasn't been successful for me, leading to frustration. I have reached out to support via email, but have not received a response. I am disappointed that I have not been able to access the pack while others have.

I'm currently facing issues with disabling 2 Factor authentication on my Twitch account. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it and need to log in to download Streamlabs. I attempted to turn off 2 Factor authentication, but it automatically logged me out, requiring me to log in again to make any changes. This situation has left me unable to access my Twitch account. I appreciate the security measures in place, but this experience has been frustrating for me.

I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my account. Despite numerous emails over the past week, I have not received any effective assistance. The repeated instructions to use the 2FA app are unhelpful as I am locked out due to not having access to my old phone number linked to it. I urgently need access to my account or for it to be deleted so I can regain control over my email. The lack of progress in resolving this issue has left me frustrated. I am an active supporter and user of this platform, both as a viewer and a streamer. The absence of support provided so far is disappointing and I may need to consider switching to another site if this matter is not addressed promptly.

After relocating from Australia to Pakistan, I am facing an issue with my Twitch account. Previously, the verification codes were sent to my Australian number via the Authy app for two-factor authentication. Now that I am in Pakistan with a different phone number, I am unable to receive the codes sent to my old Australian number, thus locking me out of my account. Despite my emails to Twitch for assistance over the last week, I have not received a helpful response. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I have been streaming on your platform for over a year now. Around 5 months ago, I discovered the affiliate program. For the past 2 months, I've noticed that although I know I've been averaging 3 viewers, only 1 or 2 are being shown. I keep track because I have my stream open on another device (1 viewer), a fellow streamer named Angelofbattle07 watches (2 viewers), and a friend lurks under the Twitch IDs JamesTDB, JamesTDB123, or jamesTDH12 (3 viewers). I believe the issue would be resolved if I were granted affiliate status since I meet the criteria. My Twitch ID for streaming is Fireawesome13.

I have had to reset my password on Twitch for the 5th time this year. However, the system is not sending the reset link properly to my @hotmail.com email address, so I have to contact support to verify my account every time. Even after logging in, I can't verify my email due to the same coding issue. Dealing with this is frustrating, as I went through this process recently in August and again a month ago. The standard support page won't load for me, and I am disappointed that the advertised live support is just email support. I want Twitch to stop forcing password resets on accounts that have already reset their password multiple times in a year and to fix their email system. The lack of support and quality since the Amazon merger is concerning to me, and I hope Twitch addresses these issues promptly.

I am facing an issue with my 13-year-old son, who is addicted to gaming sites and makes unauthorized charges. He frequently orders from Twitch gaming service and Nintendo games without my knowledge. He manipulates various devices like his iPhone, my cell number, and his sibling’s device to make these purchases. I've been experiencing issues with my account for the past month. I kindly request to be unbanned from all Twitch streamers. I believe I have reformed and no longer fit the criteria for being banned. I am a former air cadet and a high school graduate. I feel unfairly targeted by a program that affected the streamers who banned me. I tried to join an affiliate, but did not receive a response. I am unsure which affiliate I applied to. If possible, I would like to join a new affiliate program and become a VIP for future Twitch events. I request a support person in my city for Twitch events and parties. I have Asperger's Syndrome, which can be researched for better understanding how to interact with me. As a VIP, I would appreciate limited internet access during Twitch events, with sponsorship for travel expenses.

Hello, I go by the username vibe_116. I've been streaming on Twitch for 7 months and was making around $[redacted] a month. On March 1st, I received an email stating that I have been banned for "other terms of violation" and later listed "fraudulent activity" without proper explanation. Despite providing evidence of my Twitch payouts and expenses, they kept asking for "relevant information." They mentioned resolving the issue within 6 months, but it has been 9 months now, and they are withholding $[redacted] in donations intended for me. I hope Twitch can reconsider my suspension, so I can resume streaming and creating positive content.

I am experiencing challenges with reaching Twitch support via email as my account was unjustly banned due to alleged hateful language. Sadly, despite Twitch's efforts to protect viewers, the same level of protection does not extend to streamers like myself. Individuals with fake profiles continuously disrupt my stream through stream sniping and offensive behavior with no repercussions. Despite numerous reports, these individuals persist, creating multiple accounts to continue their disruptive actions. They engage in trolling, spamming, and using racially insensitive nicknames, causing distress not only to me but to other streamers as well. The lack of intervention from Twitch has led to frustration, resulting in my unintended use of inappropriate language while live streaming. I urge Twitch to review the video, inspect chat logs, and identify the true source of the issue. My channel is significant to me, and I implore Twitch to reconsider the account suspension, provide better moderation, and address the ongoing disruptive behavior. Kindly assist in rectifying this issue promptly.

Hello, I am not sure if I can write to you in my language, but I have a big problem that I have been trying to solve for the past 4 days.
I have reached the minimum requirement to become an affiliate with Twitch, but I cannot complete the forms. Every time I try, it always gives me an error with address 2, even though it is completely optional. In reality, it is not optional at all because it does not allow me to complete everything. Of course, I have checked that my information is correct and I believe it is, so how can I finally resolve this issue in order to become an affiliate? Thank you for your response.

I recently purchased a new computer and tried to log into my Twitch account, Restnpepperonis. When attempting to access it on the new computer, it is requesting an authy code. Unfortunately, I believe it's trying to send the code to an old number I no longer have access to, as I can't remember it. I have had my current number for over 2 years now. I am unsure how to proceed since I am unable to access my account on the new computer. Luckily, I can still log in using my old computer.

I am having trouble logging into my Twitch account on my laptop as I am not receiving the verification code sent to my email. Despite contacting Twitch support multiple times and providing detailed information, including my IP address, date of birth, account name, and purchase history, they are not helping me resolve this issue. I even sent them photos of my ID, screenshots of me logged in on my computer, and proof of my IP address, but they are still threatening to flag my account as inactive and delete it, even though I am actively using it.

I need help understanding the reason behind my account suspension on Twitch. I was surprised to receive an email stating that I had violated the Community Guidelines by posting repetitive, unwanted messages. I have never engaged in such behavior in chats and have not been banned from any chat for this reason.
I am confused about where these alleged messages were posted and what was specifically said. Any assistance in clarifying this issue would be appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my account using the mobile token. I linked my Twitch account to the Authy app, but the generated token is always incorrect. I tried to disable two-factor authentication through the Twitch app on my laptop, but it asked for a token which I couldn't provide. Twitch support's response was automated, suggesting I change my password. After changing my password, it only logged me out of the Twitch app on my laptop. I am unable to access it now. I am frustrated as I have Amazon Prime linked to this Twitch account, and I cannot claim my rewards or download mods for games. I desperately need assistance.

I am experiencing a system failure on my Twitch channel due to an issue with the panels' CSS. Whenever my channel page loads, it takes over a minute, causing the tab or entire web browser to crash. This problem has been tested on multiple devices and browsers, including Windows Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox, as well as on Android devices. When followers and friends tried to access my page, they also encountered timeouts. The specific issue lies in the flexibility of character input and markdown in the Twitch panels, allowing users to push text off-screen with certain commands, leading to crashes. I had submitted a detailed support ticket to Twitch several days ago, which was deemed a medium priority. To resolve the issue, a reset of the panels is necessary, with future consideration for limiting the number of characters allowed. My Twitch channel is twitch.tv/sillarious.

I encountered an issue when logging into Nightbot using my Twitch account. Unfortunately, this caused me to get logged out of Twitch.
