I am attempting to log into my account from a device I've used for the past 2-3 years. I'm being prompted to enter a verification code, but there is no phone number listed to receive it. My property has been on Trip Advisor for 6-7 years, and my phone numbers often change due to international travels. Review of Monsoon Cafe on Paradise Point, Australia. I visited in April [redacted] and am writing this review as of 19/8/19. I have been a loyal customer of Monsoon for years, however, the recent change of ownership has been disappointing. The staff seems to be struggling with the transition as many of the familiar faces have left, impacting the level of service. As the new owners, we disagree with the claims made in this review. It does not provide specific details on the issues mentioned and seems to be written by a disgruntled ex-employee or associate. We have retained most of the old staff, and while some have moved on, we have made efforts to maintain the warm and friendly service Monsoon is known for. We have made some changes to the cafe, such as new furniture and improved cleanliness, but the menu remains the same. We are open to feedback but request that this review be removed as it lacks substance for constructive improvement. Thank you for your understanding. Stan and Alla Young.

I believe I have received an inaccurate review from Keith W. on August 15th regarding Copsewood House B&B in Hayling Island. Despite my attempts to address the review, I have not received a response from him. I have carefully reviewed our bookings for the dates in question, and Keith W. was not a registered guest here during that time. He mentions issues with broken chairs, but we do not have chairs in our bedrooms except for one antique chair, which is in perfect condition. Additionally, since November [redacted], we only have shower rooms, not bathrooms with broken tiles. The quality and standard of our breakfast remain consistent, as evidenced by our Breakfast Award. Guests are given breakfast menus to fill out in their rooms at night, not upon arrival. I kindly request that this review be investigated and removed promptly. When I booked the trip, it was for the day my cruise boat would be in Nassau. I selected excursions for September 3rd. However, when I tried to print the paperwork for the cruise, it showed a booking for August, which I couldn't attend. I've been trying to reach TripAdvisor since then with no success. Despite notifying the tour operator in Egypt and having the person removed, I am still waiting for a refund. The lack of communication and delay in this process is concerning. I initially reached out to '[redacted]' and '[redacted]' but to no avail. Additionally, I encountered password complications linked to my work email while on holiday, prompting me to request support from TripAdvisor, which remains unresolved. A similar situation with Get your Guide was promptly addressed, highlighting the efficiency gap between these services.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper representation of our property, Gingerbread Hill, which is rated as the top hotel in Montserrat, Caribbean. Despite our five-star rating and numerous positive reviews, Trip Advisor only displays another establishment with significantly fewer reviews. Moreover, I am appalled by the complete absence of communication from the Trip Advisor representatives who were supposed to assist us with our listing and account. We maintain a BUSINESS account with Trip Advisor and pay for it quarterly. I am frustrated and feel let down by the service provided. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, I am considering discontinuing our business account. Your attention to this matter is urgently requested.

I would like to request the removal of two incorrect Panzerotti listings that do not belong to us. The listings are causing confusion for customers trying to locate us. 1. Panzerotti Sydney Cafe at 1 York St in Sydney should be removed as it does not exist at that address and has a different owner than our current establishment. 2. Panzerotti Cafe at 42 Margaret St in Sydney also needs to be deleted as it does not exist at that address and is under different ownership. During the entire season, I had guests who claimed they couldn't book at my hotel due to no availability, even though I had rooms free. They mentioned seeing this on a website, yet my site did not display such information. This situation caused me to lose numerous clients and thousands in income. I attempted to book through various websites but could not find any indicating my hotel had no availability. Bookings exclusively require direct contact. After noticing your site repeatedly showing "no availability," I discovered you were causing my losses. Unfortunately, finding your contact information proved challenging. I deposited funds via PayPal for a property listed as available, but turned out to be unavailable. I need to cancel the pending payment. We arranged a horseback ride on September 28, [redacted], but due to the rainy forecast, we contacted Heart 6 Ranch LLC to reschedule it for Wednesday, October 2nd. Initially booked for a 4-hour ride through TripAdvisor, Heart 6 Ranch informed us they could only accommodate a 2-hour ride due to trail conditions. They suggested reaching out to TripAdvisor to process the refund for the difference in cost between the 4-hour and 2-hour rides back to our credit card. Our booking reference is BR-[redacted]46.

I posted about my issue before, but I realize I didn't provide enough details. On September 21, [redacted], I booked a private tour of Edinburgh Castle for R2403.11. I made the payment using my credit card, and it seems like the amount was deducted twice. I only intended to purchase one ticket, so I would like the duplicate charge refunded to my account. Unfortunately, I don't have Tripadvisor's contact information. I'm reaching out from South Africa, and I would be grateful if someone could assist me in getting in touch with Tripadvisor to resolve this matter. I had booked a skydive with Skydive Auckland and was excited about it. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, my booking was rescheduled twice. Since I was only in Auckland for a short time, I decided to cancel my booking for a refund. I expected a [redacted]% refund due to the weather conditions. After receiving booking confirmation #BCA-[redacted], I received an email, which I have attached below. I aim to utilize your service; however, my attempts have failed twice. I am attempting to buy a one-way flight from Guangzhou, China, to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Despite following the provided process, I received an email saying the booking had failed. I lack information on why this occurred or what steps to take via TripAdvisor. The email below states that the booking failed, and I have been refunded the additional fees of 55.36. Hello, We require assistance with our business listing. We have been attempting to modify our "Attraction Details" for several months without success, as we keep receiving an email stating "changing attraction detail: Not Successful." Despite no explanation in the emails, we are unsure why this change cannot be made. I engaged in a chat with a TripAdvisor representative about 6 weeks ago, and they mentioned submitting a support ticket for our problem, but we have not received any follow-up. Contacting customer service by phone has also been unproductive. We would appreciate it if the "Attraction Details" on our business page could be updated. The Attraction Types we would like to include are Cultural Tours, Food Tours, Coffee & Tea Tours, Historical & Heritage Tours, and Cooking Classes. Our goal is to have our business categorized under "Tours" rather than "Food & Drink" since we are not a restaurant. Blue Door provides a cultural exploration of Morocco and offers guided tours to multiple locations in the city, not just cooking classes. We arrived at Haller Fountain as instructed and waited. Around 6:10, I called and spoke with a friendly lady who mentioned the tour might be running late. Despite waiting until 6:40, I called back and was informed the tour had been canceled, then asked to hold. While on hold, a group of around 15 people arrived with tour leaders discussing the fountain. Tour guide Elaine, upon hearing my situation, mentioned the tour was ending and suggested I come back the next day at noon. Still on hold, a different lady returned and mentioned trying to fit us in on Saturday. Following up the next day, she indicated they couldn't accommodate us and suggested seeking a refund from TA. This experience felt like a Halloween nightmare, but I appreciate their attempt to resolve the issue.

Hello, My wife and I are the owners of Tanwarra Lodge, a small B&B in Sofala, NSW, Australia. I am reaching out for help regarding three recent negative reviews that are impacting our business greatly. The reviews in question are as follows: - J Suki: "Owner seems unhinged and potentially dangerous." - Whatcouldbeworse: "A frightening experience." - Tanya Babic: "The owner let himself into the premises uninvited to physically and verbally threaten us." It has come to our attention that these individuals, Tanya Babic, Brad Jarrett, and Jason Sukadana, are affiliated with a business named Versus, which is contracted by AirBnB to promote a local hotel in the area. It seems there may be a conflict of interest at play here as they are associated with our competitor. These reviews do not reflect the usual experience at Tanwarra Lodge, and we have never encountered such situations before. We believe this may have been a deliberate attempt to harm our reputation.
