I believe the reason for the suspension may be due to another user repeatedly using inappropriate language, despite my warnings and subsequent ban. The original account where the profanity occurred was called "Ripul," and the user returned on a new account named "Ripul3." When they continued the behavior, I promptly banned them. The accounts reporting me are likely connected to the same person who was using the offensive language. I received a message on League of Legends with a Discord link where they were joking about getting me banned, suggesting a coordinated effort against me. Hello WickedMikeGamin, I received a notification from Twitch informing me about a Community Guidelines strike on my account, resulting in an indefinite suspension due to suspected fraudulent activities. The reason provided was fraudulent behavior, which includes using stolen payment information or promoting fraudulent activities. The violation occurred during purchases or payouts, potentially leading to the removal of related content. The suspension is indefinite, requiring a successful appeal for service restoration. It was indicated that any subscriptions lasting 30 days or more will not automatically renew. While I disagree with the accusation of fraud, stating that I paid for bits from my account with proof, I am unsure why this action led to my suspension. I believe this to be a mistake, as I assert that I have committed no wrongdoing.

Hello, last night during a live stream, an unknown user added 30 bot followers to my account. I promptly deleted them using Twitch tools to prevent any issues. Today, upon logging in, I discovered that all my followers were gone. I originally had [redacted] followers, and now I only have 1. Unfortunately, the followers were both deleted and blocked, making them unable to follow me again. How can I recover all the deleted followers? Thank you in advance and have a good day.

My Twitch account, DerekAko, was indefinitely suspended due to abusive comments that were not my own. The comments were copied and pasted as part of moderating the CrypVI channel to time out bots saying inappropriate things. While observing Benjyfishy's channel, I saw a moderator use a similar command to address a similar issue. I applied this knowledge to help in CrypVI's chat, but my account got suspended shortly after. I want to clarify that I meant no harm with this action. As a Black male, I understand the seriousness of abusive language. Is there a way for me to restore my account?

My email linked to my Twitch account got deactivated, causing my account to become unverified. Changing the email is necessary to verify my account, but I can't receive the verification email since the old email is deactivated. Twitch's customer support disabled two-factor authentication to help, but it didn't resolve the issue. Despite trying again, the automated system couldn't assist properly. Changing the email linked to my account seems impossible due to the verification process.

I tried to secure my account by activating 2FA. When I tried to add my phone number, I was prompted to re-enter my password and input a code sent to my phone, but I never added a phone number to my account. I encountered the same issue when trying to set up Authy. Although I use Authy for Discord, I couldn't add it without the verification code being sent to a phone number that doesn't exist on my account. I've reached out to customer support and sent multiple emails explaining my situation. I haven't made any changes to my phone number or email address, and I just wanted to set up 2FA with Authy or my phone number. Now I'm locked out of my account because it's sending codes to a phone number I never added, even after resetting my password.

I have been unable to view my Twitch extensions for several months. Interestingly, I can see them when I'm not logged in, and others can view them as well. However, once I log in, they disappear. Additionally, I can see the same extensions on other users' accounts, just not on my own. I previously had no issues seeing them and have not made any changes to my settings. Despite following all the steps provided by Twitch support, they closed my case stating it was my fault. I am frustrated with Twitch's response as this problem is clearly not caused by me. Several individuals have reviewed the issue with me, all agreeing that Twitch is responsible for resolving it. Despite this, Twitch has refused to assist me further, leaving me unable to access my extensions or settings. I urge Twitch to take responsibility and provide me with the necessary support to fix this issue promptly.

A few weeks back, when I attempted to log in to my Twitch account, I was informed that it had been suspended. Despite reaching out to Twitch support, I only got an automated email saying the suspension was lifted. Upon trying to log in, I found that my account was still suspended. Repeated attempts to contact support yielded the same automated response, and my account remains suspended. I have not received my payout and discovered that the email address associated with my account was changed without my authorization. Despite having 2FA enabled, someone managed to access my account and altered the payout email to [redacted] with no provided first or last name. I did not authorize this change and did not receive any notification regarding it. Upon rectifying the email back to its original information, I was required to input a first and last name, received email notifications, and had to utilize a token to log in. I am uncertain when this change transpired, as I have not received any emails regarding contact information modifications between my last payout on 08/14/[redacted] and 10/15/[redacted] from [redacted] I have already been reimbursed for the bits purchased under case #[redacted]2, and now I am seeking the reinstatement of my payout under case #[redacted]6. Kindly address this matter promptly.

To explain it once more here, I received a suspension of my Twitch account, which is indefinite. The two reasons given are: Reason: Bot accounts or automated accounts and Violation: In public or private chat messages. I am aware, as mentioned in my initial message, that there are rules that must be followed. However, I am unaware of having violated any, nor do I have any knowledge or involvement in topics as mentioned here. For example, the reason Bot accounts or automated accounts share large amounts of unwanted advertising, harmful links, or general spam messages with a bot account or an automated account. I have not used the private chat message function for a long time, and I do not write messages in chats that harm anyone or contain content like hate speech. I would appreciate a response to resolve the issue and I would also like to know, if possible, the exact reasons behind the suspension I received from you. Since August 16, [redacted], I have been noticing monthly Visa charges of €49 and €4.95, which I did not authorize. I have already blocked my Visa card. I believe my card data was compromised during an online payment, not related to zimstreams.com which I am unfamiliar with. I intend to report this fraudulent activity to the police. Due to this fraud, I am skeptical about receiving a refund. I am expecting reimbursement for 4x€49, 4x€4.95, and 1x€1.95, totaling €[redacted].75. Caroll A.

I received a permanent ban from Twitch for alleged spam and scam activities. However, I did not engage in any such behavior and was simply chatting with a friend while watching their stream. I was banned without warning or explanation, and when I reached out to Twitch, they mentioned the ban was due to spam/scam without providing specific details. It has been over a month, and I haven't heard back despite their assurance to help. This ban is frustrating as it prevents me from supporting my friends' streams or streaming myself.

I recently received a second suspension on Twitch due to a misunderstanding about my age. Despite providing my ID and necessary details before, I'm facing the same issue again. I learned about my account reinstatement last time through an advertisement email, which was quite unfair. Due to my ADHD, managing communication via email is challenging, and the lengthy two-month process last time was upsetting. Additionally, my progress as an affiliate was reset, causing significant frustration as I had dedicated a lot of time to building it up. I recently received a ban on my account for allegedly being a bot, which I believe is a mistake. I have never shared any harmful links or used any kind of view botting services. However, a few days prior to the ban, Twitch notified me that someone had logged into my account. I initially attributed it to Twitch Prime, but now I'm concerned that this unauthorized access may have led to the misunderstanding. I would greatly appreciate being unbanned since I genuinely love watching my favorite streamers and supporting them through Twitch Prime.

My account "bud_tha_slayer420" which I obtained before Christmas and has a strong community, was unfortunately suspended indefinitely. A user named Mole Man began harassing me in whispers for having to verify and wait to chat in my stream. The situation escalated to him making racist remarks towards my household.
