I have been using TurboTax for years and this time, I needed direct answers regarding my retirement account withdrawals. Despite paying for live chat, I never received the help I paid for. After multiple failed attempts to connect with a live person, I resorted to finding answers online through TurboTax's website. However, I was still charged $[redacted] for services I never received. Furthermore, there were system errors during the filing process, with my taxes being accepted initially, then needing to be resubmitted, only to be accepted again. This caused a great deal of stress. I would appreciate it if TurboTax could look into why I was charged the full amount despite not receiving the live help I paid for.

I e-filed my return on 2/27/[redacted] and received an email stating I would get it in 3-4 days on a TurboTax Green Dot prepaid card. Despite checking daily since 2/27, it hasn't arrived. Confusion arose when my mom found a NetSpend card, not clearly designated for taxes as expected. It's been 3 weeks since the random NetSpend card arrived, but no Green Dot Turbo card mentioned in numerous emails. Can anyone clarify if it's Green Dot or NetSpend? It's puzzling as TurboTax online indicates the card should have been received earlier. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing on behalf of Irene, a long-time customer of your product. She experienced difficulties this year when using the product as it only allowed her daughter to handle it, not accepting their usual access code ([redacted]8). When seeking assistance, her daughter was met with suspicion from your support staff, despite the family's history with your product. The employee required proof of purchase, which they did not have readily available, causing an inconvenience. Eventually, they managed to provide the receipt but had already decided to switch to another online service due to the treatment received.
As a dissatisfied customer, Irene rates your service this year a zero and laments the loss of her loyalty. She hopes this feedback is taken seriously, as customer satisfaction is crucial for any business.
Sincerely,
Irene Seguin

In a recent interview, Beck discussed Springfield's self-deprecation while fishing with Justin. He mentioned an encounter with Garrido and Trevino, praising their performances. Bowie and Kors excelled in their roles, creating memorable characters. The Bafta for Best Actor was deserved. This discussion fueled excitement about the [redacted]-guy movie universe and its characters. The enthusiasm for engineering and DJing shone through in the conversation. Overall, the passion for various topics, including technology and music, made for a lively exchange.

I canceled my initial TurboTax prepaid card before my refund was due to be deposited on it. After being informed by TurboTax that the first card was activated without my knowledge, I requested a new card. Despite being assured that the first card would be deactivated and receiving an email confirming this, upon activating the new card, I discovered the initial card was never canceled. The transactions on the new card revealed my tax refund was still on the initial card. It appears someone else used the first card and spent my tax return. I am seeking assistance as this issue was not my fault since the card was meant to be canceled to prevent this situation.

TurboTax: I bought and downloaded TurboTax normally. When I opened my **** return, it didn't come up to import into the new version. Somehow, since I put the new one on my computer, I can't access my earlier returns. It's asking me to purchase an update to download them. I've had issues like this in the past years. Please provide a simple solution or let me know how to return the download for a refund. I can't handle these glitches and long phone waits anymore. Thank you, Junardi Armstrong.

I filed my taxes using TurboTax on 2/3/19, and the IRS accepted my refunds on 2/5/19. However, I have not received them yet. When I check the status of my refund with the IRS, it keeps saying they have no information on it. I have tried reaching out to both the IRS and TurboTax multiple times but have not been able to get any answers. I'm worried if something is wrong with my return as I am relying on this money for rent due to being disabled and waiting for my federal disability approval. It's frustrating that it's so difficult to get assistance. I need to speak with a representative urgently. Thank you. - M.C.

I would like to split my tax payment between debit and credit cards without incurring any transaction fees. I reached out for assistance on the 16th, referencing order number TTWC[redacted]3. Initially agreeing to pay $39 for TurboTax, the amount unexpectedly increased to $59. Facing a sudden increase in medical debt, I am keen on minimizing costs while finalizing my taxes promptly. I attempted to pay the total of $[redacted] using a credit card, yet the transaction failed. I am looking to split the payment between my debit and credit cards. Despite searching for this option online, I was unable to find it. I would greatly appreciate a call or text offering guidance to complete the payment as intended. Thank you for your help. Last year, on May 6th, [redacted], my oldest daughter passed away, making this year's tax filing difficult for me. I sought help from a friend's mother who used TurboTax, but after the submission was accepted, we encountered delays with no updates. When we reached out for assistance, we received minimal guidance, leaving us confused and frustrated. Now, I'm required to recall details from my previous TurboTax filing for verification. I regret not inputting the required information directly. Unfortunately, our current situation is compounded by the fees paid to the friend's mother, the TurboTax service, and the potential additional cost to access previous filings. This experience has further complicated an already challenging time. I am seeking guidance and support to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you in advance for any assistance provided.

I filed my taxes on February 6th, [redacted], and owe $[redacted]. Upon logging in, I can't locate my filed taxes and it prompts me to start a new return. The system claims I haven't filed for [redacted], despite me having printed copies of my [redacted] and [redacted] returns. I paid for the return using my credit card and set up payment for this year, but the IRS hasn't received my taxes, and the payment hasn't been processed. I've tried contacting support, recovered my accounts, but I still can't find my [redacted] return. Please assist me in resolving this issue as I also can't find my [redacted] return. My name is Dale Wood, and my wife is Carol Wood (joint return). I've been using TurboTax for years and hope we can fix this promptly. I utilized the TurboTax Free Edition [redacted] for filing my federal and state tax returns. Given that I receive SS Disability income without W-2s, my federal return needs to be printed and mailed. However, I can efile my state returns for Colorado and Maine. After printing my federal return from the website, I encountered a frustrating issue. Clicking on 'pick up where you left off' led me into a loop, insisting my federal return must be fixed or mailed, which sent me back to the same pages repeatedly. Contacting Customer Service for TurboTax and Intuit was unhelpful as they request an upgrade to Plus for support due to using the Free Edition, which I find unfair. Despite following instructions, I cannot complete and file my returns due to the unexplained problem. I have my federal return ready to file and wish to efile my state returns. I seek guidance on resolving this glitch. Your assistance is appreciated!

I used TurboTax to e-file my Federal and CA State taxes in February. Recently, when checking my refund status, I noticed my apartment number displayed incorrectly as "[redacted]" instead of "16". Despite trying to correct this, the issue remains unresolved. Moreover, the website now indicates that my taxes are "ready to mail", despite initially e-filing them. I have the PDF ready for mailing, but I am confused about why this situation has arisen. I seek clarification on this matter and guidance on the next steps to take. Thank you for addressing this issue and providing your assistance.

The IRS contacted me about my [redacted] taxes. I remember using TurboTax and asking for an extension, but I may have forgotten to submit the final paperwork. I need to locate a copy of my [redacted] submission to clarify things. The IRS states I had a $16,[redacted] capital gain and received non-employee payments from the DAV, which were actually reimbursements for work done as a National Service Officer. I want to find the source of these claims to address these issues promptly.

Last month, I used TurboTax to file my taxes. I was unexpectedly charged for the Deluxe version, although I only make $20,[redacted] a year and did not need that level of service. On February 11, after a long wait on hold, I spoke with Marlena A. I clearly stated my desire for a refund due to being charged in error and my eligibility for free tax help without the Deluxe features. Marlena assured me of a refund (#[redacted]) and that it would be resolved promptly. I possess the email correspondence from Marlena confirming the refund promise. Despite receiving multiple survey requests from TurboTax, I have not yet received my refund, causing frustration. I will continue reaching out to TurboTax until this matter is appropriately resolved. Thank you, L. J.

After completing my taxes on TurboTax, I had to verify my identity. Now, I am waiting 2-9 weeks to receive my Federal refund in my Green Dot account through direct deposit. I recently came across an advertisement stating that TurboTax offers cash advances with 0% interest, which could be helpful for me until I receive my refund. I am looking to get an advance of $[redacted].00 to $[redacted].00. In the past, when I used H&R Block, I did not face this delay, so dealing with this situation has been frustrating. I got verified two weeks ago, and the waiting process is causing me financial strain. Please consider providing me with a cash advance to help me during this unexpected waiting period caused by TurboTax's verification process.

I am uncertain about when I will receive my tax refund. After selecting TurboTax for Direct Deposit to my Green Dot account for a potentially faster refund, I had to undergo verification. Even though I was accepted on Feb 8th, it may still take 2-9 weeks according to their timeline. I have gone through the verification process successfully. Seeking financial help, I require a cash advance, which TurboTax offers in their ads, to manage financially until my refund is processed. Requesting a loan of [redacted].00 to cover expenses during this waiting period. TurboTax is the cause of delays due to my switch from H&R Block, but I hold onto hope for a positive outcome. Kindly consider providing the cash advance until my Federal Tax refund is deposited into my Green Dot account. Thank you.

Subject: Concern Regarding TurboTax Amended State Return
Dear David Williams,
I am a long-time user of TurboTax, but I recently encountered an issue with filing an amended state return for the first time. Typically, I file early to pay debts promptly, but due to an error, I now have only a few days to cover the state refund repayment. It's frustrating that TurboTax does not offer an automated solution for this situation in the software.
I kindly request a refund for this year's TurboTax purchase due to the inconvenience. Please issue the refund by April 15th along with a check for $[redacted] to compensate for the time spent on this matter.
Sincerely,
Jeff H.

Last week, I assisted my son and his spouse in filing jointly for the first time using Premier Turbo Tax. Their return was rejected due to error code R0000-[redacted]-???[redacted]??? relating to the secondary taxpayer's name not matching IRS records from the SSA. On March 15, she updated her name at the SSA office, but it might not have been updated in the system yet. However, upon re-filing, the return was rejected again. To address this, they can consider adjusting the name used for filing to match the name on her SS card. Would it be advisable to try to re-file with the updated name format: (first name) Mckenzi Grimes Holmes (2 last names)? Any guidance on next steps?

Hello!
I attempted to submit my [redacted] taxes using your platform, but it was rejected due to an AGI mismatch with my [redacted] filing. This is perplexing as I have previously used TurboTax for my [redacted] and [redacted] taxes without issue. I am uncertain why my [redacted] AGI, which I assume you have on record, would now be deemed incorrect. I consulted with Oregon Tax volunteers who were also unaware of such a rejection reason. I was counting on my tax refund to bridge the gap between paychecks and having to wait 6-8 weeks by mailing the return is inconvenient. Can you assist me in resolving this matter so I can file online through TurboTax as planned, or is mailing the only option due to this issue? I have found TurboTax to be reliable in the past, and a prompt resolution would lead me to continue using your service in the future. Thank you for your help.

My old computer where I stored all my TurboTax files has stopped working. I had backed up the information on a USB drive, but my new computer is unable to access it without the previous data. Whenever I try to log into my account, it prompts me with security questions and then claims my email and phone number are invalid. I've tried using the new TurboTax disk, but it doesn't recognize my previous data and doesn't offer any identity verification methods. I urgently need assistance with this issue. I am a 79-year-old disabled Air Force veteran, and my wife and I, retired teachers, have been living at the same address since [redacted]. We are not cyber-criminals; we simply want to file our taxes without any complications.
